Somme Institute Pillow Pack (Beauty.com Exclusive, $55 Value!) 1 ea

I have been putting the larger Somme trial pack in and out of my cart forever. The reviews are always great, and my coworker with lovely skin swears by this line. But it wasn't until recently, when my skin decided to do all things at once (greasy, clogged pores, dry patches, rough spots, lines, red stuff--the whole package) and I ran out of all the things I was trying, that I thought I'd spring for this. I was so excited to find this cheaper trial size, because really, it should be big enough so I'll know if it works and doesn't mess with my sensitive skin, but yet at this price it's not an investment.

Well, sign me up! I am now devoted to this line! I won't be getting all of it full-sized, but will continue to use the 3 "star" products: the pads, serum, and A-bomb cream. The non-foaming cleanser is fine, and I like it, but I don't think you really need it, and it's pricey full-sized for a cleanser. I will just substitute any good cleanser for that and apply the 'savings' toward those 3 products.

The pads are super--they really exfoliate well--but not overly so. This kit comes with 14, enough for a week's worth (one each a.m. and p.m.). However, like so many before me suggested, I cut them in half and that works as well (if not better--they are very saturated, and using a full-sized, dripping pad did seem to dry me out a wee bit--better to cut them in half and/or squeeze them out a bit before use). The serum (vitamin C) has already made more of a difference than I've seen from other C serums, and I've tried a ton. It feels like water going on--not sticky like many C serums. It soaks in right away. I have been using 3 drops morning and evening, and that's the perfect amount for me (I tend to over-apply stuff). Last, the A-bomb, which also sinks in right way, and you only need a finger-pat to cover your face. I couldn't tell you which of these 3 is the best, or which is most responsible for the dramatic improvement of my skin, so I'll continue to use them as a system. Seriously, they have given me the beautiful, glowing, even-toned, balanced skin I used to have years and years ago (and took for granted).

I took off one star for the sunblock. I really wanted to see how this was, because I see that they also offer a tinted version, and although I'm pleased with my current sun protection, I am also a product junky and in love with the idea of using an entire line (as opposed to whatever half-used thing is lurking under my sink). But when it arrived, it had leaked out a little, and the remainder was half oily something, and half wad of waxy something in the jar. I tried to mix the two elements back together, but couldn't. I don't know if it was a bad batch, or if it was subjected to fluxuating temps, but whatever...as I said, I like what I'm using, though I would have liked to try it.

All in all, I can't urge you enough to try this. I believe that this set is designed for a week's worth of use (which would be more than enough time for you to see real, impressive results, as I did), but if you cut those pads in half, you can certainly get two weeks out of it, because there's plenty of the other products included, and a little goes a long way.

I'll be reordering this along with the full sizes of the three products, because I can take it on trips, when my skin care usually falls apart.

Pond's Deep Cleanser & Make-Up Remover with Cucumber Extract, 10.1-Ounce Jars (Pack of 3)

I'm new to using Ponds Cold Cream. I experimented a little with the original Cold Cream, however, it's a bit too oily for me to use every night. I still use the original on my decolette, neck, feet, etc. I tried the Ponds Deep Cleansing Cream, and it's worlds better for my skin type. I like to use it at night. Usually I will leave it on for a minute, then rinse it off with warm water, and then use just a smidget more as a moisturizer. Sometimes I'll just rub it on my face and tissue it off if I'm feeling lazy, but I don't like the way it feels on my face after that. My only complaint is that it's not as good at removing eye makeup as the original Ponds Cold Cream, and it can irritate my eyes sometimes which the original Cold Cream did not. Overall, it's a good product.

It's not greasy. You can remove eye make up with this, and you can even wash it off with water. What more can you ask for? This is the best.

I don't remember how I discovered the Pond's Cucumber Make-up Remover, but it ended my search for the best make-up remover and moisturizing cleanser. To save my washcloths, I first use eye makeup remover with a cotton pad. The Pond's would take it as well as my lipstick off, but why sacrifice my good linens? So, I end up without a trace of makeup at the end of the day using this frothy non-greasy creme. I still use moisturizer and in the past have used toner after the Ponds. It is a great product. The price on Amazon is unbeatable, especially when purchased on the auto-ship program. I even give it as gifts to be best friends. It's good.

