at most it made my chest more firm, I'm male 20 years old dropped over a hundred pounds in under a year while weight training so my arms upper chest neck and lower legs have zero bodyfat and tight. the rest is.... eh haha yeah in time I'm sure but this isn't a speedy fix. the only pro from using all this is my smoooooth skin.
