Clean & Clear Oil-Absorbing Sheets, 50 Count (Pack of 2)

I've been using these for a few years now and I love them for a number of reasons:

1. The sheets are thick enough to absorb a large amount of oil and my face is obviously matte after use.

2. Unlike tissue-paper-esque sheets, oily spots show up clearly so that it's very obvious which parts of the sheet are already saturated.

3. The sheets have no obvious scent.

4. The container is great. It's enclosed on all sides (unlike some booklets of blotting paper), so the sheets stay well-protected and clean. The tacky strip on the lid makes pulling out a single sheet much easier. If you accidentally grab an extra sheet, it's simple enough to fold it and tuck it back into the pocket (no waste).

5. The price isn't amazing, but it's less than many inferior competing products that I've tried, so I can handle it.

6. They're easy to come by and small enough to stash everywhere. I have one in my purse, one in my desk at work, one in my makeup bag, etc.

I love these oil absorbing sheets. I found out about these from a fellow oily faced person that swore by them. I have tried numerous ones in the past and they either did not absorb enough oil or they left my face with a ghastly white hue because they deposited powder. The fact that the sheet turns clear once it has absorbed oil is satisfying...so you know if you have to use another sheet. Also, my makeup stays intact and appears refreshed after use. I keep these in my purse and at my desk at work. I definitely recommend them.

One sheet absorbs a lot of oil, so these blotting sheets are very economical. Mind that these sheets are thick plastic-y type, not paper-based! The downside to this is slow absorption so the sheet is in contact with the skin longer than paper-based sheets. This may cause irritation. I don't use them very often for this reason, usually paper sheets are enough.

I have very oily skin and these work pretty good for taking away the shine on your face. I like them because they do not mess up or remove any makeup. I always keep some handy in my purse wherever I go!

Citrus Mint Facial Cleanser

It feels so good on my skin, doesn't dry it out I have oily skin, as in wake up in the morning with an extremely oily forehead and nose almost every morning and this cleanser does seem to control that some. Coupled with the herbal facial oil for oily/acne prone skin is even better!

I've used this tape in a variety of waysto hold a gauze pad, as compression tape, etc.. It doesn't stick to itself enough so that you don't need real tape, but it helps. It has a crinkly texture, with a pattern of bumps and valleys, which is how, I'm assuming, the tape sticks to itself. It's soft to touch, but not as soft as fabric. It reminds me a little of a sponge. I like the texture though. The roll will only last about 2 or 3 injuries (if you wrap it several times around say, a foot or elbow or something), but I'm okay with that.

When I wrapped my foot with it (for compression) for several hours, it was comfortable and held the level of compression nicely. However, when I took it off, it left an imprint of its texture on my foot that was a little painful. Not a big deal though, as it wasn't designed for compression.

OVERALL, highly recommended. Very versatile, good quality.

Initially bought the product in Hungary. After having purchased many very expensive moisturizers, found this to be the best product because the cream is totally absorbed in the skin.

This is the one to buy. Used every other day, it is gentler than retin-A or Vitamin C serums, while producing the same effect..I first tried it when I was 62 and in 2 weeks my face looked like baby skin.

Effective but does not aggravate adult acne nor roscea. Leaves skin feeling moist. A bargain for a skin care product.

I have very long, very straight, very flat, unstyled and uncolored hair.

This shampoo is very good for normal to slightly oily hair. It is not particularly gentle, and is best if used every 2 or 3 days, with a light rinse-off or leave-in conditioner, alternating with a clarifying shampoo. In spite of that, I found that this left little build-up until after the 3rd or 4th day. I did need some leave-in conditioner with each use. Though it claims to be "Strengthening," I would not recommend this for frequent use for fine, delicate, and/or dry hair/scalp. Some of the detergents can be rather harsh for use more often than once or twice a week. It is pleasantly scented, but is not bad nor very strong.

Thought I could also use it as a daily cleanser, but I was wrong. I'll use it up as a makeup remover but I won't repeat this purchase, because there is a lot of packaging and expense for it to be just a sensitive skin makeup remover.

This is an awesome moisturizer. My skin can get red and irritated after too much product use, and this provides a rich moisturizer that calms my skin overnight. If you skin gets so sensitive even water bothers it, this is the product to use.

