I purchased this as a gift for my beautiful daughter. She loves it! So far so good. This was a replacement for one I got from another vendor but that one didn't work when received, so I ordered from here hoping for better results. Success! She says it truly does a good job and costs much less than the #1 competitor brand.

didnt work had to send two back.. dont do it to yourself its not worth the agravation.. just go to the store and get one, this one sucked big time. also I asked the seller to send one, they sent two and billed me for two. I was really upset this product is really really cheap and will not work

Despite the negative reviews and warnings of charging problems, I thought I'd give it a try. "What are the odds I'll have trouble too?" Well, I did and after only a short time. I barely used it and never took it in the shower or got it really wet, even though it says you can. I went to use it one day and it was dead and the light wouldn't come on when I put it on the dock. The main reason I got it off amazon and through this seller was because of the warranty. Yeah right, they have yet to return any of my numerous emails over a few months. Guess I got scammed, should have gone with a Clarisonic.

I love this product! I love that it has 4 speeds and keeps a charge for several days. I'm on the go daily so it is nice not worrying about constantly charging it.

This product is a huge disappointment for me. initially worked/charged fine. As soon as the first charge was depleted, I have been unable to recharge the product. I have tried everything! I suppose my next step will be to contact the company. This is disappointing, as I haven't the time, or inclination to go to the post office and go through the expense and trouble to send it back. In looking at amazon return policy, the time period expired yesterday! Such is my luck. Unless this is resolved to my satisfaction, I would NOT RECOMMEND this product!
