Firstly, let me tell you that I love this product. It makes my straight hair shiny and reduces frizzies, but the whole you-can-go-longer-without-getting-greasy-headed thing never happened for me. Best yet, Sally's sells little single-use packets if you're not ready to commit. You could grab a couple of those and give it a go before you totally opt out of the real thing. (Of course, for $10 you could just buy the whole bottle... Compared to the Wen spend, that's small potatoes!)

I gave this product a glowing review right after purchase. I wasn't able to finish the bottle, though. It did not get rid of the oil in my hair and it looked stringy and limp after about a week of use. I believe I was using the product correctly. You take a chance on this stuff. Buyer beware.

I have long, virgin, baby fine hair. It gets dry in the winter and has no body. I tried Wen and liked the way my hair looked for the first hour. After that it just started looking greasy and limp. I have heard so much about WEN that I had to buy it. I followed the directions perfectly '30-40 pumps, massage in for a minute, let stand 3-5 minutes, rinse thoroughly' and when I got out my hair had waxy build up. I was ticked I mean wasn't the whole point of this not to have waxy build up? To have volume? I tried twice more just to see if I had messed up, but no each time my hair came out with grease and wax. Finally I googled 'WEN instructions' and it came up with a video on YouTube.com Here's the proper way that should be on the bottle.

1. rinse hair thoroughly, like for a few minutes.

2. 5-10 pumps (more if you need) and put on the top part of your hair, massage in

3. 5-10 pumps under your hair massage in

4. 5-10 pumps on the left side

5. 5-10 pumps on the right side

6. any extra pumps on the bottom or top, just fill in

7. Slightly tilt your head in the water until it gets a little wet

8. massage in your scalp for a minute, this should be easier because of the water you added

10. clip it up and let stay for a solid 3-5 minutes

11. rise thoroughly making sure you don't feel anything in your hair

Do you see how detailed that is? That's what should be on the back of the bottle because I can tell you now I only wash my hair with WEN and it is not greasy, no waxy build up and my hair looks really healthy. I have fine blonde hair that I dye so it is slightly damaged, but I have a ton of it so it can be a pain to get the shampoo out from under the layers, I really really like the Cucumber Aloe and just bought a bigger bottle, my hair is mid back and I find I really only need 5-7 pumps per section so don't use the 40 plus pumps, saves the product and me money.

Wen absolutely RUINED my hair. I have fine, formerly curly hair. When I first started using Wen, my hair definitely felt smoother, but it was flat unless I blew it dry every day. Gradually, Wen relaxed out all my natural curls. Soon after, I noticed short, broken off hairs near the front of my scalp, where I had had to scrub so hard to try and get my hair clean with the stuff. I stopped using Wen, only to realize that my curls were permanently relaxed out. Now the broken pieces are growing back curly while the end are still flat and gross. Jane Iredale Magic Mitt

I rarely review anything, but nine months ago someone I trust recommended the Jane Iredale Magic Mitt. At the time it seemed too expensive to me. I am so kicking myself now. I have been using the magic mitt for over a month and I want to tell every woman I know to run out and buy one. I have average skin with hormonal breakouts. For the last few years I've been experimenting with gentler products, a wonderful oil moisturizer at night, baking soda to exfoliate, etc. But plain water and the magic mitt are almost all my face needs now. My skin isn't dried out after I wash my face and it's not oily in the morning. Also even hormonal acne seems to have a much shorter life span. Just using the magic mitt and then dabbing with tea tree oil on a q-tip resolves the problem spot in 1-2 days. I use a pretty strong sunscreen on my face and the mitt removes it but I had to get used to how it feels. When I rub the mitt on my face, it does remove makeup and sunscreen but I don't get the squeaky clean feeling that I did with soap. That took some getting used to. However my face isn't dried out and tight and I don't need to put a moisturizer on right after washing, either. I'll take happier, less problematic skin over squeaky clean any day. Plus look at how much I'm going to save by not buying all that face wash.

This is the greatest product ever. I have one that I've used everyday for the past three years and works the same as the first time. You can wash it as much as you want in the washing machine. No soap required, just wet the cloth and your mascara and eyeliner comes right off!

