Caldrea Countertop Cleaner 16 oz

It kind of smells a little different than what I expected. Fragrance mixed with like murphy's oil soap smell. At first I was disappointed when I smelled it. My bf laughed and stated that it smells like leather. He said I paid way too much money for it. My new black refrigerator is so shiney! Its wonderful. I love it! Its the perfect size also. I do not get fatigued while wiping down the kitchen. I used it for the cupboards, counter, etc... I plan on using the Caldrea products in the future. I feel its worth the couple extra dollars. I bought this to sample the products to check it out.I'm waiting for the pineapple nutmeg Caldrea to arrive to critique this scent.

The fragrance lasts longer than other cleaners. If you notice little finger prints on the refrigerator you just lightly rub the palm of your hand on it and they disappear (or a paper towel). I did a finger print test on it before I submitted this rating for mother's with lots of kids. It contains botanical oils. I felt it may have a fingerprint problem or greasey. It made the black seals really shine. So, if you have an old ice box with oxidized seals. It will probably brighten it right up! I feel it has adequate cleaning power also. Aren't you tired of looking at the same old cleaning bottles?

Overall,We really like it and we make alot of jokes about the smell. Its fun and shiney. My bf agreed that the refrigerator is very very shiney. He likes it. He is glad I bought it. Its unisex packaging and smell. The colors are nice. Soft and elegant.

I do like this product. I use the Ginger Pomelo scent. But I do have some critiques:

1) it is overpriced for what it is. I have been using Method brand All Purpose spray for years. It does an amazing job of cleaning all surfaces. And it has an added bonus of being made in the USA!

2) Caldrea is over scented. So much so, that the fragrance lingers for hours after on my granite countertop. I was getting dizzy from the smell, so I had the idea to dilute the solution. I poured out almost half the bottle into a clean vessel for storage. Then I added water to the now half empty Caldrea bottle. It still does a fine clean-up job, and now at half the price and at a fragrance level I can tolerate.

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! I bought them at a small boutique shop and paid a lot but wanted to try them. i am now hooked, I clean al of my son's equipment with it and it smells so good and cleans really good. Over the years, I have used Williams-Sonoma products to clean the kitchen (e.g., countertop spray, soap, etc), as well as a range of expensive (but lovely-smelling and healthy) products purchased from Whole Foods. I don't need to clean the counters all that much since I don't cook every night, so I don't mind spending more on a cleaner. This product needs only a small amount to get make my counters looks clean, and smells very fresh, non-offensive, and not obviously like a cleaner. I have soapstone counters and like Caldrea better than the competitors.

Olive oil bar soap is nothing but olive oil and a bit of fragrance. This liquid is full of chemicals including heavy, artificial fragrance. If you want pure, this isn't it. Stick with the bars.

I discovered this maybe about 6-7 years ago and have used it steady for the last 5 years. It is so gentle to the skin, never leaves my face feeling drawn. It cleans the whole body very well without harsh deodorant.

It has a wonderful soft fragrance that is unisex. I have really bad asthma and it doesn't bother me one bit.

I will give you a heads up when you have it delivered in the Winter it turns almost cloudy like milk. This is normal as it is an all natural product. When you leave it out at room temp it will turn back to the beautiful golden color and it will not be harmed. I called the company last year thinking I had the wrong product. So don't worry if that happens.

I don't think you will be disappointed with it. I have given it as gifts in the bar form and this form and people have loved it.

I ordered this set expecting a mild soap that could be used on face and body. I wasn't expecting the very strongly scented soap, akin to Irish Spring or other bar soaps. I certainly wasn't going to use this on my face. So I put the bottles in the shower. My husband seems to like it, and the soap does seem to have a smooth texture and lathers nicely. But the bathroom smells of this for a long time afterwards. It's a clean smell, I suppose, but very strong.

White rain classic hair shampoo, energizing citrus - 18 oz

This is great shampoo! I use it to wash my hair in the shower and it's amazing how clean it gets it--there's a shine to my hair that makes it look good and not greasy. I don't need to use much in order to work up a good lather and the scent is not overpowering in any way.

However, there still is a mild scent to this shampoo. If you are allergic to scents I would recommend you look elsewhere for unscented shampoo.

Ahava Purifying Gel, 4.2 oz

I like this wash. It's good for summer monts when your face gets congested. This wash is gentler than the Muraid acne product, and it does a better job. It cleans the face well. At times, it is too drying. I tend to use too much. You only need a little.