The skin on my face is ultra sensitive. For the past 30 years, I have been unable to have anything but hydrocortisone cream touch my skin. I have only found two lotions that I can wear on top of the hydrocortisone. Of course, the dermatologist kept warning me against the long term effects of hydrocortisone use, but any of his solutions had the same result--itchy peeling rash within a few days. My dermatologist now offers this cosmetic line, and I tried a sample of the Avene Tolerance Extreme soothing cream. It moisturized my skin, without the itch! I have very sensitive skin and I'm prone to peeling and breakouts. I didn't find this moisturizer very easy to absorb. It sat on my skin like a sunscreen. It wasn't very soothing when my skin felt raw or irritated and it didn't protect my skin from feeling irritated when it was particularly hot or cold. I can't really see the point in spending so much to get subpar results. Garnier Moisture Rescue Refreshing Gel-Cream, Grape Water Extract, Vitamin E, 1.70-Fluid Ounce was very absorbent and pretty cheap in comparison, but I think I'll probably go back to one of the Bioelements moisturizers they've always worked best for me and worth the cost.

I love this kit, which I have bought from other stores before. It lasts me several months with daily use and helps clear up my skin from minor acne. I work in a kitchen, so my skin gets pretty icky by the end of the day. When I use this exclusively I don't break out. The moisturizer is fairly heavy and thick, but I have very dry skin so I like that.

I received this item free for review. I've got shoulder-length curly, frizzy hair. Color is put on my roots every 3-4 weeks. When I ordered this, I just hoped for the best regarding healthier hair. The temps and humidity have been brutal this summer and I have seen some days since using this where my hair wasn't as frizzy. Is that due to the shampoo and/or the conditioner? Hard to determine. Yesterday it was pretty frizzy again.

Been using the product for about 2 weeks now. Something I did notice a couple of days ago, was that there wasn't as much hair on the floor of the shower as I've been seeing for the past couple of years. Wow, I wasn't expecting that. It makes sense since this product is supposed to make your scalp healthier. But slowing down hair loss is not listed as a selling point.

The conditioner itself has a silky feel and a light pleasant scent and my hair feels good when getting out of the shower. Both the shampoo and conditioner can be stood with the opening down, making it quicker to dispense.

Two things I need to mention. The first is that the item came well-wrapped in plastic, and it's a good thing it was. There was some leakage with the shampoo during shipment. Not a lot, but it would have messed up everything else in the box. Probably better to purchase this from a brick and mortar store to avoid possible loss of product.

The second is that in order to see a list of ingredients, you are told to pull up part of the label. What??? Can you see doing this in a store? Would you purchase one that already had part of the label pulled back? I think a redesign is in order.

On the whole I'm happy with using the product.

Amending my review. I've been using the product for over a month and I'm torn as to what I think of it. I am definitely experiencing a lot less hair loss since using it, which is a HUGE plus. However, my hair doesn't look and feel nearly as good and the color is being stripped out of it with each washing. I think I'm going to have to stop using it. I've downgraded the rating from a 4 to a 3.

I love this conditioner.

* You don't need a lot to cover your hair (I have medium length very thick hair)

* You don't need to leave it on your hair longer than a minute or two.

* It comes out of the bottle onto your hand very thick, not thin and runny like most conditioners at this price point.

* It makes your hair extremely soft in a very short amount of time.

* Bottle rests upside down which I prefer, none wasted.

* Hair remains soft, even after drying.

Con's

* I really cant think of any. I tried this product because of Amazon Vine sent one for review, but I will continue to buy it as it is about 75cents to a dollar cheaper than my old conditioner and I think it works better. It is suppossed to increase the health of your scalp, but I am not sure how I would notice that type of change. I will also say that I am allergic to many shampoos and conditioners and I have had no problem with this after 4 uses.

I used Clear Scalp and Hair Beauty Damage & Color Repair Nourishing Conditioner for some time before I finally wrote this review. At first, I liked it very much. I am a conditioner junkie, and will give any new product a shot if it seems to fill the bill. However, my initial delight with this conditioner sent me running back to my other conditioners when I realized that the initial softness that I felt was being replaced by a dry, brittle feeling -almost as though I had left soap in my hair. Not good at all! Furthermore, when I gently comb through my hair when it is dry, I am suddenly experiencing breakage, and this is NOT a problem I had before I used this conditioner.

In essence, I do not recommend this product, and I am glad that I waited long enough to have gone almost through the entire bottle so that I could be sure about my results. FYI, I always thoroughly rinse my hair out in the shower, but the residue from Clear Scalp & Hair seems almost impossible to get out.

I didn't purchase this product through Amazon but at my local Target. I've tried the Total Care shampoo & conditioner, Strong Lengths shampoo & conditioner, AND Damage & Color Repair shampoo & conditioner. This review is inclusive off ALL of the products of theirs that I've tried.

