I have always had trouble getting all my makeup off around my eyes. I use primer and foundation plus eyeliner and mascara. This is the most effective of all I have tried and I have tried almost all the drugstore and dept store brands. After using it, I use cotton squares to rinse with water and then use eye ointment at bedtime.

Do not use tissue to get off your makeup. I use dynarex 2" x 2" , 4 ply non sterile , non woven Sponges . They are realy very soft gauge squares that work best and very gentle for eye area.

I should have known from the lower price for the quantity not to expect much. No matter what brand of eye makeup I used, it would take numerous large round cotton pads soaked with the product to even get a portion of the makeup off. I quickly returned to my previous brand. I gave the remaining bottles to three other family members and all three said they had very similar results. Don't waste your money.

This is my favorite product for removing eye make-up. It was first suggested by an eye doctor when I wore contacts. I no longer wear contacts, but I've used this ever since. It quickly takes off all eye make-up and it does not leave any residue.
