L'Occitane Cleansing Hand Wash

I like this A LOT. I buy it when I can. Now, to be honest, the item I bought does not look like the one pictured in that the label is different. L'Occitane changed their formula on the lavender a few years ago and so I refuse to buy the new products. They added other things to it and on me, it now smells like urine! So I buy the hand wash in original formula. I can no longer buy the bath gel in original formula, nor can one buy the eau d'toilette in the original formula. And some years ago, they discontinued their wonderful lavender perfum oil. I hate when companies can't leave a good thing alone!

Jason Natural Products Satin Soap Apricot w/Pump

I love JASON products and use some of the other Satin Soaps. This is a good soap, but I find the scent to be too sweet for me. It is moisturizing, but I can't use it often.

Smells amazing and has no parabens of phthalates. I buy this soap in bulk since I can't find it in many stores.

I'm dark skin....I have stretch marks and some dark spots and discoloration.... after A LOT of research I came up with this product.

I purchased this product after my family continued to have ongoing issues with dry skin and hair. After reading about all of the benefits shea butter had to offer, I decided to purchase it. I chose this vendor due to the overwhelmingly positive responses.

This shea butter is a great moisturizer, it feels amazing on the skin and works great as a hair conditioner too.

It *does* smell. Not good. To me, it smells like old clay. It's not a horrible smell, it's just not good.

I plan to whip the shea butter up with a little coconut oil and a nice smelling essential oil to improve the scent and make it a little easier to use.

It is a little gritty when you first feel it. If you've ever played with 'moon sand', you will understand. But it melts quickly and smoothly in your hands

Overall, 4 out of 5 stars, and considering that it smells the way it does only because it is organic and natural, I probably shouldn't have even subtracted one star.

I have used Lancome' skincare products for 19 years, and I looked about 7 to 10 years younger than my bio age. I don't agree with the other reviewer, as I have longish hair and I find this product thickens and adds a lot of volume to my hair. It has been really great for my skin too, as other shampoos irritate my scalp and lead to breakouts. Love the apple smell. My ONE and only issue with this is that it does dry my hair quite badly, so I have to be sure to use the companion conditioner. I believe it may be the aloe, as aloe is very drying to some people, like me. Yet, for the natural ingredients and healthier skin I get, I just switch to Fat Hair (100% vegan) shampoo and conditioner for a day or two and then go back to Desert Essence. That seems to take care of it for a while. I have extremely sensitive skin and fine, naturally curly hair. Because of my allergies and sensitivities, I cannot use a lot of OTC products. I wash my face with plain water in the morning and pure honey in the evening. Because those things don't help with oil buildup in my eyebrows and lashes, I sometimes use this shampoo very sparingly on my brows and lashes to help with the oil. It has worked well, although I do need to watch the dryness.

One caveat: I talked my Mom into using this shampoo and she didn't like it. She did not get the conditioner and her hair got badly dried. She dyes her hair and this shampoo also stripped out the hair dye. It gets your hair VERY clean. So, if you use it, get the companion conditioner too.

This product works well for short fine hair long/ thick hair it does not work as well. But for the short fine it worked great.

I recently moved to Colorado, where the air is very dry, and at age 60, my skin was really starting to show it. I have always had oily skin problems, but all that changes with age and climate. These products are a joy to use, and I noticed a significant difference in just a few days! I will definitely continue to use Murad skin care products.

About 15 years ago I had a garage sale and this woman showed up who's face looked radiant and no wrinkles. I thought she was in her early to mid 30's but she was in her late 40's. I asked her what she was doing and she said "I use Murad." I remembered that and 5 years later when I started to feel like I was looking old (age 42 then) I started using this resurgence kit. That was 8 years ago and I have to tell you, it's the best stuff I've ever used, including Murad's other products. I can literally see a difference in my skin after one night. If I run out and don't use it for a month, I would say that I age about 6 or 7 years in the month. My skin gets duller, wrinkles I didn't notice appear, I looked dehydrated and leached---like how 50 year old women used to look in the 1950's. I put this on, and you know how your face gets younger looking up when it's sopping wet? Well somehow it stays hydrated looking like that even when it's dry. It's so cliche' but it's true. I think the cleaning cream in the kit is fine, step three the age balancing night cream is good, but the real magic is in step two, the age diffusing serum. That stuff is potent. They use something in that that feeds your skin and it FEELS like it---kind of like an alpha hydroxy---but better. Your skin tingles when you put it on and it feels like it's just sucking it up deep into your pores and it seems to make your pores smaller. This kit will probably barely last you a month if you use it nightly but rest assured, if it's going to work for you, you will be convinced within the first few days. The regular size bottles will last you 2-3 months. It's expensive, but so is trying everything on the market (and I have tried a lot of products) and at least you won't have to deal with the disappointment of spending money on something that doesn't work very well, if at all. It smells good (not perfumy but natural, like juice) but to me smell is not a big consideration, I'd put goat urine on my face if it worked this well (that would also be not perfumy but natural :) I hear it's good to switch off and do different things for your skin because the skin, like the body needs a variety of nutrients, so this is a product I may suppliment from time to time, but I will never replace it in my skins diet. I consider it the water of my skin's diet.

