Great product for my son's hair, that looked "oily" before his hairdresser clued him in that he has naturally healthy hair with sufficient oils (so no conditioner needed) but a shampoo that cleaned without stripping (as a lot of shampoos for oily hair do). I don't know why the price is so expensive, as if you go to the Shu Uemura site, 400 ml costs $55.

According to the bottle Olive Vitale foaming face wash, which I and many of my friends loved, except it has both Sodium Benzoate and Vitamin C, which we now know forms the carcinogen benzene. In understand that the levels are small, but when it's a daily use item it matters greatly. I have been using this face-wash for about a year and now my sisters are using it too. It's free of nasty petrochemicals and very effective at removing make-up including mascara and I really like the foaming action. I used to use Earth Science face wash but that became too drying on my skin and better suited for younger or oily skin.

They really give a rich lather, have Shea butter and cocoa butter, and these dense bars last a very long time. You'll love how you smell, and so will everyone else. Also leaves your bathroom smelling nice after the shower!

Just purchased good price (after checking out the ProX prices, and that thing they have on the infomercial at over $250).

Anyway, at 61, my skin is pretty good for my age, but it ain't 25 year old skin anymore! This product has done a nice job, and I've only used it 3 times I already see a difference, a 'brighter' refreshed look. Just for the hell of it, I used the pad twice, and it worked fine! Maybe I didn't use it long enough the first time so it still had some "go" left in it. But, give it the ol' 1-2 try!

I would have liked the pads to be maybe a little more abrasive for older skin, that would be better. Maybe they should offer a couple of different "grit" pads, like sandpaper!!

I recently had 'real' microdermabrasion I have a pretty high pain/discomfort threshold well, let me tell you that procedure wasn't pleasant, it bloody hurt, and........after 2 treatments with this high powered machine, I really saw little difference, not lasting, anyway.

Do yourself a favor give this little machine a try at $20, it's not a miracle worker, you won't look 25 again, but I think you'll see a difference. I'm going to stick with it.

I'm a guy and if you had asked me for an electrical device for exfoliation I would probably have handed you an orbital sander. That was before I tried Neutrogena's Microdermabrasion System.

It works by placing a pad filled with a cleanser and exfoliant on a vibrating handheld device (get your mind out of the gutter). You wet the pad and your face with water and you gently rub the device against your skin. You dispose of the pad when you're done.

My results were excellent. I have mild acne scars and pockmarks near my temples and using this product helped reduce the visibility of these scars. It also made my face noticeably smoother.

I recommend this product, but I do have a few caveats. Don't use it for more than a few minutes at a time and be gentle when you use it. I overused it one time and parts of my face ended up red and irritated from the friction. Also, try to avoid getting the cleanser in your eyes. I found that when I used it on my forehead it had a tendency to drip into my eyes which caused a mild sting.

I love this product. There are sufficient microdermabrasion pads included in this pack to get you hooked on using it--and hooked you will be, for the results speak for themselves. My face is squeaky clean and smooth after using, and I feel like my other facial products are that much more effective (such as moisturizers and serums) after using this product every 3 days. It seems to be having good results in terms of decreasing the look and size of my pores.

As a fun aside note....I think that this product could also be used, ahem, for another purpose. It has two speeds, and the head that the microderm pads are attached to, can also be detached. So. Just sayin'.

Ok so I have purchased SKABILLIONS of facial products over the years, and I saw this and thought what the heck..it's cheap so if it sucks no big loss. When it came in I used it right away and was SOOO impressed! My skin was glowing and sooooo smoothe. I've had it for 3 weeks now and my skin has 100% cleared up, and you can't even see my pores! If you have dry hair and do the Curly Girl method of "conditioner washing"--or co-washing--this is the best on the block for it right now, a new CJ product that's getting raves in the natural hair/curl community--and has sold out on Curlmart. It cleans your scalp and hair with no stripping/harshness/drying. If you have normal hair, you may not need a rinse out conditioner. If you have dry hair, you will benefit from the gentle cleansing.

If you're a co-washer, you definitely want to try this. If you're a modified CG-er, and you use Low Poo, you may want to try this, too, to see if your hair benefits from an even gentler routine.

I purchased this product for the first time in July 2010. At the time, I was transitioning from relaxed to natural hair. When I used it, I really didn't like it. So, I sold it on a hair forum product exchange board.

Several months later, I underwent the Big Chop, and am now completely natural. Regretting the fact that I sold what was practically a full bottle, I decided to repurchase Daily Fix again. I am glad that I did. It cleanses completely, and moisturizes effectively. I like the idea of cleansing my hair several times a week without having to use shampoo even sulfate-free shampoo.

I have always heard great things about shiseido products and decided to give this a try since it was a good price for three products. I have sensitive skin that breaks out in acne very easily so I was wary. I am 30 and still have acne and some dark spots from previous breakouts. I had been using skin ID to clear up acne that broke out again due to climate changes. After skin ID cleared up the acne I didn't want to keep drying out my skin with benzoyl peroxide and acids. Once I started using white lucent I didn't break out again. I got a zit here and there and put the acne treatment on at night. The white lucent was so gentle that it helped control the breakout and kept my skin very soft and balanced. The cleanser is very rich. You only need the tiniest amount. The toner and lotion are enhance makeup as well, making my powders and eye makeup look better and last longer. I am very pleased with this product.

This cleanser contains a lot of the ingredients that I've used with success in the past but the combination used in this product dried my skin out to such an extent that it actually produced additional breakouts. Along with the drying ingredients, it is also a scrub so you end up scrubbing away at your newly inflamed skin. No amount of moisturizer could combat the flaky, irritated skin I experienced after using this cleanser. If you have even mildly sensitive skin, which most acne sufferers have, I suggest you look elsewhere for products specifically designed to treat sensitive as well as acne-prone skin.
