I was pleasantly surprised with this product. I dye my hair about every 5-6 weeks and I have been looking for a good color sustaining shampoo that does not leave my hair too moisturized. I have tried a long list of products but those have left my hair with too much residue. This shampoo smells so great and my hair actually feels clean and fresh after use. Now, whether or not this actually sustains color cannot be proven one way or another. After washing hair and with the passing of time, color will dissipate anyway regardless of which shampoo you use. I used to use Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser to wash my face at the end of the day and remove my eye makeup, but it usually didn't succeed in removing all of my eye makeup. I don't know if it's my mascara or my eyeliner that's being so tenacious but regardless, I'd rinse the cleanser off to reveal that I still had black smudgy makeup under my lower eyelids. Like the cleanser just pushed the makeup around rather than removing it. So I'd take the extra step of washing my eyes again and still I'd have to use a Q-Tip to try and gently swipe away at the black smudges afterwards.

This Olay Foaming Face Wash for Sensitive Skin removes my eye makeup from the start. Because of this, I imagine it does a better job of removing all my foundation makeup too which is important because I can be prone to breakouts if I'm not careful.

The Olay face wash is just as gentle, if not more than, Cetaphil's Daily Cleanser. It's my new favorite cleanser, and it's cheaper than Cetaphil too. And, NO FRAGRANCE. Yes!

During the winter I usually use Cetaphil Facial Cleanser for sensitive skin. That works fine on my somewhat oily skin when it is dry, but once summer arrives I need something different to avoid breakouts and that shiny look. The Olay Foaming Face Wash for sensitive skin leaves my skin feeling clean and fresh, not dry and irritated the way facial soaps (which I tried) do. I plan to use it for the rest of the summer, which gets very warm and extremely humid here near the ocean. The price here on Amazon is a real buy at a 4 pack for $19 or so dollars compared to $8 plus at our local grocery store and drugstore.

Okay I agree with others that this face wash can be drying. I would not use it. However, my husband swears by it and I see his results. He has been cursed with horrible problem skin that can have bad cystic acne breakouts even though he is in his fifties. If he goes even a few days without using Deep Clean he will begin breaking out. He is a firefighter and is usually very good about bringing all of his grooming items when he works a 24 or 48-hour shift. Occasionally he forgets an item. If this is the item , you can tell even if he had to use a different product for as little as one day.

I have to believe what I see and his testimonial.

I have purchased this Neutrogena Deep Clean soap numerous times now.

I find this soap to be very effective for cleaning my face. I have oily skin so I need something that is strong. This soap works well for me and reduces breakouts significantly. I wash my face with this one to two times a day. A bottle will last me about a month because it does not take a big amount to sufficiently clean your face. Usually one pump will do fine.

The soap is thick, creates a moderate lather, and is easy to apply.

Does this soap dry out your skin? It can if you do not rinse the soap thoroughly off your face. If you use a bathroom sink to rinse (vice a shower), you will likely have soap residue on your face and this will leave your skin dry. I apply sunscreen before I go out anyway so this is a non issue for me. However, this is a powerful soap and so dryness occurs. If you are sensitive to dryness caused by soaps, then a moisturizer will be necessary for you after using this soap.

For the price, results, and overall quality, I highly recommend this soap. I've used it for over a year and will continue to keep buying it.

This is a great all around light cleanser. I have very combination skin and this seems to help balance things out. It has a mild scent and feels moisturizing without being heavy or oily. I often notice with most facial cleansers, if I don't moisturize immediately afterwards, my face feels tight and itchy. At the same time, I still break out from time to time, so can't really use a specifically moisturizing cleanser. I use this every day with a couple of other Khiel's products and my skin has been looking great lately.

I've used this cleanser in combination with the moisturizer and day and night creams for over a year. My skin is combination type and I have been prone to acne since I was a teenager. GOOD NEWS!!!!!!! normally after long runs on sat, i soak in epsom salt...and it DEF helps with the soreness....BUT...last night, after running 14 miles, i soaked in the mustard seed bath....and i could actually get outta bed this am with hardly ANY PAIN...AMAZING..

