Pelindaba Lavender Body Wash (Shower Gel) with Organic Lavender Essential Oil

I know it's a bit expensive, but this shower gel is totally worth it. I bought the big size, and it's probably right for the price. The lavender is from a local (washington state) farm, which satisfies many of my hippie impulses, but the most important part is HOW DRATTED AMAZING this smells! Yeah, it cleans your body, but it's easy to get lost in the rich, deep, herbal, pleasant, lavender ... way better than most lavender soaps, which smell like grandma's attic or something.

It lathers nicely but not a whole lot, and it doesn't last on your skin too long after you get out of the shower, but while you're in there soaping up! OMG.

When I first met my b/f I stayed at his place a lot and he had some of this that he had gotten as a gift with purchase and his skin was really oily and he said that it worked great. I LOVED it so much and the smell was awesome. Eventually Dillards gave away another kind of facial cleanser with purchase and we drifted away from this kind.

Three years later out of curiosity I looked this cleanser up on Amazon and I found it and was so excited to find it that I bought it. When it got here and I used it, it was nothing like I remembered. It doesn't soap up and its almost like I am putting lotion on my face IN the shower. Because I dont want to waste it, what I do is put some bar soap on my hands and then some of this cleanser on top of it and rub it altogether so I can get it to soap up enough to make a soapy cleaning instead of a lotion application.

The only constant is that awesome smell. :)

I have posted comments on the other 3 reviews, there is some misunderstanding going on here because there are TWO very similar products being talked about. The product I have used for years LOOKS identical to this, but the small print is slightly different. I was looking for: Estee Lauder Soft Clean Moisture Rich Foaming Cleanser, this product is like a cream.. literally: Estee Lauder Soft Clean Tender Creme Cleanser, which is meant to be used without water and removed with a tissue. Like another reviewer, it had me totally baffled in the shower! It was greasy, not foamy. I've sent a great deal of information to the seller, and hopefully they will now elaborate in their description.. so others don't accidentally buy this VERY different, but IDENTICAL "looking" product. If you are looking for a greasy cream, you are probably in the right place. If you want a FABULOUS gentle foaming cleanser, this is NOT it.. do a search for: Estee Lauder Soft Clean Moisture Rich Foaming Cleanser. The excellent video review is for the FOAMING cleanser, NOT this greasy cream.

Great bath and shower gel. The smell is hypnotic. I cannot imagine anyone not liking it. The only downside is that this gel is so darn expensive. I think it should retail around $10-12.00 not more. I buy it as a luxury, not a necessity. I usually use Neutrogena Bath and Body Gel and pick up a 32 oz for $16.00. I think Arizona Sun should adjust their supply and demand curve as to accommodate more sales. I think $10-12.00 would be reasonable.

I love trying different skin care products from South Korea!! They know what they're doing I've tried almost every American skin care treatment and none have worked thus far.

My skin is VERY oily and HIGHLY acne-prone. I use this foam cleanser every morning and I LOVE it. There are two qualities about this product that stand out. The first is the SIZE. When I received them I immediately tore one open and discovered that it is much larger than wipes I had used before. This is important to me because I use them for an eye condition, but my wife also loves them because it makes it easy to remove makeup. The second feature is they are very MOIST, we never have to rinse afterwards. We even tried it on our dog for his eye boogies and now he looks forward to a good scrubbing!! I bought this and used for a few days before having a severe allergic reaction all over my face. Severe swelling that burned for almost 2 weeks with extreme swelling for 2 weeks also. I could leave my couch for days due to pain and weeks due to hideousness. Stupidly, I was not quite sure if my reaction was due to this product so a few months later, I tried it again on my arm and the reaction was even more severe than the first time and had to go to urgent care to get on steroids, but probably should have gone to the hospital.

4 months now since, my arm still reacts to unknown irritants, meaning the allergic reaction has lasting effects.

I already had the #2 and #3 parts for this Onsen Micro water complex system and wanted to try the #1 part (the cleanser) I found that I love it as much as the other products in the group. I was so looking forward to this product. I use to have thick hair until my hair started to fall out in chunks. Since Procter & Gamble moved production to Mexico, the product doesn't seem to be nearly as good as it used to be. The Scalp Therapy used to really tingle on my scalp and now it doesn't do anything other than just sit there. Apparently, they closed down the U.S. manufacturing plant and started producing Nioxin in Mexico. It appears to me they may have also changed the formula. Either way, I don't perceive the same thickening effect it used to have. This is unfortunate because I used to really love this product line.
