I've been searching for an exfoliating body sponge equal to/better than the one I once purchased at Walmart for a long time, but it seems I can't find one like that anywhere.

When I saw this one online at Amazon, it looked like the same brand, but no way the same quality. This one is way too soft.

I will keep on searching until I find "the right one."

They really mean exfoliating when describing this sponge. It has too rough a surface to use on anything but my feet.

What can you say about hand cream? All hand creams work a little. I've yet to hear of one that actually turns back time and gives you young, supple hands again. It smells nice and fruity. It goes on well, not greasy. It dries quickly and your skin feels less dry to the touch. But the next day you're still a dried up old woman who needs lotion. So since the end result is always the same, the price becomes the issue. This is a little pricey, but I've seen hand creams that were way more expensive. This particular brand has no paraben, mineral oil, synthetic dye or "SLS" whatever that is. If that's important to you, then you'll be pleased with this product. The ingredients are avocado extract, olive oil, shea butter, and aloe. I do kind of like it, so after writing this review and rubbing more of it on, I went back and gave it another star.

ABBA Volumizing Thickening Shampoo (For Fine, Limp Hair) - 1000ml/33.8oz

My wife and I both have hair that is baby fine. We've used ABBA Pure Volume Shampoo for more than five years. It's unusual for us to be able to use the same shampoo for that long without needing to switch to something else, at least temporarily. I just hope we can still get it in the one liter/33.8 fl. oz. size. As the 8 oz. size is very expensive per ounce. After routinely switching, or at least rotating shampoos for decades, it has been wonderful to have one that has worked for so many years. Started with an 8 oz. bottle from a salon. Liked it enough to hunt down the larger size.

Note: When my wife went to pour the last of the big bottle into the "shower" size bottle for her shower, she found that the remainder was thicker than what she had been pouring before. So, over time, some of the ingredients will settle out. Therefore, if you buy a several year supply, as we have been doing, keep this in mind. Make sure the top is solidly sealed. (Maybe even put the bottle in a zip lock bag.) And turn/rotate the bottle every few weeks.

Aveeno Baby Cleansing Eczema Therapy Moisturizing Wash Scent Free 5 oz

I bought this product in the first place, so as to go with the Eczema therapy cream for my toddler. After I received the product, I noticed that it only said "moisturizing cleansing therapy", and not "Eczema therapy" as was named in the website. I intentionally bought the scent free to keep all allergic reactions down, since my daughter had dry and itchy skin. I hated the smell, and thought maybe the product was expired or was badly stored. But I checked the other bottle, since I bought two, and it also had the same smell. I could live with it, but the smell was there on dry skin too, after having a shower, which put me off totally. Apart from that, I liked the moisturising feel to the smooth, rich texture, and thought that it delivered what it had promised, hence the 3 star rating. I would like to change the awful smell though. Therefore, I will not purchase this product again, but would rather look for another that is at least lightly scented.

combined with the eczema baby lotion my child has rarely had any eczema related rashes. Before switching to this product I had tried the petroleum jelly which helped to slowly get rid of the eczema but it did not prevent new ones from occurring so all I was doing was treating the problem and specially living on a high pollen, high moisture and high heat climate area; my poor son was constantly getting new eczema rashes. He has a prescription lotion from his doctor that was more rough on his skin and still didn't do much in the way of prevention. We tried this product, along with the Aveeno baby Eczema lotion, and it seems to have done the trick. We have almost a year with this brand and we are very happy, my toddlers skin is nice and soft and he has little to no eczema related rashes and when he does get one it will not last more than a day or two which means it does not get as severe as it used to. My son would usually get his eczema rashes on his arms, legs and oddly on his ear lobes now he only gets them on his arms and that is maybe once every two or three months. The products are quite pricey compared to the rest but if it does the job, and it does, i'm sold!

3 Pack of Fuji Oil Control Paper - 300 Sheets of Oil Blotting Paper

Ok, unfortunately, I REALLY need these! The oily skin must be kept under control! Blotting sheets are usually very expensive.

This is a good deal, each packet has 100 sheets. And each sheet is a bigger size than the other brands.

The writing on the packaging is completely foreign to me, so I don't know what it says. Oh, well, this is a good product and a good price. I'm ordering more.

Having oily skin blotting papers are such a great invention for `a refresh'. The usual `blue plastic sheets' work very well one sheet usually does the trick but I was intrigued by this natural paper product at apparently a very good deal. Truth be told with paper you may need up to three sheets; not as effective as the `blue plastic'. The upside is they are still a better value and it is made from a natural fibre.