I have to wear mineral makeup because I'm allergic to everything else, even the so-called hyper-allergenic brands! That being said I tried to use regular cleansers for sensitive skin. After a while, I started to have reactions to those too. I wasn't about to stop wearing makeup and didn't know what I was going to use as a cleanser. Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay

I've been using this for years and it is fantastic and nothing short of miraculous. I've used it on poison ivy, eczema, zits, blackhead, large pores, bruises, chigger and bug bites. I had a very severe bout of poison ivy, so I mixed up a large quantity of this stuff (cover and put in fridge any stuff you mix up,) and every night applied a pack and covered it with paper towels which I taped it down to keep in place & slept with it over night. The next morning I hosed off the dried clay and could see the poison ivy was losing it's punch, less ooze, itch & redness. This stuff pulls the toxins out of your skin! Would be great for teenagers troubled skin as it's the best clay to use on the face. I apply a thick layer and let it completely dry. It makes you skin pulsate as it's drying and I noticed my skin is more taut, pores smaller and clean, smoother and clearer after use. This stuff increases circulation in your skin and can make it red after using, (for me it goes away after 30 minutes.) DO A PATCH TEST FIRST.

I also used it on an allergic reaction I had to some sunscreen where my chest broke out in zits and after one application of this clay the next day everything had cleared up.

F.Y.I. to avoid a clogged drain, I peel the clay off after it's dried, or hose down outside because the dried clay (if it goes down the drain) can cause a clog. You can also use it in a bath as a detoxifier for the whole body. Just sprinkle in the water and it melts (no risk of drain clogging with this method.) This is a must for any emergency medical kit.

More FYI: Mix in a NON-METAL CONTAINER using NON -METAL UTENSILS. Instead of mixing with water you can use apple cider vinegar (I have also used aloe juice, NONI juice to amp up the healing properties.) A great cheap beauty mask that really detox's and purifies.. Any mixed leftovers can be covered and put in the fridge for further use. Add a little water if it dries up a bit while in the fridge. NOTE: The dry powder does not need to be refrigerated. **If using in a bath: gently sprinkle clay (I have used 1/2 of a container per bath) and use your hand as a beater to properly dissolve the clay when it hits the water to avoid clumping.

I am 32 years old with extremely sensitive skin. I have acne, eczema, large pores and my skin will dry into a red rash due to changing weather or caused by some products. No amount of Retional, Accutane, Protiviti, Clearisil etc etc has ever taken care of my problems.

I just used this mask for the first time (with applecider vinegar) and my skin feels super soft. My pores have shrunk to the point that I am using one of those (horrific) magnifying mirrors and they still look small. I did feel the tightening and pulling that others have described but it was satisfying to know the product was working. My face did turn red immediately after the treatment, but that faded within 20 minutes. I am VERY pleased with the result and will use this again frequently.

I have used clay-based face masks before, including the bar and tube from Fresh, a mud mask from Sabon, and also fresh masks from Lush (the Chocolate clay one is my fave). Let me tell you...if you ever want to know what it's like to have a black hole on your face then all you have to do is get this product. If you mix it just right not only will you feel pulsating and tightening, you will feel as if your face has moved( such as your lips puckering) but it really hasn't. It's pretty amazing. I leave it on for as long as I want or can take. It doesn't burn me or anything(though it did burn one of my friends with bad acne, but I think that was a good sign.) It just kind of sets me in stone. I make sure that when I mix it with Bragg's Organic Apple Cider that the texture is silky and whipped. No clumps! I have seen that some use water but meh...I say go by the actual directions.

I think one of the misconceptions about a product like this is that your face becomes smooth when you scrub it off. This stuff is extremely hard to get off like that. I recommend taking a rag and soaking it with warm water and dabbing it generously on the clay so that it softens somewhat. THEN scrub/wipe it off.

I only do this once a week because my skin is pretty normal and do not want to dry it out. So far the best benefit this clay has given is it's blackhead loosening. I always put a nose strip on right after I wash this off. When I pull that thing off I get almost all the blackheads on my nose. It makes me very happy. Now I know some people have T-Zone blackheads so I am sure you could also use strips on your chin and forehead.

This product is relatively inexpensive and the apple cider is too. It's worth a try.

