First, let me say that I really do love the product itself. This body wash is light in fragrance and feels great when you shower with it. I am a big fan of Nivea products in general and this was just another on the list of body washes that I had not tried.

My complaint is that the entry for the item says "Pack of 3". The picture with the entry says "Pack of 2". I was not sure until the item arrived which I was going to be getting, 2 or 3. Well, it turned out the picture was right. I got 2.

Even though I do love the product, there are limits on what I will pay for them. Getting two bottles for right at $18 is beyond my limit, so I will not be purchasing more of this particular item until such time as there is a price shift downward of a measurable (meaning significant) amount.

So Essential Himalayan Crystal Salt Deodorant and Body Treatment Stone

I've been searching for a safe and effective alternative to antiperspirant deodorant. Salt has a fairly good reputation for it's cleansing and healing properties so I thought what the heck, I'll give this a shot. Well, I tried this salt stone for over a week and it just didn't work for me. For one, it does sting. The first time I used it was just after shaving (it's not that I'm dumb, it's just that I really do need to shave my armpits at some point). Well, I'm not kidding you, my armpits turned pink and burned for more than a good 10 minutes. The next 2 days -without shaving -weren't much better. I then tried shaving extra carefully and applying the deodorant very gently. That helped, but only just a little. The bar itself is very scratchy and I think I must have been scratching up my underarms with it during applications. I then tried just wetting the stone and rubbing my hands over the bar and applying the salt to my armpits with just my hands. That seemed to work the best in keeping the burning down to a minimum.

But my real problem with this product is that it left my underarms sticky and smelly. Even applying it twice a day didn't help reduce the odor. I'm not an extremely smelly person and I wasn't even doing moderately sweat-inducing activities. I just can't get this product to work for me. I have found that I am better off not using any deodorant at all than to use this stone. I pretty much smell the same whether I use the stone or not, but at least I don't have to contend with sticky underarms as well. I am now searching for another alternative and am going to try the Nourish Orange Deodorant stick next. I think (hope) it will at least work better than this salt stone did. Maybe I can somehow still use this bar in the bath or shower to cleanse my skin so it doesn't completely go to waste. [UPDATE: I like my Nourish Orange Deodorant stick soooo much better, hooray!]

One final note -the picture of this product is misleading. It shows 2 bars with rounded edges. What I received was one bar of medium thickness, with no rounded edges, which probably makes it more difficult to use under the arms. I've emailed the seller (TigerDive) about this but I get the impression they are not interested in correcting the problem unfortunately. This definitely makes me leery about buying anything else from these guys again. This shouldn't be a problem though, because after being burned a couple of times from 3rd party sellers on Amazon, I am no longer buying health and beauty products on Amazon unless the product maker and seller are one and the same and I can verify that the ingredients and product description are accurate.

Although I did receive this product in a timely manor, I was not completely satisfied with the product itself. I would like you to know that I had been using a Thai Crystal before using this Solay Salt Stone. My issue is that It BURNED my skin when applied. I realize that freshly shaved skin and the salt stone are not advisable BUT even on unshaved skin it still burned. I bought two of these-one for a friend. We both threw ours out :(

Yes, this product will sting when applied directly to the skin especially if it's done immediately after a shave. It's rock salt like table salt sodium chloride, as opposed to alum, which is what most of the deodorant and post-shaving stones are made of. If you want no sting, alum is great, and effective. If you specifically want rock salt, alum just won't do. So I was glad to find this. It's true that the bar is just a clean-cut rectangle without the rounded edges shown in the photo. It's quite pretty, though not evenly pink, as shown, but white with pink streaks.

DevaCare No-Poo Cleanser

Inspired by the infomercial, I tried Wen for my naturally curly, fine, dry hair. It worked and I loved it, but about every three weeks I just had to use a shampoo that lathered to feel clean. It seemed Wen left a nasty, gooey buildup. A curly-haired friend recommended Deva Curl No Poo with Deva One Condition and I've been using them for several months. If you have eczema or psoriasis on your scalp, you know how hard it is to stop the itching, flaking, and even bleeding. I use these to remove my makeup and wash my face. They don't necessarily exfoliate like a muslin cloth but they work to clean your face. They are super soft and clean up easily in warm/hot water. I highly recommend.

I was very pleasantly surprised by these towelettes. A bit pricey but they are way better than the usual handi-wipes. They are extra large in size and thick. You can clean your face, arms , and hands with one wipe. The scent is a bit offputting but it dissapates quickly. Non-drying and leaves your skin clean and soft. I'm very pleased with them.