Great Horny Toads! This is great stuff! I tried it on a whim while suffering dreadful sinusitis and nasal polyps. OK, it didn't cure anything, but it sure made me feel better, got the sinus passages to open up, and enabled me to sleep. I ended up needing sinus surgery (The whole caboodle: every sinus) and I used this every day up to the day of surgery to keep the drainage going while I was on prednisone.

Best advice is to bring a bottle of water with you into the bathroom while you soak, and don't make the mix too strong. Keep it to two ounces per full tub. And do sit for 20 minutes, even if you have to keep topping off the tub with more water. It will loosen up phlegm and get that blood circulating.

Then, you MUST get into bed and stay warm. Don't get chilled afterward.

I was able to do the brief cold shower ritual only once. The mustard bath makes me too sleepy and a little light headed. So normally I wrap up in a huge towel and exit the bathroom to dry off and change. Then under the blankets for at least an hour.

Okay the secret is now out! Singhas mustard bath is some great stuff. You have no idea how great this product is until you have experienced the benefits. I take this mustard bath and mix it in a igloo of cold water and bring it to my basketball games and dip my towel in it. Take the dipped towel and wrap around your neck and oh my God you just cool down immediately and the smell opens your sinus and helps you breath even better. A definite adrenaline edge on the court.

I have used multiple bath soaks. I am a swimmer so my muscles get extremely sore. I have tried Epsom salt over the years but ran into this product at a local grocery store. I fell in love with it. I ordered a couple of bottles of Assos Cleaner and have really noticed the difference between my regular laundry soap and this cleaner. Assos seams to have found a cleaner that works perfectly for sweaty bike clothes and any active sports clothes I have used it on. Great Stuff!!

Cycling clothing can get ugly from the sweat and it's skin tight nature. Regular detergents and bleach clean up the problem but destroy the clothing. This cleanser does the job and keep the clothing intact. At the price of cycling clothes this product is worth the price.

This cleansing milk smells like perfume. It has a very heavy scent. Also, there is not much of a lather. I've only used this product once (this morning) but already have buyer's remorse. Three pimples appeared by late afternoon.

I much prefer Nature by Canus Goats Cleansing Milk. It's much more affordable and does a better job of cleaning the skin without the harmful chemicals.

I've been using this shampoo for nearly 20 years now. I can't believe it's been that long, but it has. It's great, gentle on my hair, smells nice, and I can't think of a reason to complain about it. My biggest fear is that Nature's Gate will stop making it!

In the past, I have bought it locally by the gallon, along with Nature's Gate conditioner. Lately, the local outlets don't carry the gallon size, and I have had to order it from the counter. Last week when I went in to order some, they told me that they could not get it anymore, nor would they inquire of their company contact. So much for being able to support my local store! So Amazon has it, and while I could not order the gallon size, I bought four 18 oz. and it was less expensive than buying the gallons locally. Go figure!

So I guess it is: Buy local=0, buy on the Internet=1.

That it smells great cannot be emphasized enough, like high-quality incense. The scent lasts for days yet it's not over-powering. Wonderful!

For about two years I used Whole Foods 365 brand plain ol' shampoo. It's vegan/cruelty free, and I liked it because it was cheap & simple: my hair's a rebel and shampoo gimmicks like Volumizing or Balsam & Protean don't phase it, it just keeps being fine, thick, brown, and a little fly-away if I don't use a light styling butter. So really, I just want my hair clean. The 365 stuff worked but smells kinda chemically and I worry about all the chemicals washing into our water shed. This has to be the most gently-odored shampoo ever made it isn't at all perfume-y. Sadly, I find that I have to alternate it with other shampoos to get the best results long-term (which is the case for all shampoos), but I'd use it every day if I could, just to be able to smell it!
