Well I've had a bad problem with acne in the past, and this item brought it all back!! I've been using it for a few weeks now: I'm assuming what's happening is the detoxifying mask is bringing all of the dirt out of my skintherefore it's doing its job by detoxifying, however if I had known that it's going to bring all this acne out I wouldnt't have bought the thermal mask. I'm still going to continue to use itfollowing with the Oro gold peeling mask and the Oro gold serum. I'm hoping I'll get the results I've been wanting after this horrible acne spell is all over. I've heard nothing but good reviews about all of the Oro Gold products (the Vivo is fairly the same thing), so we'll see how my skin looks after 60 days or so =)

This product is to thin and extremely tiny. I have to use four to five just to feel like I got a grip on it and can actually use product on them. It was a waste of cotton. I see why they show two fingers holding the pad. It makes it look way bigger than what it is. You can't use just one you have to use more so really you don't actually get 200. Will never purchase these again!

Way too flimsy, see through, open weave-everything soaks through to your hands. So, have to use many to prevent this problem

Tata Harper All-Natural Resurfacing Mask 30ml/1oz

When I bought this, I used the one click setting through my phone which I normally do, and I didn't read the description too much though unfortunately..... what I received was a TINY jar..... OVERPRICED in my opinion. I am giving it 4 stars however, because after I tried it it made my skin so soft and smooth and particularly BRIGHTER. It removes dull skin pretty well. I use it once a week and I really like it. Smells good too.

I had been a Sephora addict for the better part of the last decade, but over the past year I've been really trying completely switch over all of my makeup and skincare to scary-chemical free, natural & organic options. I get most of my products (Dr Alkaitis, Kahina Giving Beauty, etc) from Spirit Beauty Lounge. In one of my orders, I got a small sample of Tata Harper's Resurfacing Mask so I gave it a shot. I was absolutely amazed. It smells wonderful, it's natural and it WORKS. I finally bought the full size (yes, it's small and expensive but totally worth it, IMO. And this jar will last you about 3 months, using it twice each week. Quite frankly, I'd rather pay $55 for this amount than pay less or the same for a larger amount of something loaded with chemicals and that doesn't work as well.)

I just used it this morning, after several days without electricity because of a snow storm. My skin has paid the price it was just feeling dried out, clogged and not pretty. After using this mask, it's back to it's normal self smooth and clear and downright glowing. You might experience some redness that goes away pretty quickly. It also seems to help with fine lines. This mask is definitely one of my top 10 cannot live without products.

I tend to have pretty low expectations when it comes to skincare lines...ever since I read a study that most of the chemicals used in them cause cell apoptosis (cell death) I don't even bother with the heavily advertised products with "proven clinical results". Then I looked into these ingredients in the Skin Deep cosmetic safety database, which shows that much of what we put on our skin is toxic. So the logic goes why do we put something on our skin that actually kills skin cells, and then goes directly into your bloodstream, and eventually into the environment?? It seems to me that cosmetics should be food grade in that case. My philosophy now is, feed the skin, LOVE the skin--seeing as it is a living organ, I seek out products that feel alive, with high vibrations. Tata's products are unique in that they are handmade and have natural preservatives (as a formulator myself this is a major obstacle with all-natural products), with many ingredients grown right on her Vermont farm. So much love and energy comes through the product. The resurfacing mask smells gorgeous, I can't stop sniffing it. Yes, I actually unscrew the lid just to take in the aroma. I've used it once and it really did seem to breathe new life into my skin, with improved texture and circulation. Excited to try her other products!!

This product works wonders for dull, annoyed skin. I have sensitive skin, but find this product non-irritating. I like and have used the entire Tata Harper line, but just could not bring myself to pay $150 for the moisturizer etc. However, this product last a long time (6 months and counting)and makes my skin look better every time I use it a reasonable cost per use (or so I rationalized). Topix Non-Drying Gentle Cleansing Lotion 8 oz

I have really sensitive skin; it's usually either really dry or really oily. This product balances my skin the best in keeping it moisturized but not oily. I've tried so many face washes that only resulted in dried out skin and more breakouts. I visited my obgyn 4 years ago and she suggested I try Derma Topix Non-Drying Gentle Cleansing Lotion. I stopped going so frequently after that. It's the best thing that works for me so far. Tip: I've read some reviews saying to use a generous amount for best results and it's true. The more you use, the better it works. I use around 2 quarter-sized pumps.

After patting my face dry, I would apply a little bit of Cerave lotion--like a dime size--just enough to keep my face moisturized and balanced. I've been using Kiehl's Sodium PCA Oil-free Moisturizer instead (as a xmas present), which works wonderfully. You have to apply a bit more than you would with Cerave as it's a lighter weight.

Overall Review: Awesome product. I hope it never goes away!

I did not purchase this product from amazon but I will be from now on. I currently get it from my dermatologist's office and they charge twice as much. This product is very gentle and works for all skin types. It does not lather when used but your face definitely feels nice and clean after use. This bottle will last over a month and is well worth the cost.