I have such sensitive skin that I didn't regularly wash my face until college it hurt so much. The best I found was avenno ultra calming, but found it was drying out my skin too much. I found this recommended and its excellent. The little scrubby thing really does work better than just rubbing your face with your hands. I mean, would you think your body was clean if all you did was cover your hand with soap and rub your armpit? It works much better, I noticed a real difference in a week. There is the issue of acne on the edges of where you wash, you have to really scrub your eyebrows and hairline and around your ears or they'll come up there. It advertises that it can shrink pores and I really believe it. I don't use like 'beauty supplies' other than face wash but it really does seem to shrink them, especially under the eyes.

If you have extreme sensitive skin, give it a try, you won't be disappointed. And if you are, keep the little scrubby anyway.

I was very excited with meaningful beauty.... Cindy Crawford really helps you make a decision on buying this! but after using it for more than a year i can surely say it doesnot work at all.

Initially it felt nice, i felt it was working on my skin... but after using for almost a year, i noticed the wrinkles on my forehead were getting worse.... It does not give you the results that you need. and i am just 28 and i started it to prevent the small wrinkles from growing.... it did not work... i can only imagine how it would work on deep wrinkles.

Also the customer service is very poor, they are rude to you and are always looking to sell stuff to you.

I tried a different product and i have seen results in one week which i did not see after using Meaningful Beauty for more than a year.

I started using Meaningful Beauty products about 6 years ago. It worked fairly well for the first year or two then they changed the formula a bit. I know because I compared the ingredient list from an old bottle to a new one. Within a week after they changed the formula, my face had splotches of severe dryness that was red, itchy, and inflamed. I called them to cancel my automatic shipments and let them know that their new formula was horrible and was ruining my skin. They insisted that nothing about it had changed and then tried to sell me more of the product line. Just seemed like they only cared about making a buck, no apologies for damage to my skin.

So fast forward to just a few weeks ago. I still have a bunch of leftover cleanser and moisturizer and decided to give it another try. Perhaps there was something else going on at the time with my skin. Well, it's been a couple weeks and my face is slowly getting drier and drier. I just used the nighttime moisturizer and it made my skin burn. Will immediately stop using all MB products and throw them in the trash, where they should have been dumped after the first time.

I bought the product after watching the informercial. The one thing I will congratulate the producers about is for picking up a spkesperson who is a poster child for great skin. But there is no doubt in my mind that Cindy Crawford does NOT use these products. I had great results with my Estee Lauder, but figured that if I got a great product which was also cheaper than my Estee Lauder, this would be a bonus. After 9 months of using Meaningful Beauty, I noticed that my skin was losing its elasticity, and wrinkles were coming out more pronounced. True that the products look and feel great when you apply them, but for me the feeling smooth is not the only thing that matters, and in fact does not matter at all if I don't see results. Products' texture was always great, but their effectiveness is lousy, and for me the effectiveness matters more than the smoothness. Scrubs are not smooth, but they work to remove impureties. So, if you have another product that works for you, do NOT drop it for Meaningful Beauty, because you will end up regretting it. The cost saving is really not worth it.

My sister uses the Aveeno line and it works great for her. Me, it's Estee Lauder (way more expensive than Aveeno), but at least I don't have to consider Botox or going under the needle, which prompts me to ask whether Cindy has had some "work" done. I know that Susan Lucci (Erika Kane in All My Children) also promotes a product, but Susan has regular jobs done and it's a well-known "secret". It's a bit deceiving that these actresses make you think that their youthful look is due to some product, when they go for regular facelifts... That's misrepresentation when they use their face to showcase a product as if their look was due to the product. But I'll stop there. Bottom line: Meaningful Beauty doesn't work. I have no interest in Estee Lauder or Aveeno, (and have never received any free gift from any of them). Not like some online reviewer (who discloses in fine prints that they have received free products from the manufacturer for them to try out). All the skincare prodcuts that I have ever used have been paid by me (though I always check to see when they are on sale -which is not very often).

Do not waste your time and money buying this product. The first box I received was an OK deal at $40.00. They sent me a second box (3 month supply) less than 30 days after my first box at a cost of $149.94, because I did not cancel within the initial 30 days. Vinegar Rinse Cleanser 8 fl. oz.

It worked on my large flake dandruff within a few rinses. Totally gone now. NO OTHER product works like this! I use it during winter every other time I shampoo. Easy to use, shampoo with a ph balanced natural shampoo (I use natures gate), apply and leave in for 1-5 minutes (while I soap, shave), and then rinse, apply conditioner. I only use about 1-2T per use, so it goes a long way. Love this product. Can't say enough good things. Can't smell it AT ALL once hair is dry, a little smell while drying (and I mean very light smell).