The product that I received from this seller did not have a protective seal and was only filled 3/4 of the way. I have used a sample of this product before directly from ahava, and it came with a protective seal. I therefore feel its safe to assume this product was already used, and I will not be buying from this seller again. The product however is great for people with acne and systic pimples. Clears your skin well.

This is a very nice facial scrub, very gentle, so it's less exfoliating

Murad Vitalic Energizing Pomegranate Cleanser Facial Liquid Cleansers

I've never had a bad reaction to a facial product before, but this one made both my boyfriend and I break out severely. I've used products with all but one of the ingredients before, so I have to conclude this was because of a sensitivity to witch hazel or because the product is at least somewhat comedogenic.

I have been using Murad products for years. My favorite is the Pomegranate Cleanser and and Pomegranate Moisturizer. My skin is fresh and clean after using and I love the smell. I've always had decent skin and tend to only breakout once a month. However since I had my daughter two years ago my skin has gotten much dryer and was breaking out more. It was exactly what I was looking for! =] I've been using it for two weeks and here's what I think so far:

Pros Leaves skin feeling really clean and smooth, has a great "lockable" pump dispenser, a little bit goes a long way, light scent, helped to heal up a cystic pimple, is actually fading dark spots and giving me an even compexion (In just two weeks!)

Cons Does tend to leave a slight film on skin post-wash, second ingredient is sodium laureth sulfate, might be a little too strong for every day use

Thank goodness I found this product. It's by far the best cleanser that I've ever used, and I've continued to use it for about 10 years. I have combination skin, and this product doesn't overdry my skin. I've used Olay foaming facial cleanser (too harsh and drying), Aveeno foaming face wash (too irritating), Cetaphil (didn't take make-up off well), Garnier cream face wash (made me break out), and a myriad of others. I keep coming back to this, and I'm thrilled with the price. I would pay more if I had to, but I don't! The only drawback I've found to using this is that I can't seem to find it in many stores, so I have to order online and keep it stockpiled in case I run out.

L'Oreal Serie Expert Absolut Repair Shampoo For Very Damaged Hair

This is the most incredibly moisturizing shampoo I have ever used, and as a self proclaimed beauty junkie I can attest to the fact that I have a great interest in hair care. When I let it grow long I like to color and highlight and basically kill the hair and even though I was blessed with healthy, straight hair it still starts to show dryness once it gels really long.

This shampoo is pure heaven, it's silky and yellow and when I wet my hair and apply it, it literally feels like butter. Trust me its' a good thing, after this it almost doesn't matter what conditioner I use because it's still more supple than with any other brand but the matching conditioner and mask are worthy of the time and investment, all together they helped save my hair as I was thinking of cutting of a few inches.

One bad thing is the size and price, the bottle is tiny when you compare it to a can of soda which is larger in volume it still lasts me quite a while but it's hard to find and it's expensive. Other than that it's pure love, I feel almost sick when I have to use something else in my hair, this totally spoiled me.

This shampoo, especially used together with the Absolut Repair conditioner, is wonderful! I had dried out my hair with peroxide as I was trying to lighten it somewhat. It is expensive, yes, but is it not true that you really do get what you pay for? This shampoo is no exception....it is well worth the cost. My hair is no longer dried out but is very soft. And as moisturizing as the products are they do not "coat" the hair even with everyday use. No oily, gunky build-up. Small investment? Yes...but the results are definitely worth it. And it smells great too. Another hint: ask your hairstylist if they can obtain one of the larger sizes for you. More money, but much better deal per ounce.

H2O Plus Water-Activated Eye Make-Up Remover

I use both an oil-based remover and this one... And I must say the oil-based one does a better and faster job.

I need to rub quite a bit using this one and it stings if it gets into my eyes. It also takes a lot longer and is less effective since it just turns mascara into a slushy gooey sticky substance. :(

It also leaves behind a sticky feeling, I'm never sure if it's actually clean or not so I go over it with a cleanser.

When I'm done with my shower I have raccoon eyes, so I clean it one more time with a eyelid cleanser.

My Mom put this in my Christmas stocking last year. I hadn't used it because I always used Almay oil free. When I finally tried it I was truly amazed. All traces of eye makeup came off in one wash. I immediately called my Mom to see where she got it. She had found it one-off at TJMaxx. Of course we couldn't find it there again. I looked at Ulta but they only had H2O liquid eye akeup remover. I am grateful to have found it here at Amazon. I only wish I had known how little I needed to use before I was half through the tube. It could probably last 6 months if you are careful. If you wear mascara and liner try some you will be so pleasantly surprised!

