Dermalogica Medibac Oil Control Lotion 2 Oz

I've been using Dermalogica MediBac Oil Control Lotion for years. I have very oily skin and I'm just over 40yrs old. I use this oil control lotion every single day and wouldn't do without it. It has been the only product to "help" keep my oil at bay. While I have never found a product to keep me completely oil free, this product is the absolute next best thing. I love the fact that the consistency is not thick. Is very thin and I apply it with a cotton ball. A little goes a long way. It's a great, great product! Wish they would have better sales though. :-)

i've been meaning to try this product for sometime. it was a disappointment. the upside is that the consistency is tolerable. it's not greasy nor sticky, just like a lotion, but it just had no oil control and i would consider myself mild oily category.

This product is effective. what you need to know is that you must apply it every time you clean your face, not just in the morning. It will take a few days before you see the difference and then you will notice that your shiny face is not shiny like it was in the past! I do recommend this product for those of us with terribly oily skin.

I purchcased samples of this product and I am so glad I didn't buy the full size. It did absolutely NOTHING for my skin. It didn't really instantly mattify it like most products that say matte do...it just slightly reduced the oil on contact. I knew then it wouldn't work! I tested it out for a week and it didn't do diddly squat. I gave it to my sis who only sometimes gets oily skin in certain areas. I however have ridiculously oily tzone area. What I have found to work for me is the Oil Cleansing Method (google it), a layer or Milk of Magnesia and a layer of Cosmedicine Medi Matte Lotion. This keeps me going from 6am to around 11 with no touchup. Then I use ELf's blotting sheets (the best i have yet to find-ive tried many...) then press in Translucent Powder from avon thatis a pressed powder. OR I use Mac's Blot powder which is amazing. But aroudn 12am my nose is slightly shiny...nowhere near as gross and oily as before. =) Hope this helps...don't waste ur money!