Contrary to some other opinions, I am very drawn to the fragrance of this product. It smells like you're walking into an essential oils store. I love it! Using the product also makes my hair feel so clean, swingy and fresh. Not stripped, just fresh and clean. I have used water/vinegar rinses I've concocted at home because I know vinegar is good for a number of reasons for cleaning your hair. But it never worked quite as good as this product, and the smell of straight vinegar diluted with water just lingered forever. This is a fabulous product. What I don't like is that it is sooo expensive for such a small bottle. I use it sparingly on my slightly past shoulder-length hair and it will get used up too quickly for the money, in my opinion. Okay so I received this before I was supposed too (witch is a bonus)! I have black hair with extremely bad, noticable dandruff. Within one wash I had no flakes, my hair was baby soft, my scalp felt clean, and my hair felt lighter! The only down sides were the smell and it made my eyes burn really bad. 'At best, they do nothing, and at worst, they can give you irritation of the skin,' she said. 'I would tell people to put that money into gold that they can wear around their neck or on their fingers.'" From the same article, another dermatologist (Dr. Jeannette Graf) stated that, she had done "intensive medical searches on this very ingredient" and found that "there are absolutely no scientific studies that show that gold has any effect in firming or revitalizing the skin, nor that it reduces wrinkles or gives skin a plumped, golden glow.'" But Dr. Graf did find that gold was named "'allergen of the year' in 2001 by the American Contact Dermatitis Society" (Kingson, Jennifer. May 24 2011. Fashion and Style Section). I know that this seems obvious to most American consumers. We watch The Doctors and Dr. Oz. We read Consumer Reports. Nonetheless, we sometimes get distracted by "big claims." So, absolutely know that you are paying for gold that will have no positive impact on your skin. And, know that those who have sensitive skin can actually be negatively impacted by these products. (That's straight from the research). Therefore, be certain to conduct a patch-test (i.e. apply the product to a small area, wait twenty-four hours, and then proceed with this product if there are no negative results).

Now for the "caviar" claim. Again, Americans are smart consumers. However, sometimes it takes awhile to disseminate the proper information to the public. Therefore, many may truly believe that this could be the next "big thing." What I can tell you is that caviar is not that next "fountain of youth." As reported by The Associated Press, Dr. Sanusi Umar clearly stated that there is no evidence that caviar has any benefit.

What else do you need to know? The first ingredient is water. This may be problematic for a variety of reasons. Many in the field are quick make one loud point: if water is the first ingredient, the product is usually 70-95% water. Now consider that some preservatives are included (because water "spoils") and you do not really have a great deal of active ingredients remaining.

Now, if you search some of the ingredients on this label, you may be alarmed to find that there are a few alarming reports about "propylene gycol." However, I think it is crucial to note that our FDA has labelled it safe. (It is even used in dog food ... so, again, I feel like you have no worries here). Still, it may do you good to dig deeper into this debate. It seems really heated.

Now, my main concern (again as a savvy consumer) was that this product is manufactured in Spain (i.e. without the careful watch of the FDA). So I did some investigating. The good news is our FDA website states, "Cosmetic products imported into the United States are subject to the same laws and regulations as those produced in the United States. They must be safe for their intended uses and contain no prohibited ingredients." But there is also a statement that claims, "The FDA encourages cosmetic firms to register their establishments and file Cosmetic Product Ingredient Statements with FDA's Voluntary Cosmetic Registration Program (VCRP). Since some people are sensitive to scent, I thought it sage to report that there is a moderate to heavy aroma comparable to baby powder with a touch of cinnamon. To most, it will not be offensive. (I found it quite pleasant). To a few, it could prove prohibitive. (And, there are a few for whom it will clash with their signature scents).

It is not tacky (to the touch) and seems to "disappear" into the skin.

I had no problem with layering an SPF 20 tinted moisturizer over this.

And, I feel it only fair to note that I use Refissa every night (a prescription anti-aging retinoid) and follow that in the morning with CeraVe with a fresh "punch" of vitamin C (Philosophy Turbo Booster C Powder) which provides sun protection. Pretty much whatever my dermatologist suggests, I do. So, I may not see any difference with a beauty-counter product. We will find out!

And, as countless doctors are quick to note, in the case of beauty-counter skin care, expensive does not mean better (at all).

I have acne skin and I find serums to work better for me than moisturizers. Serums tent to be absorb better by then skin, while moisturizers tend to sit on top of the skin to provide moisture. I have to be careful with certain moisturizers because they increase oil levels in my skin creating more acne.

My first impression of this serum is what a clean and fresh smell it has. The serum is clear to milky white with flecks of gold that illuminate and shine. It is very pretty and expensive looking.

Applying it to the skin made my skin extra soft and manageable. It did not irritate my skin like most moisturizers do. I did find that the first week my skin went through a "reaction" period where I had increased pimples in the cheek areas. I google some of the ingredients and found that gold can be an irritant on certain skin. However, the "reaction" period died in about two weeks, and my skin overall was clearer, brighter, and nicer to the touch.

