Highly recommended for those who, like me, suffer from an itchy, acne-prone back. I always use the rough side of the sponge, though it will be much too harsh for some, and FINALLY, I no longer spend all day twisting around in my office chair to reach those itchy spots. Using it with an acne treatment shower gel, I also find that my back is no longer oily at the end of the day, now that I can scrub it properly. The hooked end of the handle is perfect for hanging it almost anywhere in the shower to dry. When I went on vacation, I think this thing is what I missed the most!

The buf-puf was too hard on my skin. I gave it a try for an extended period of time before moving onto luffa, which in my opinion does a much better job of exfoliating than any synthetic material I have yet to try. I'm sure this works for some people, it just wasn't for me. I now used a luffa back scrubber that has suction cups which allows me to scrub my back in the shower better than any hand brush I have tried. Sorry everybody... I just don't like the material used with the buf-puf.I highly recommend the big bear luffa back scrubber for anybody with an itchy back. Maybe its not "rough" enough for some people, but for me it works beautifully. I have tried a lot of different products and wish I would have found this a long time ago. It would of saved me a lot of money and a lot of discomfort. That's my opinion for what's worth.