I was so looking forward to this product. I use to have thick hair until my hair started to fall out in chunks. I'm not sure why, maybe because of stress, but anyways, I was desperate to find something that would work for me. When I first used this product, it gave me the tingling sensation it said it would have. However, I did not see any results. Since Procter & Gamble moved production to Mexico, the product doesn't seem to be nearly as good as it used to be. The Scalp Therapy used to really tingle on my scalp and now it doesn't do anything other than just sit there. Apparently, they closed down the U.S. manufacturing plant and started producing Nioxin in Mexico. It appears to me they may have also changed the formula. Either way, I don't perceive the same thickening effect it used to have. This is unfortunate because I used to really love this product line.

I used to use these a long time ago when I lived near a Trader Joes. So I was happy to find them online here at Amazon. But shortly after using them, I developed a face rash. The only thing I can figure is that I have an allergy to oats because that's what these use. So buyer beware. Otherwise, they are a GREAT product. They take off all kinds of makeup perfectly and clean your face, making it feel super clean.

I don't like the texture of the cloths or the smell. It does an ok job of removing make up, not any better or worse than others. I did feel a film on my face afterward. Going back to

Garnier and Neutrogena. I honestly can't recommend these. I was surprised because if the reviews...it's like they had a different product that I did. I don't have sensitive skin, though I have allergies. It not only left the film, but I was a little itchy. Nasty.

I love Thymes products, but this particular soap arrives as a huge bar packaged in a plastic cover inside the cardboard box, and after 1 shower it is less than half of the original size, and it lasts exactly 3 showers until it's completely dissolved! It's not sitting in water in my shower either, but as soon as any water from the shower head hits it in the (vented) soap dish, it's just about game over! I got 3 bars at once (2 Eucalyptus and 1 Lavender), because I have gotten tons of other Thymes products in the past directly from their site (though not this glycerine bar), and this particular soap happened to be significantly cheaper at Amazon. At first I thought, ok maybe it was a fluke with the first bar, but the exact same thing happened with the 2nd one in Eucalyptus, AND the 3rd one which was Lavender. What a stupid waste of money, a bar this big should last a long time, and other bar soaps I've purchased from Thymes have been awesome and lasted weeks. I don't know what the difference could be ordering it from Amazon as opposed to directly from the manufacturer's site, but I read reviews of the product at the manufacturer's site and found no one else experienced this issue. I'm not even going to try ordering the same product from anywhere ever again, though.

Fine product: lathers well, feels good on body, aroma pleasant and long lasting. We find that unlike statement made by another the bar is durable; lasts many tens of showers. Have bought for years. Better than other "luxury" eucalyptus bars by far.

Although the pomega5 lemongrass clarifying bar made my skin feel softer, it didn't help clear my skin. I washed with it at night (following the instructions) but my skin has gotten worse...breakouts since I started using it a month ago. This is simply the BEST blonde haircolor for removing red tones and brassiness. The color looks a bit purple/pinkish when it's on your head, but that's not the result you get at all. The beautiful beige is 100% brass free... it's like a champagne blonde, but deeper and richer. It's a great summer color. Unfortunately it is getting difficult to find in stores, so I buy online. Camille Beckman French Milled Soap

This is wonderful soap. I love all her Oriental Spice products, but this one surprised me no end. I got a bar several years ago, and the wonderful odor alone would be enough to get me to use the stuff. But it really lasts it's in a bathroom that only has people using it for occasional hand washing, but that one bar of soap is still going strong and is only half gone even now. My husband commented to me that he likes the scent. He said every time he washes his hands with this soap, it reminds him of his beloved grandmother. So it has a pleasant odor and lasts a long time. What more could you ask from a bar of soap?

The French Vanilla French Milled Soap has a lovely fragrance. It was packaged well and received quickly. I bought four bars to give as gifts and everyone loved the fragrance! I'm sure I will purchase more in the future!

