So I wrote a neutral review this morning and this afternoon I got a reply.. YES, same day. I simply said that I love the products by Eminence and was a bit dismayed that the wrapping was stuck to the bottle due to leakage. If you are a Eminence buyer then you know inexpensive is not a word associated with the product. They sent me a reply apologizing for the packaging, and stated that they will try much harder to not have that happen again. Just the fact that they are diligent in reading their reviews and contacting me, on what some other sellers would have seen as not a problem makes me smile. Average just won't do for this company, and that makes me a return customer. We share the same mantra!

I have never found a line as exquisite as Eminence! This moisturizer leave my oily/combination/aging skin feeling wonderful. Products through Amazon.com are less expensive than the local day spas. Items were received quickly and 100% as described.
