In my early 20's I had problem acne areas on my face and a dermatologist recommended this cleanser, I had tried everything else. It worked and then three kids later and 20 years pre menopause and I have problems again. Looked high and low for my trusted moisturel and couldn't find it. I ordered it online and once again my face is clear. I can't say enough good things , it's wonderful. I use it at night and then put the moisturizing cream after. In two weeks my face was totally clear and it's now part of my routine.

This skin cleanser is good for sensitive skin, such as if you have dry skin like psoriasis. I used this on my young children because they couldn't tolerate soap and have been using it for similar use ever since.

I've never had "problem skin" but in my 50's, long past the teen years obviously, I was fighting skin irritation from various skin products, even those that were expensive.