I'm a bit confused by the extreme reviews for this product. It is a simple raw powdered bentonite clay which is readily available all over the world and used in many many cosmetics that you probably have in your bathroom right now. The marketing on this product is hyped, of course it is, almost all cosmetic products are touting unrealistic benefits these days. Bentonite clay is not a miracle, but it does have beneficial, productive uses both internally and externally. This kit is a bit difficult to rate because there are a few factors you may wish to take into consideration in addition to the contents of the kit, but let me start with reviews on the 3 products.

Shampoo: Fairly nice shampoo but not incredibly special. If you want something simple this could be for you. If you already have a salon quality shampoo however I don't believe you'll gain anything from the transition. Does have a nice smell.

Body Wash: Best part of the kit in my opinion, but I'd still only give it about 4 stars. Its not something I find essential over something more basic like AXE. Is it better? Yes it is, but I'm not sure if its so much better that I'd want to spend the extra money. If you do enjoy the higher quality body washes I wouldn't be averse to trying it but you may want to consider picking it up individually.

Gloves: Worst part of the kit in my opinion. Its not that they couldn't work, its just that they're annoying to put on daily, difficult to hang up like you would with one of the cleaners that comes attached to a string for the shower, and if you do try to leave them on the floor they will get nasty fast. This is one of the few parts of the line where I'd prefer the simpler cheaper solution.

Overall: I'd stick to the body wash, but if you want the whole kit nothing is bad enough that I'd expect you to walk away too disappointed.

Considerations: You may not think about this when you're looking at the kit, but not included in this price are a body lotion and hair conditioner. Personally while I found the shampoo nice, I'll always be using a conditioner so that's one more thing to add to the price. Similarly the body lotion offered by Menscience is actually fairly good but not included in the kit. I didn't try to take any stars away from the kit because of this but do keep in mind that this kit may not include half of the items you use for your body/hair on a regular day.

This is for any guy that has no idea what products to use! It makes it so easy to clean up, I'd recommend this for everyone! Basic stuff like cleanser and shampoo, but it's really convenient to be able to buy this all together in a package.

Bath & Body Works Original Classics Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin Pleasures Collection Shower Gel 10 oz

I love Bath and Body Works! But it's one of those things that your really need to smell to know. The names are not enough to go by. I am into a pumkin spice faze and thought this would be a warm spicy flavor but it is more of Apple Ciminimon. Ok, but not what I was wanting.

I have been an Aesthetician (Facialist) and Makeup Artist for 11 years and have had access to all of the best products out there. I must say this cleanser is affordable, effective and full of great ingredients. I use it and it works better than some $60.00 cleansers! It removes makeup without stripping the skin, it smells great and is great for a variety of skin types. I find it especially soothing for acne. I think the packaging is great and it is very affordable for getting such a great quality product.

I don't have a big acne problem but I used to get one or two a month in the same areas. And they were not small. at least until I started using Really Really Clean. I will say that I started using it (the whole anti aging line from Amino Genesis)when I was doing a test trial for an infomercial. The company itself didn't pay us or give us more product for a year like they said they would and the infomercial wasn't made, but I'm now buying my own Really Really Clean cleanser because when I went back to another face cleanser, the acne was back. I recommended it to my 15 year old neice who was having a really bad acne problem. She had tried Pro-active and that other thing that's out there now too. neither worked. Really Really Clean has cleared her skin up tremendously. she looks so much better. I don't know about the anti-aging aspect (I think that's why they didn't pay us because it didn't make us look younger)But it will keep your skin clean and bright.

i love Revaleskin since my dermatologist highly recommends the night cream. it has coffee berry extracts which is anti aging. upon using this product i noticed that it doeesnt foam up unlike other facial cleansers i have tried like SKII or Chanel which i am currently using. there's also a problem with the pumponce you push the nozzle twice or thrice, it doesnt return to its original position... must be some factory defect :(

This cloth is very tin and long. I like that I can grab both ends and pull it back and forth to scratch my back like a bear. When I recently had a self-tanning-fiasco (was told that it looked like I had been out climbing trees) this towel was my savior and removed almost all of the orange smears and the tops of me feet and ankles where it really looked like I had stepped in something nasty. The cloth rinses clean easily and goes into the washing machine with no issue. Also, the times I have forgotten to wash it for a while, I have never had it sour in the shower like washcloths can. So I guess it is somehow anti-microbial, or at least resistant to getting stinky.