I found that applying too much product made my skin feel like it was going to crack, because it felt "hardened" on my skin. However, applying a small amount and messaging it on the skin using circular strokes provided a luxurious touch.

I have not heard of the brand AINHOA because this serum but I am really satisfied with my serum and I will continue to use it until my bottle runs out.

I have never used any facial moisturizers before trying this product and I would never have tried it if I hadn't been able to get it through the Vine program. I have never been a fan of moisturizing, I rarely use hand cream or body lotion because I don't like the way they feel and the perfume smells irritate me. I do like Jergens lotions and I will use that but that's the only moisturizer I like.

I have notice that the elasticity in my skin is diminishing and my face is getting wrinkly so I was happy to have the chance to try this expensive serum. I have to say that I have been pleased with the feel of this on my skin and while it does have a scent to it I don't mind the smell at all. I guess you're supposed to put this on before bed but I use it in the morning instead. And I like the texture of this product under my concealer, it's a little bit tacky and seems to give my concealer something more to stick to than just my smooth skin, so I get better coverage with the concealer.

Do I think this product is making me look younger? Well, someone held the door for me the other day and called me "Miss" instead of Ma'am...does that count?

I think this product is a nice moisturizer that does make my skin look better and my make-up go on better and it doesn't have an irritating smell to it. So, I do like it. But I have to be honest, I am a bargain-shopping kind of girl and I would never spend big bucks on any beauty product, probably not even if I won the lottery. If I could get a life-time supply of this serum gratis, I'd be happy to keep using it.

I have used the Luxe Gold facial Serum as recommended every night for approximately 3 weeks. I love the dispenser, it's nice enough to leave out on the bathroom counter. The fragrance is pleasant, mild and very light. The texture is smooth and leaves a nice glow on the skin.

I applied it all over my face and neck, giving special attention to around the eyes and mouth. However, I found it very disappointing that after 3 weeks, I saw no change. As a make up remover, this is wonderful. It only takes a small amount and I can get all my layers of mascara and eyeliner/shadows off at once. It's not irritating to my eyes too which is a BIG plus! It may be oil free, but there is still mild residueit tends to go away within 5 minutes if left alone, or you can quickly wipe it away or rise off your eyes. Either method works fine. I personally use it to get lip liner and bronzer off tooworks just as well.

What this doesn't do is actually clean my face though. Still gotta use toner for that. My toner of choice is a moisturizing tonerworks so much better because it doesn't contain alcohol which dries out your skin. I'm sure the other ladies know what I'm talking about! Dry skin = flaky = blemishes...not a great way to attract the guys. This toner, which smells like rose petals (Witch Hazel Rose Petal Toner with Aloe Vera + FREE Retinol Cream) actually has aloe vera in it so it's literally moisturizing as you're using it AND cleaning your face. Great way to get off any stubborn make up, too!

I can't live without this makeup remover. It is the Best, never burns your eyes and it takes off the makeup so fast, no matter how much you have on. It takes off mascara so easily. I have used other makeup removers and none of them compare to Neutrogena.

It does do a good job of removing stubborn eye makeup. Waterproof liner and mascara will take a few passes to come completely off. My biggest complaint and the reason I don't really like this product is that I bought it because it said "oil-free"... so why do my eyes feel like an oil slick after using it? The residue it leaves behind, as another reviewer noted, needs to be wiped off with a wet cloth or towel.

In this day and age when elite skincare products can cost upwards of $75.00 or more, and often need to be purchased as a line of products, Azfasst is a true bargain and amazingly simple to use.

I purchased the product in Feb. 2011 after seeing it numerous times on a local TV station, and waited to review until I used it for three months (once daily). At the three month mark, I still have half a bottle left, and I'm very happy with the results.

I'm 48 years old, and while I will never have a completely balanced skin tone (freckles, uggggg) Azfasst has done a great job minimizing age/dark spots, and an incredible job minimizing pore size (which had been visible throughout my teens and into adulthood.) It was surprising to me when the product arrived and it contained parabens. If someone goes through the trouble of excluding sulfates in their shampoo and boasts about it containing organic Argan oil, it seems that they would also leave out the parabens. No such luck. The shampoo contains 2 different types of parabens and the conditioner contains 5. The conditioner is not sulfate free eventhough it comes packaged with a sulfate-free shampoo. Why would someone care about sulfates in their shampoo but not in a leave-in conditioner? Makes no sense to me. Also why is there no mention of the parabens? I believe on average more people are paraben conscious than about sodium lauryl sulfate. The way this product is listed/described is misleading at best and uses trickery at worst. If you are trying to avoid ingredients that are questionable don't buy this product.