I've used an assortment of blotter sheets (Boscia, Sephora, Clean & Clear) and these might be my favs. The little box is very cute and a nice size. I love the pink flowers and Japanese writing. They make me feel girly haha. I like how the box is square so it's smaller than most. The sheets are really easy to pull out one at a time. My favorite part though is that the box closes easily and actually stays closed! I think it helps that it's thicker because it's a square (the sheets are rectangular but arranged to fit inside the square box), so there's more for the closer to hang on to. We'll see how well it closes when it's emptier though. As for the sheets themselves, they instantly blot up oil and turn clear, so it's really easy to see where you've used them and use the whole sheet without touching oily parts to your skin again. But mostly I like the priceI paid $13 for 300 sheets, instead of $10 for 50 or 100 with the other brands. Yay!

Update: I usually use at least 2 or even 3 of these at a time now. They don't seem to hold up to oil quite as well as some of the others, especially the blue Clean & Clear ones. They're just a little thinner I think. So, docking a star.

I finally bought some oil blotting sheets! It took longer than what I'm used to with my other orders and it came in a regular letter envelope kind of like mail.

I knew I needed these but I just never got to ordering it. It does its job as promised but with my very oily face I have to use a few sheets which is understandable. It's 300 sheets I don't think I will run out anytime soon. I also like the small packaging, it's definitely something you can easily carry around anywhere.

PVA Skin Spongey Cloths

PVA is a real boon to skincare: it's easy to clean, sterilize and reuse, it's resistant to bacteria and other harmful microbes, it can last practically forever and it also is the softest most gentle way to dry one's face. It is also the softest, least abrasive wipe you can use which is good for removing cold creams, make up, soaps, masks. They hold a whole lot of water & the 4 X 4 size is perfect for cleaning your face, neck and decollete area, the fact that it's white is also a plus as you can see when you've wiped your face clean easily against the white background. One way I use these is the way I used to use tissues to remove face cream, only the "discard" pile is rinsed out & sometimes cleaned either by hand with soap and water or just throw them in the washing machine (or dishwasher) on the hot cycle if you want them sanitized & get a more thorough cleaning they work even better after a few trips through the washing machine! Great value for the price. I'd recommend Sponge Producer's other facial sponges: I have their bag of small natural painter's silk sponges for softness like a cotton ball, their cellulose sponges for exfoliation, sponge cloth facial wipes and make up wipes for a bit of texture and their PVA rounds when I need a perfectly smooth & absorbent surface. For the price, I highly recommend this and the Sponge Producer products I've had experience with thus far & mention in this review.

I thought the sponge cloth would be a little thicker, I did not like it at all! It did not feel good on my face and did not take my make up all off. It was so cheap looking after you got it wet. Don't waste your money on this Spongey Cloths.

I've used Buf-Pufs to clean my face for years. The little scrubber works wonders on minimizing razor burn and ingrown hairs, as well as keeping my skin smooth and clear of blemishes. This produt is listed as being in a single 4.6oz tube (which I believe is the regular size). However, when I received it I received 5 1oz. tubes (like travel size). Not a big deal to me at all, just realize that the picture provided of the 5 travel sized tubes is what you may receive. I am a long-time user of this product and have combination skin. This product polishes the skin and does give a healthy glow. I have heard many people say the "thermal fusion" part does not have the expected warming up effect. Different people, different reactions. Overall, with sensitive combination skin, I have loved this product.

The masque has now been discontinued by Arbonne, but I definitely recommend that you stockpile some while you can. This is by far my favorite face masque I've ever used. You apply it to a dry face, and then moisten your fingers and massage it on your face to activate the enzymes. This way, you get exfoliation from the granules and the enzymes. You then leave it on your face for about 5 minutes. The first time I used it, my face got uncomfortable warm while it was on, but the discomfort went away when I washed it off. I've never experienced a problem since then.

Every time I start to get a breakout, I use this masque and my skin in clear again in a couple days. You won't regret this purchase! My only complaint is that I won't be able to buy more then I exhaust my supply.

Kimberly Sayer Tangerine and Calendula Healing Light Night Cream

I have oily/sensitive/acne prone skin, so my skin is very difficult to treat. On top of that, wrinkles are starting to appear on my forehead! I was skeptical about this cream actually lightening acne marks and healing existing blemishes, but after just 5 days it has done just that! My skin is clear and blemish free. Amazing. Although it's specifically a night cream, I sometimes use it during the day. I love this line. Very pure ingredients.

I break out very easily and was therefore having a lot of trouble finding a night cream that didn't clog up my pores or cause a rash. When I first tried this product, it actually made my adult acne worse; then I realized I was applying WAY too much of it. (The jar says to use a dime-sized amount. I didn't listen, oops!) When I actually started using the recommended dime-sized amount, I got much better results. This cream makes my skin very soft and has lightened many of my acne scars. It also smells great and has only natural ingredients.

Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to produce the anti-aging effects I'd initially hoped for, but I love the aforementioned benefits so I'll just stick to pairing it with a separate eye cream.