I love this product so much I wanted to write a little review/recommendation. I have oily/combination skin so anything oil free is what I need. And I love bold waterproof smudge proof eyeliner and somewhat of a heavy mascara so needless to say eye makeup remover is essential for me. The first thing I noticed is it's a gel like consistency which is good but it's not too thick. But beware! it comes out way too fast. You only need a teeny tiny bit to do the job. Maybe they could fix this with a different tube or maybe a pump or even just a smaller hole, that hole is way too big for this product (Or just be careful). I just put a dab on my fingertips gently rub my closed eyes occasionally adding a bit of water. To my surprise all of my liner and mascara was gone, once I rinsed my face. Usually I have to take a q-tip to my bottom lash line, with this I didn't. And I absolutely love the way it makes me skin feel. The formula is great I have pretty sensitive skin and this didn't bother me at all. The skin around my eyes actually feels soft and clean afterward. No residue, grease, or oily feeling. It's got quite a bit in it and only using a drop at a time this tube will definitely last a while!

Neutrogena Rapid Clear Treatment Pads, 60 Count

So my sister introduced me to these. She's always had pretty clear skin, with an ocacional break out, maybe around that time of the month, but she was never really acne prone (like me). All of a suden, she was covered in cystic acne. Huge pimples wich even left marks on her once beautiful clear skin. Needless to say, she was histerical about this. Tried every over the counter cream, lotion, you name it. Nothing worked. She had to go to the doctor and ended up using Retin-A. Wich is the only thing that worked, but at a $125 dollars a tube it was hefty. Not to mention it worked, but didn't clear it 100%.

Well, I don't know what possesed her one day and she decided to give these a try, eventhough nothing over the counter seemed to work. Well! what do you know? Not only did these work, but it worked better than the Retin-A. Even the marks went away. Her face became totally clear. Having paid $125 bucks for the Retin-A, this was a steal.

She got me on them and they worked great for me as well. Although I didn't use them every night, but every other night. I no longer use them, because ever since I started to use organic jojoba oil as part of my cleansing routine, and under my moisturizer and mineral make up, I no longer break out. So I don't need them. But if I needed them for any reason, I would definitly get them again. They may not be for people with regualar, or dry skin. But if you have oily skin and/or problems with cystic acne, give these a try. You might be in for a nice surprice. If they dry you out, follow treatmente with a few drops of organic jojoba oil. That should do it.

P.S My sister recently discovered that the reason for her suddern crazy break outs, was ovarian cysts. Her new dermatologist took one look at her when she walked in the door and immediatly said "you have cysts!". This condition also caused her to gain weight, and it caused her hair to start falling out. So if you have any of those symptoms, have you gyno check you out

This stuff rocks, I guess I've been doing it wrong the whole time by just using face washes and expecting my skin to clear. Suffered acne my whole life, and this stuff just straight up rocks. It doesn't make my face super red like most "leave on" topical acne solutions. I use a super mild face wash, this stuff, and then a moisturizer after it dries and I have no dryness/flakiness at all. The previous reviewer must have especially sensitive skin because I use this product twice daily in addition to a 12% glycolic acid cream in the evening with great success. I am thirty one years old and only suffer a sensitivity to sulfur products, otherwise, I would not characterize my skin as sensitive. Unfortunately, I do suffer from hormonal and stress acne breakouts and generally clogged pores. I am very happy to have discovered this product. I noticed much clearer smoother skin after only about a week of use. So far, I have used this product for about three to four weeks and have not suffered any of sensitivity problems. From my research salicylic doesn't usually result in such harsh reactions. Perhaps it is another agent in the product that is causing the problem for the previous reviewer. I highly recommend.

Im pretty confident when it comes to neutrogena products but I was skeptical with this one because I didn't see any reviews about it. Im 23 and i usually get acne on my forehead or chin usually from my face being too oily or stress. Anyways I started using this product twice a day, in the morning and at night. It has a strong smell to it but it goes away after it dries. My acne cleared in 2 days!!!! Yes I said 2 days. You have to keep using it though because after 2 days of not using it they came back. This is definitely a great product if you have something special coming up and you need those breakouts to go away fast.

I have been using this product line for years and usually buy this kit to throw in my pocketbook for easy traveling to and from work the sizes are fantastic and the price was great. However they recently changed the moisturizer from the more nourishing hydroptimal to the basic cream and it barely hydrates my face. If I have to buy the large size and then put it in to smaller containers myself i dont know if would be worth the hassle.