I ordered this product from the infomercial. I haven't had this product long enough to know if it works or not but...... The Sheer Lustre Day Moisture has luminescent minerals that make your face shine. The minerals even shine through my foundation which I do not consider a plus.

The moisturizers in this system contain various oils. I think this product contains too much oil for a normal to oily skin maybe too much oil for dry skin also.

The ORIGINAL formula of Ponds Cold Cream has been changed and nothing has been stated by the company anywhere unless you are astute enough and have the eyesight to read the ingredients label. The ingredients listed on the website are the original 7 ingredients that this product has had for over 150 years! Which is why I ordered 18 of them! 2 years ago when the product changed, I bought a new jar brought it home and used it to my chagrin...The new product has 16 ingredients and some of them are irritants for people who have sensitive skinLIKE ME! I know because my skin got itchy, burned and I removed it immediately, then I looked at the ingredients and noticed they had been changed!!!

I love this product. I've been using all sorts of cleansers for years with mixed results. But my grandmothers (both who had amazing skin) used to swear by this stuff and they were right. Just a little goes a long way for my extremely sensitive combination (oily/normal/and yes dry in patches) skin. The trick is to use a little at a time and first wipe off your skin with wet cotton pads to get off all of your makeup. Finally, follow with a wet slightly warm washcloth and you're done. I have seen differences in my face in only about a week that I have been waiting years to see.

This is not a masque to be used prior to a night out. It is a great treatment to use every couple nights, but it does leave my face and neck red for a while after I remove it (it's gone before morning). It also has a bit of a sting the longer it's left on before washing it off, I don't recommend it for sensitive skin. I have had great results and numerous compliments on how great my skin looks. I've been using this product in conjunction with Eminence Key Lime Vanilla Age Defying Masque for about three weeks.

These line of product works great on my face. They have many different products to chose from for all skin types, but this has helped my blemishes and rash prone skin immensely. It has also helped keep it from getting dry as well as not too oily. I love this product and would recommend it for anyone wanting a good scrub. I use it 2-3 times a week. It leaves the face red for 5-10 minutes because of the heat with it, but afterwards my face feels great.

Avon ANEW Rejuvenate Revitalizing 2-in-1 Cleanser 1.7 fl oz

I have been using this product for years. I still love it.

It cleans without drying and also removes eye make-up.

I bought this item on promotion and was hoping to like it, especially based on the description. It was offered at a reduced rate from Amazon because I was buying other larger, full-size items (however they were not Avon items). I needed a trial-size cleanser for an upcoming trip, and this one from Avon seemed worth trying given the low price. As a cleanser, it worked in getting my face clean, but I did not like the fragrance, the little dots that are in the gel (not sure what those are for) and that it made my skin feel tight. I typically use a cleansing gel on my face for my combination skin, but this one felt too drying and given the cheap fragrance, seemed irritating to my skin.

Giovanni Cosmetics Magnetic Energizing Shampoo

Let me start by saying, I generally love Giovanni hair care products, but the new "magnetic" line is just an excuse to charge a premium price for a mediocre product. I found this shampoo and conditioner left a smelly residue on my hair that made it feel greasy and weighed down.

Instead, I recommend the Giovanni 50/50 Balance and Tea Tree product lines. They are cheaper and more effective.

This shampoo and conditioner are the best I have used. Used to buy at whole foods but they no longer carry it in stock. I was pleased to see I could order it on amazon and at a better price than whole foods. This shampoo and conditioner leaves my fine hair soft and full of body.

Unicure Skin and Hair Conditioner 12 oz (3 pak)

I was very disappointed in the watered down version of what used to be a wonderful product. I used Unicure for years and I remember very well how luxurious and thick it was. You had to squeeze the bottle to get it to come out! Not so this! It runs out onto your hand and through your fingers! Shame on you for doing this to such a once wonderful product that I would have recommended to anyone!

We used this product many years ago and for some reason it wasn't sold in stores anymore. It is terrific on dry scalps!

Purple Emu Emu Oil Hair Shampoo 8oz