I was not overly impressed with this product. It's OK. And I'll use it until it's all gone, but I won't buy it again.

For preventing acne I use Oil of Olay thermal skin cleanser, then I use Oil of Olay Definity as a daily moisturizer.

However, the calendula in this product is great for itchy patches on your skin, it's very soothing.

I bought this since I was training for a marathon and was starting to get sun spots/freckles. After months of use it didn't fade nothing. I'd say don't waste your money you will not see results. I'll use it until it's all gone, but I won't buy it again.

My skin doesn't soak up moisturizers. They just sit on top of my skin, looking oily while my skin stays feeling dry. Dr. Hauschka's Moisturizing Day Cream is the ONLY moisturizer that actually soaked into my skin and helped it feel moisturized all day -didn't need to reapply. At first, I thought this moisturizer seemed too watery and light (considering I was used to slathering thick creams on my face then powdering to get rid of the oily shine--which made my skin feel dry). I have rosacea and extra dry and extra sensitive skin. I am in my 50s and have tried tons of moisturizers. Pomega5 Lemongrass Clarifying Cleansing Bar, 4.2-Ounce Bar

This is one of the best cleansing bars I've ever used. Granted, it is a bit pricey but the bar is a good size and lasts a long time.

I use it primarily for cleansing my face and have found that it removes all traces of makeup without scrubbing or tugging the skin. Further, it does not dry out skin.

It's especially nice that it's paraben and perfume free. I look forward to trying more Pomega5 products.

I love this cleanser and have used it for about 2 years now. It smells wonderful and does a great job taking off makeup and leaving your face feeling clean and soft. It is on the pricey side (hence the 4 star rating) but it does last a pretty long time if you keep it in a good draining soap dish.

Pomega5 Lemongrass cleansing bar is my favorite face soap by far. It is an excellent makeup remover and leaves your skin soft and smooth. The soap has a wonderful scent as well. It is a little expensive as soaps go...but if you keep it in a good draining soap dish it will last a couple of months. I've tried LOTS of facial cleansers...but I always go back to this.

Although the pomega5 lemongrass clarifying bar made my skin feel softer, it didn't help clear my skin. I washed with it at night (following the instructions) but my skin has gotten worse...breakouts since I started using it a month ago. I have had oily/sensitive/acne-prone skin since teenage years and still some problems in my 30s. Having tried everything from olive oil to honey to over the counter to natural health food stores cleaners, I find that there is no miracle treatment and the less products that I use, the better my skin is. Considering how much this bar of soap costs, I wouldn't buy it again and would warn others from doing the same mistake that I did.

I had ordered through Amazon the item named "Buf-Puf Double-Sided Body Sponge-1 ea." through Amazon. This was the same item I had previously ordered which came in a green box. Unfortunately, there is another "Buf-Puf Double-Sided Body Sponge-1 ea." which comes in a white and gold box, and is somewhat rougher to the skin touch than that which is in the green. There is otherwise no way to tell the difference in these two products by their packaging description, nor any other that I can determine. Again, unfortunately, this supplier did not distinguish the two items, and sent the product in the White and Gold box instead. (I had ordered two of each, for my own comparison test; both suppliers--there is a different supplier for each product--sent the same white and gold box. Therefore my "scientific" test is shot.)

All this preface to tell you that the Buf-Puf is the best bathing appliance since soap, in my opinion. It provides enough abrasion to feel as if you've removed all the body oils and dirt, as well as leaving the skin "tingly". Although I've tried both the rough and smooth sides (the blue and the white sides), I can tell no difference in the feel of the skin afterwards. I suppose women with their softer skin could notice a difference on elbows, knees, and feet; I just could not.

In essence, this product is heads and shoulders above a simple washcloth; If I didn't have a Buf-Puf, I'd forego bathing. (Hmmm, maybe that's why I was avoided while awaiting their delivery.)

I have been using the Buf Puf since I was in college (over 20 years ago) and for all of my adult life many people have commmented on my glowing, youthful skin. I give much credit to this little buf puf. It was developed by a leading dermatologist, I believe his name was Dr. Orentreich. Cleansing grains, exfoliating creams and other wasteful products just do a so-so job. With this puff you control the degree of polishing and exfoliating you desire. I wish I could give it 10 stars. It is simply the BEST!!!

I love these. I have used them for years. They can be hard to find. They are rather rough, though, so don't be expecting anything soft.

I am content of the products that I ordered from Amazon.com...I was hoping to find the sponge handle for these sponges...a while ago, I bought a handle and sponges to replace the old ones...however, the handle is made out of plastic and the head for the sponge has "spike" plastic and is made to the size of the sponges.

I would be very interest in finding the plastic handles for these sponges and will be able to order the handles for two or four from Amazon. I appreciate the service that I've had in the past and present...
