Well they seem to be pulling something out of the bottom of my feet I honestly don't think it's a chemical reaction because they get lighter each time on the same spot. I just don't think it takes out as much toxins as he says. You can see nasty stuff on the pad after your done. I felt some energy and less fatigue after I used them several days.