I'm a big fan of exfoliating to remove the dead skin cells that tend to clog the skin and make it look dull. I had been using an exfoliating brush for washing and an exfoliating back brush (not the type with the long wooden/plastic handle but the one that's a long continuous bristle with a handle at each end). Since they were out of my usual back brush, I picked up a single pack of the hydro towel to give it a try. Its length is designed for self cleaning your back. I wasn't expecting much but I was very pleasantly surprised by:

1) its light weight. You can ball it up in your hand and use like a shower sponge but it does a great job exfoliating while cleaning and it feels invigorating!

2) It lathered up great with only a little bit of shower gel. I wasn't expecting such a quick and heavy lather so I put more on it than I should. My next thought was wondering how long it would take me to rinse all the suds out.

3) The lather rinsed out quickly and cleaning! No rinse, squeeze, rinse, squeeze to ensure I don't put away a soapy towel.

The hydro towel is durable and dries completely very quickly (unlike bath brushes, sponges, loofahs which can harbor bacteria). So I have now replaced my back brush and body brush, wash cloth and all other shower sponges with the hydro towel. I definitely recommend this product!

I went to Whole Foods today because GNC didn't have the supplements I needed. I stocked up on natural skin products galore. I remember reading about these towels, so I looked for it. Whole Foods had it! However, I wasn't sure if it was the right one that I read on Amazon with all the stars and bought it anyway, hoping the buyer for the store knew what they were doing. This product is great for plus size people such as myself. Think of it as a 3 foot long washcloth. The Poof sponges that are popular for the shower do not dry easily and grow mildew. This being a single rippled sheet dries quickly and exfoliates nicely. They are hard to find in retail stores, thanks Amazon!

I love these towels. After using these for a while my skin is softer than it's been in years. As the desription says, it's the perfect length for washing your back. I have no more backne, as it's called. My body wash lathers really nicely and I can use less body wash than I use with a regular washcloth.

I've tried many different poufs. Some are better than others, but I was never satisfied. Most of them start falling apart after a week or two, and if they don't they are too hard against your skin. This is (dare I say it?), the perfect pouf. The texture is just right it will exfoliate, yet it feels soft and nice against your skin (or mine, at least). It has an easy-to-find and easy-to-use finger loop. And they last, like forever! (But you shouldn't use one that long, they say.) I am just delighted with these poufs!

The loop/handle is made from the same mesh that the pouf is made from. It doesn't fit over my spigot nor the temp adjustment. The loop is also almost 2" wide, so even if you got it over your spigot and/or adjuster, it will get in the way of both. This product just got very cheap. I expected elastic, although I was sad to see that they no longer made of rope. I received neither. Like everything else, the price goes up and quality goes down. The price for printing money...

This item was supposed to be better than the 99 cents poufs I was buying from the big box discount stores, when I couldn't get to my bed/bath store. The cheap ones are now made better.

I have been using these daily facials for several years. I used to buy them at Costco but they don't carry them anymore. They are just the right size and have just the right amount of cleanser in them. They get your face really clean without drying out your skin. I also use them to wipe down the shower after I have used them to wash my face...a nice little bonus!

I love this cleansing cloth. It's just a little rough which I feel is a good exfoliator and I like that I can add my own water. Clarisonic Mia or Pro Cleansing System Travel Bag

Ordered this travel bag for my Clarisonic Pro. Roomy enough for Clarisonic Pro, charger and spare brush/head. I pack my cleansers and lotions separately with my cosmetics. Bag is waterproof so you won't have any dampness in your suitcase from a recently used brush. Just the right size to pack and like the fact that it is a 'soft' case which takes up less space in my luggage than a hard clamshell case would Nicely made with a good zipper. Can find several prints (mine came as a whimsical floral).

I was excited that a product backed by a Dermotologist would get rid of some of my wrinkles! I'm 49 with some wrinkles around my eyes, laugh lines and some wrinkles around my mouth. I used this product for one month and don't see any sort of change at all! Not even slight! Leaves my skin greasy! These posts that claim miracles must be Avon Reps!!