I read about this in a beauty mag, and decided to try it. While they gave it glowing reviews, I find it just so-so. First, I was taken aback when I opened the package and found this tiny, tiny jar...smaller than the size of a hockey puck! But, you don't need much, so that may be why the package is small. I will say that it smells really great. As for how effective it is, this I'm not completely sold on: This mask is like any other drugstore mask I've used, and essentially tightens your face, leaving behind small chunks of cherry. Overall, it's overpriced and I likely won't buy it again.

I've tried more moisturizers than I can count. I have dry skin that's very, very sensitive. Everything broke me out. This doesn't break me out! It's great at rehydrating my skin. When first applied, this does feel a bit heavy. A little bit goes a long way. For me personally, this is best for days you don't wear makeup, unless you make it the first step of your day, to give it some time to absorb into your skin. It has no scent, so you don't get that flowery smell that most moisturizers seem to have. I highly recommend this for people with sensitive, dry skin. This will remain a staple in my skin care routine.

This balm is very moisturizing. It's more like a cream though instead of a balm because it is creamy. I use it primarily at night. A little goes a long way. When I wake up my skin is baby soft. When I apply this at night, I first spritz my skin with mineral water and then smooth this cream onto my face. It doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy. I have also used this on my 4 year old son's cheeks as he is eczema prone and it works really well at softening his skin.

I'm usually a huge fan of pore strips, I was accustomed to buying the Biore Pore Strips until they started costing 10 bucks a box for about 8 strips, so I considered other alternatives. This product was one of them. Although they do smell good, they are not as effective as the Biore Pore Strip. Cheaply priced, but not as effective. I would find some areas with blackheads still on, and others not as much. And I'm sure many people may be aware of this, but you know when you pull off the pore strip and you look at all the gunk that came out of your pores? You do not see it as much or hardly at all here. I would recommend trying this out at your own risk, but it's pretty likely I'm going back to Biore.

Olay products have been a staple in my household for many, many years. Recently, I purchased Olay's Silk Whimsy Cleansing Bodywash (23.6 FL OZ bottle) as I'd run out of my favorite Softsoap product. I was completely disappointed in the way this product lathers and the almost non-existent presence of any scent from its advertised rose extract and almond oil ingredients. Being a naturally cost-conscious person, I almost always use up a product that I even marginally like. This one I threw out. You can do much better, Olay. Going back to my favorite Softsoap Pomegranate & Mango.

Miss Jessie's Crème De La Crème Conditioner - 12 oz

I love this stuff...I mainly use it as a leave-in. I am African American and I'm attempting to go natural. I have tried a few times before but quit after my hair continues to gain new growth and gets really hard to comb through. I think I have a 4 type hair. But this product really makes a difference...I like some of the other Miss Jessie products as well but this is my favorite!! No white flakes or build up. I even use apply it to my braids when I have them in and when I take them out my hair is super conditioned and soft, but not sticky greasy.

A tip I use to thin it out a little to use it as a leave in and actually stretches use of one bottle is to mix it (in another bottle) with some 100% Aloe Vera juice....this is a great mixture!! You probably also try to use something like an Infusium 23...the idea is to use some type of liquid to thin it out a little. Just try adding even to get the Miss Jessie's Creme de la Creme Conditioning Creme to a creamy smoothie like consistency.

We have a whole drawer of products recommended by friends and even strangers about our daughters haircare. Miss Jessie's product really is the best one we found. They also have a December buy one/get one that's unbeatable.

I saw a big difference is the first application. I would highly recommend it. It made my hair feel simply luxurious, soft and silky. I don't have to rely on hair styling products by using this conditioner. To top it off it has a nice clean scent.

I love love this. I have almost shoulder length highly textured hair that is often dry when not fully relaxed that can be a real work out (think Macey Gray :) ) to comb out after washing. I also have a step-daughter who has mid back length hair with a personality that I use it on. This makes the process sooooo much easier and less stressful. I have not relaxed my hair in about 6 months after relaxing for years every 6-8 weeks. I went natural years ago but the hubby asked that I relax it because he felt bad for me as he watched me struggle to comb out and style every week without the relaxer in there. This stuff makes your hair so soft and easy to comb out it is amazing. Comb out time before twisting, blow-drying, roller-setting, whatever is reduced drastically. She is 11 and is so happy that she can wash her own hair and comb it out immediately because you can use a comb or a paddle brush with ease. I would highly recommend for those with tighter coiled/textured hair.

Intrinsic Large Cotton Rounds,

I'm an esthetician and have tried many different cotton rounds for facials and waxing. These are the only ones worth buying. Good size, no shredding/linting where all the other cotton rounds out there seem to have that problem, even the Intrinsics 2 inch cotton rounds shred. Only buy the Intrinsics 3 inch size!