When I first bought the product (Total Care) I thought the smell was pleasant and the size of the product seemed in line for the price point they were selling it at. I purchased one shampoo and two conditioners (as I have really thick hair and generally go through conditioner faster than shampoo). After the first shampoo and condition when my hair dried I immediately thought that my hair felt softer than it had before ... which is saying a lot because I'm growing my hair out and the only non-color treated portion are my roots.

I stuck with the Total Care line through 2 purchases and then decided to switch to the Strong Lengths line when I started noticing that my hair seemed to be breaking more often or just plain falling out more. Strong Lengths had the same good smell and left my hair feeling the same but didn't seem to be addressing my issue of hair breakage/falling out.

Just two days ago I purchased the Damage & Color Repair line to try out. So far same scenario as before but I now believe I know why!!

READ THE INGREDIANTS!! The ingrediants for ALL THREE shampoos & ALL THREE conditioners are EXACTLY THE SAME!!! How the heck does one work for damaged/colored hair specifically if both the Total Care & Strong Lengths have the same ingrediants. Just seems like a pure marketing scheme now.

I'm not one to waste shampoo/conditioner so I'll finish out the bottles that I have purchased but I know when I'm done with them I WON'T BE BUYING THE PRODUCT AGAIN!

Also, I read a review where the person mentioned that it seemed to take longer for their hair to get fully wet once they started using this product and I have to say that I agree with them.

SOMETHING ISN'T RIGHT WITH THIS PRODUCT!

Has made my daughter's very curly hair (like mine) more manageable for a time, but very drying. We both can tell that this product is not good for our hair, especially considering its high alcohol content... Could be used as a decent de-tangler when used sparingly.

Update:

Had to downgrade my reviews for this line when the skin on my arms and neck started breaking out after accumulated exposure-washing my daughter's hair in the sink in addition to using other products from same line on myself that day. Not the best choice for sensitive skin.

*Found a "silver lining:"

When scalp became extremely dry as a result, with dandruff "raining down" to the touch, I did an internet search. I found that VINEGAR is an excellent conditioner. I used 1/2 vinegar/water-amazing results! My scalp calmed down and my hair seems to have recovered-now soft to the touch instead of brittle.

I love this EO Peppermint & Tea Tree soap I've used it for about 4 years.

It's not only suitable for hands I use it as my daily face wash, and it does a great job.

I don't know if the tea tree oil in this product is killing any acne bacteria and therefore reducing facial breakouts, but I think it might be helping me a little in that regard.

A few months ago, I wondered if my facial skin would do any better if I returned to using a liquid soap that was specifically branded as a "face wash", so I tried several that were recommended by the customer reviewers on makeupalley, skinstore, sephora, and the like, as well as recommended by the skincare/cosmetics expert Paula Begoun on her beautypedia website. None of them left my skin in as good a condition as this EO Peppermint & Tea Tree hand soap, so I went back to using it!

My skin is pretty sensitive as well as breakout-prone, and is "combination skin" with an oily t-zone and "normal" cheeks (which become dry cheeks in the winter), but the EO Peppermint & Tea Tree soap has not caused any adverse reactions to my skin. It does not dry my skin out like many face washes do (even those that are marketed as being gentle on sensitive skin).

Unlike some organic soaps, this soap is quite sudsy, and one bottle lasts a long time (if you can get the hang of pressing down on the pump only partially, so just the amount you need comes out).

Also, I love and regularly use a few varieties of the EO shower gels and bubble bath formulas (on my body skin only) -for example, the Eucalyptus is lovely and warming in cooler weather, and the Tangerine Vanilla (I think it's called) is nice in warmer weather.

However, I did not have a favorable impression of their hand / body lotions, though (too oily and didn't absorb well for me), and their peppermint sanitizing spray caused a rash on the backs of my hands.

FYI, most stores only carry a few of the items/"flavors" made by EO, but their entire range of products is described on (and sold via) the manufacturer's website.

Intensive Firming Eye Serum

I received my product quickly, unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be the same formula as from the original store. What I received has way more oil and it did not "firm", but instead caused a stye around my eye the two or three times I've tried to use it. I will not be using the product.

I have used this serum for over a year. The bottle has lasted me this long and I expect it to last several months more. It is one of the few eye serums that you can use safely on the upper lid. Most eye creams are just for underneath the eye but the upper lid can also be a problem area. I have extremely sensitive skin and this is one of the few products I have been able to use without causing any skin irritation. I was skeptical at first and wondered why I paid so much for a skin care product but it was worth it. Results are not instantaneous but I can see quite a difference now from when I first started using it. A little bit goes a long way. Well worth the price.

