So I'm a natural 4b. I was amazed that these actually worked on my hair. I was planning to flatiron my hair so I wanted to make sure my foundation for heat was strong. After I rinsed my hair out, I didn't use a leave in like normal, and my hair was still soft. Even after blowdrying the front, by the time I got to the back, my hair was still soft. I usually use a bunch of products on my hair to make sure that it's not dry and brittle, but this stuff was all I needed. I used grapeseed oil to blowdry and my hair still feels nice and soft.

This shampoo and conditioner really make me a believer in CHI products.

Also the seller was really prompt. I live in CA but I still got my stuff super fast. I'm going to keep these in my regimen and keep using this seller.
