They're pore strips.You put them on your blackheads, peel the sucker off, and bam your blackheads (or most of them anyway) will be stuck to it.
I think I should point out to some people that not everything that appears to be blackheads are actually blackheads. Keep in mind that deep, wide, pores can also look like they are clogged because they'll look darker than the surrounding skin.
