As someone who can no longer tolerate most shower gels (due to itching breakouts), I find this Vanilla Chai product great from head to toe! In addition, I also use the "light" version of the Nutribiotic Everyday Clean, Botanical BLend Conditioner. These two products are all that are need to keep my skin and scalp content.