I first saw this eye serum at a mall and I wanted to try it, but not at the price they wanted. I was happy to find the same product for a lot less.

I like the product. Goes on well and is not oily even though it feels like an oil when you put it on. I can use it during the day and mt make-up does not "run".

Does it work? Well. it's not like there is some startling difference, but if I were not using it, would my eyes look more tired or wrinkled? Maybe.

But I do like the product and a little goes a long ways, so this bottle will last me a while!

c. Booth Original Bath & Shower Cleanser, 16 oz

This reminded me of Kiehl's when I originally purchased a large Minneapolis retailer, who no longer sell this. It's a nice scent maybe a bit on the feminine side even though it's just fine for a guy. It lasts, makes skin feel soft yet clean and the price point is fantastic. I love this one and the blue one by booths!

I have been using the original Purity Made Simple for years now and it always cleanses without stripping or burning your eyes, it removes the most stubborn eye makeup. But there are occasions such as late nights or traveling that bringing a bottle and needing water just won't work. These are amazing! Very soft cloth, removes all makeup gently and thoroughly and no rinsing required. I have found another use for these, in the summer, using these on your body before going outside keeps the mosquitoes away!! Purity now also comes in an oil form, great for that use as well! Albolene, Cleanser Creme Scented - 12 oz

I used Albolene cream over 40 years ago. I am much older now and knew this cleansing cream would really help my skin. I searched the local stores to no avail and am so happy that I found it on Amazon.

It is just as wonderful as I remembered, so many years ago.

I've never used the scented albolene, I bought it to try it when I run out of my other albolene product. I'd recommend it to anyone trying to remove make-up. It leaves your skin feeling smooth and clean.

Face and Body Cleansing Brush Waterproof

Best facial brush I have ever used.....and I use a lot. This one is designed to use and keep in the shower. The head rotates, it has several attachments, and very easy to get in the creases of your nose. I highly recommend this brush..it is very sturdy and well made.

Out of other brands that I have used, this one is the best. However, I can not find replacement heads. Do you have to buy a new set everytime?

I bought this because I needed a good exfoliator for my skin and didn't want to shell out the 100+ for the brand name one, it works decent for the price i paid. My only problem with it is that after a few weeks of using it, it's started to stall and doesn't work as well as in the beginning. Other than that my pores have visibly gotten smaller, and my skin has gotten a little bit smoother. So like I said its good but not great.

Tate's The Natural Miracle Odorless Shampoo 8oz

I like this shampoo but it leaves my hair a little too soft. I have dry hair (color treated) that doesn't have much body. This shampoo is fine, but I wish I could find a fragrance free shampoo that adds body. Possibly a moisturizing shampoo. So far I haven't found a fragrance free moisturizing shampoo. (I believe shampoos labelled as "moisturizing" don't strip as much natural oil away as other shampoos (and/or do moisture shampoos have some ingredients that retain or attract moisture?).

After washing with the Tate shampoo, I use the Tate Natural Miracle conditioner, which is also fragrance free and mild. This conditioner takes the tangles out fairly well but still my hair is too soft and limp. To add a little body, I use some fragrance free styling gel by free and clear, but it's a little stiff and doesn't provide the flexible body I'm looking for.

This body towel is very soft. It's long enough to reach the entire back. After applying the soap to it, it has profuse lather for the entire body. Rinses easily and dries quickly.

I really do like it. Cleans well, easy to wash your back with it, absorbs odors and is very soft. I used mine a lot longer than recommended and it never fell apart or never obtained a smell. Would recommend.

Lets face it, 10$ is a lot for a bath towel so my hopes were pretty high. I was mainly intrigued by charcoal fibers, I wanted to see what it is. I've used it 3 times and I decided to put it away, it's simply too soft for me. The first time (well, all 3 times to be exact) I used it, once I was done I actually grabbed my old scrubbie and washed myself again, because I simply felt I was not clean enough. It also doesn't lather very well so I had to use tremendous amount of shower gel. I rather stick to my other Japanese bath towel (Salux pink one)it lathers very well, removes much more dead skin cells then this one, dries very fast and is cheaper!

This one would probably be good for children. And I also have to say that I like the color, but when it comes to removing dead skin cells, it is simply not good enough!

Eucerin Body Wash Daily Shower Oil Gel 200 Ml.

Have used it before which is why I ordered it again. However I did find it very expensive compared to what I pay for it in France. I had not realised how small the bottle was or I would not have ordered it.
