Avon ANEW Ultra Cream Cleanser

I have recently been using the Avon Anew 2-in-1 cleanser/toner, but just recently switched to using the toner and cleanser seperately.

I was really excited to get my Avon ANEW Ultra Cream Cleanser because I've heard good things about it and the fact that there is no soap in the cleanser to dry out my skin was great.

The first night I tried it, I didn't like it at all. It seemed like I had to use almost double the amount of cleanser than I had to with the 2-in-1. It didn't lather well and my face still felt a little oily.

I tried it again the next couple of nights and it was getting better. I used a smaller amount of cleanser the second time because I figured this product didn't really lather up anyway because there is no soap in it. It did work better and my face felt cleaner.

I did notice a slight tingling/burning sensation the first couple of times I used it, but it was nothing major and cleared up the more I used it. I don't think I will be buying this again, however I will use up what I have left in the bottle rather than return it.

This is without doubt the very best facial cleanser I have used, and I have used quite a few. It appears to cleanse and tone all at the same time. All you need is a drop in your wet palm with which you wash your face and neck. It feels so good afterwards that all you want to do is lock in the freshness with a light moisturizer. I always feel and look fresh and young afterwards. I now recomend it and have given it as gifts to people I feel need it. Please do not stop making this marvel available to us. I absolutely have nothing negative to say about this product, none. I will be devastated if I am unable to get it.

This product does not remove my make up or clean my face. It is however very moisterizing and gentle as it claims to be, but it doesn't do the job it promises. I use it as a moisterizer after I wash my face and then rinse it off but it does hydrate it.

This "cream cleanser" effectively cleansed my face of dirt, oil, and makeup. However, I have combination skin, and it dried both the oily and the non-oily zones out.