Suave Naturals Body Wash

I bought this bodywash not too long ago and started using it right away. I usually use bodywashes from Bath & Body Works but since I was running low and at the time couldn't make an order on BB&W online (since there isn't a store in a convenient location for me in my city) I decided to pick something up at my local Duane Reede. I liked the smell of this product and thought all was well. Then, not to long after I started using this product I started to notice small blistery bumps and skin peeling popping up on my hands, especially my fingers. After a while I realized that these were the parts that had the most prolonged contact with this product (holding the soap on a body pouf while I shower) which was made even more clear by the fact that this reaction was even more severe on my right (dominant) hand than my left hand. I've since stopped using it and have noticed that about 90% of the bumps have gone away.

I'm not 100% sure why I had this reaction but just to be safe, I'd suggest that if you tend to have dry or sensitive skin, be very careful using this product. I'd almost suggest testing it out (such as buying a small bottle or something) and see how your skin reacts to it before making any long term commitment to it. I made the mistake of buying it in a slightly bigger bottle than the one shown here and now that's just going to have to be thrown out.

I usually don't have any problems with Suave products, but something about this particular bodywash just is not good at all.

And I love them! How can I tell you how much I love it, I searched this product in Korea for many times to buy more since I returned to Korea.

I did email first and was told the eyeshadow would look most like pictures 3 and 4. Each color is a little smaller than a US dime. The darker colors are great. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND using an eyeshadow primer, such as Urban Decay Primer Potion, before applying these colors as it will make the colors stay on a lot long, appear more vibrant and you'll be able to use less makeup for a brighter look. Trust me, girls, if you don't have a primer, GET ONE! :) I've added a picture of my actual set above, it closely resembles the sellers 4th picture. I like how it has a huge mirror in the case. I personally think this is a great deal for the money. I use a lot of MAC, Urban Decay and Smashbox eyeshadows, and I feel, if used with a primer, these colors will do just as well if you're on a budget. Even though you don't get a ton of each color, they're more pigmented than drugstore brands, like Cover Girl, Wet n' Wild, etc., so you need less when applying.

I bought this because it had a multitude of colors for such a cheap price. While the shadows may be small, they are nicely pigmented and when used with a primer they are great. Very good for the money conscious make-up lover or colorful college student.

Being a hairstylist, I've used many name brand high-end products such as Redken, Matrix, Enjoy and Joico. I've been noticing a lot of hair loss lately so I decided to try this out. I've been using this product for a few weeks now and I can definitely notice a difference in my hair. It feels a bit thicker, And It seems to be growing. The smell is probably not my favorite.. But it's also not horrible. One thing that I found interesting is that it states this on their website, "BIOGEM ultimate hair care products are made with ORGANIC and exotic plant extracts." I assumed that "organic" meant the products will be sulfate-free and paraben-free. I noticed the shampoo does have sulfates after reading the ingredients. So it can be quite drying for some types of hair. if you're looking for a sulfate-free shampoo I'd recommend Enjoy. (Their shampoos are actually free of any harsh sulfates) I don't really mind that it has sulfates since it seems to be working on me. So all together, this is a pretty good product.

Stopped using this product. I have very sensitive skin and I had negative reaction to this product, unfortunately. I'm not sure if it's the shampoo or the conditioner I'm reacting to since I've been using both at the same time. My scalp and forehead would feel numb, and the skin on my forehead is sore and dry after using it. Too bad. Will have to look for a better product, at least for me, all over again.

Biotique Oil of Wintergreen Cream for Acne 16g

I bought this product with great hopes, but the product disappointed me. The packaging is very cheap for the price they charge. Directions are minimal. The texture of the cream is oily and very moisturizing which I was worried about especially when you are using to treat acne. I did not notice any improvement in my skin. The notes of the bottle also mention that it only has therapeutic effects.

I have also read similar reviews from others who had the same problem. i only used the product for 5 days before realizing it was making my skin worse. if you buy this product make sue you stay aware of what it's doing to your skin, and stop if it's making ti worse.