I am 42 years old. I have been showing saggy upper and lower eyelids for at least the last 7 years. I have tried everything new that comes on the market. I have seen a plastic surgeon to consider eyelid surgery but I am too afraid of it. I have tried stri vectin, and it worked pretty good but I really couldn't afford to buy it anymore. I rarely write reviews like this but I ALWAYS read them before buying products not just pricey products but any skin care product since I tend to break out with "cheaper" formulations.

Anyhow, I have been using Derma-Full for two weeks, once a day and my skin has a tightness and glow that is noticeable to everyone. (I actually STOPPED using my decleor products these weeks to really give it a test drive.) I did not have deep wrinkles but some light forehead lines and crows feet. They are indeed PLUMPED up and off my face.

Yes there is a new bit of "greasiness" for a few hours to my skin after I use the product but I think that's what "moisture" in the skin should feel like and why young greasy teenage skin looks so great if cared for well. LOL

I just wanted to let people know that I usually do not "see" or feel remarkable results. THIS PRODUCT DELIVERED. And at the price point, the experiment is certainly an easy one.

I am a 53 year old woman with deep lines along my nose, and "parentheses" between my eyebrows, along with smaller lines. I have been using this product for two and a half weeks. I was so excited after reading the glowing reviews. I see little, if any, difference so far, even in my little lines. Also, I would like to let people know, you WILL break out if you apply to oily areas. I have bought one more bottle to give it a longer time to work, but if I see no progress after that, I will buy no more, not at this price. Also, it would be NICE if they told you how much to use, and where to apply it (all over face or just problem areas) in their directions. Would not recommend it at this point, but if things change, I will be sure and post a new review.

The Burt's Bees Sensitive facial cleanser is an excellent product that delivers.

ABOUT: According to the packaging, this product is in the "Sensitive" skincare line and offers a "natural skin solution" that "moisturizes without causing redness or irritation". It is also "soap-free, fragrance-free, and hypo-allergenic". The bottle boasts the ability to "soften, moisturize, and soothe".

REVIEW: I decided to review this product because I am disappointed in the current reviews. Too many times have people mentioned that they would rate this higher if it offered anti-acne medication and/or some type of aging-deterrent. People! Why not review the product for how it performs with the actual claims on the bottle? Specifically soften, moisturize, and soothe.

I have been using this product for three weeks now. I have acne-prone skin that is very sensitive because of several topical medications that I am on which address this acne-prone skin. For me, the "holy grail" of facial cleansers is a product that is gentle enough to not irritate my skin, but still effective as a cleansing agent. Does not cause break-outs. Oh, yeah and please add a moisturizing component and an aesthetic experience. With these requirements, let's just say I've been around the block a few times with cleansers from department stores (Clinique) to drug stores (everything!).

This cleanser is the best that I have used! I love the creamy consistency, which gently removes makeup, dirt, grime, and grease while still leaving my skin feeling moisturized. It does not form a gross suds-ball because it isn't full of unnecessary and irritating surfactants/detergents. It doesn't cause breakouts, and while unscented, it has a very faint "toasted rice" scent to it, which may be the Rice extract. I noticed that a few reviewers commented on the "film" that it left on their face honey, those are your natural oils! I agree that I also felt a little "filmy" after I first used it, but by the next wash that sensation went away replaced by a thrill of not having to rush for my moisturizer within 30 seconds to replace all the oils I just stripped away. It's quite nice!

In summary, this facial cleanser delivers. If you are looking for an anti-aging or anti-acne cleanser, this is NOT it. If you are looking for a cleanser that will clean and moisturize your sensitive skin, I don't know that you will find a better product than this one. By the way, it's 99.0% natural that's pretty great, too!

When I first put this cleanser on my face, it wasn't what I expected. It didn't lather, and it felt greasy. But, wow, I fell in love with its' citrus scent. It removed my mascara, cleaned my face, and left it feeling smooth and soft. Not greasy at all! this stuff is amazing. it can be rather sticky if it's not used properly. it says on the back to apply to face and use a washcloth to get it off. the washcloth acts as an exfoliator and the orange face wash comes right off, leaving your skin soft and sweet.
