The only thing that's worked for my skin. I use these each night and it's amazing what regular face wash leaves behind!! It's gentle, I only use them once a day (at night like I said). They make everything so clear, no need for them in the morning!

I have been using Aveeno's Clear Complexion Cleansing Pads for a few years now, but recently purchased it through Amazon (cheaper than purchasing at a local store). I am not a fan of other Aveeno products I have tried, but can not say enough good things about this product. I have terrible adult acne with oily/combination skin, and need to use a textured pad, like Aveeno's, to help shed dead skin, and promote healthy skin growth.

Generally I can get three/four, some times more (depends how hard I scrub!) out of one pad.

The textured side does not feel rough or abrasive, but just know that everyone's skin (and not just the face) needs time to generate a new, fresh layer of skin before you can shed the old one. I use peels, and I know that if I scrub off the top layer of my skin before my skin has time to create a new layer, I will end up with a red and overly sensitive face.

The pad's cotton does start to "roll" up over each use, but I only mention it for aesthetic reasons, as it does not affect the overall purpose of the pad. The pads produce a nice lather, and light smell that does not stick around after rinsing my face.

I have oily skin, and have no complaints about it making my skin more oily. This product is oil-free, and has salicylic acid that helps fight oily skin. The amount of salicylic acid in this Aveeno's product is around the average amount for normal adult acne, but because I have chronic adult acne I am also using a salicylic peel. The combination works great for me.

I have used this product for about two years. I use it every so often but when I do I feel refreshed and the pad action really cleans out my face. I am 40 years old and my skin feels fresh and youthful after every use. I don't wear makeup in a reagular basis so I know that the remains that are on the pad after I use it are from dirt and oil in my skin. Love this product!

Excellent product. Works great for keeping skin clear and clean. It can be a little drying especially if used every day. Just follow up with a moisturizer if you notice drying or cut back to a few days a week or so. They smell so good!!!! I have sensitive skin and combination skin and I find this works great.

I bought this because it has soy in it and I know soy helps to even the skin tone. I thought the salicylic acid it contains would help to keep my skin clear as well. But this made my already oily skin appear to be greasy. By mid day if I ran my hand over my face I could see the oil on my hand as well. There is also only 0.5% salicylic acid which really does nothing to control chronic acne.

The good points are that the pads are nice and large and it smells nice and lathers up nicely. In fact I continued to use it b/c I liked the way the lather felt on my face, but it just got to be too oily for me so I stopped. If you have dry skin, I recommend it, but I do not recommend it for people who have oily skin and chronic or severe acne.
