I'm not sure how this stuff is getting such great reviews because the lotion is only passable--there are plenty of other cheaper and better ones. But even my hubby commented on it the smell of my hair (and not in a good way) and he never mentions that at all. I couldn't get past the smell. It bothered me enough to I quit using after the 3rd application. It (literally) gave me a headache. These pads have a very strong ammonia smell to them; it is quite overpowering and smells of perm solution. They also are not textured pads, but smooth, very slippery and watery pads, leaving a lot of solution over your skin to the point it drips down your face -not to mention the pads slide every way but the right way. The pads were extremely saturated by the liquid solution, which I supposed is better than the super-dry pads I've tried in the past. In terms of benefits to my sensitive, blemish-prone skin: I noticed very little change in acne, blackheads, or clairity. The pads helped minimize some smaller blemishes, but did nothing for the moderate or bigger eruptions, and only minimally helped in preventing acne. There were no changes in the blackheads. Solvere Acne Pads are equivalent to Stridex in terms of helping to clear acne. On the positive side, the pads were not drying to my sensitive, blemished skin, and that was the main reason I bought them. If you are tired of drying pads and want some improvement over very minor acne eruptions (and don't mind smelling like a salon perm), then this is your product. I love the Hanz de Fuko Products but this shampoo just sucks. They market it is as very natural and etc but after receiving it I noticed it has sulfates just like all other shampoos you can find in CVS. I tried it twice and literally broke out my scalp each time. It is just sitting in my bathroom now collecting dust. The conditioner doesn't seem all that great either.

This company should stick to the waxes/pomade they make ...which are amazing :)

SweetSpot Labs - Gentle Wash

SweetSpot cleanser seemed heaven sent. I try to be conscious of the ingredients in most products and I was confident that a cleanser designed for my sweet spot would be gentle on it (It's called a Gentle Feminine Wash). That said, I gave this product two distinct shots. It failed both times.

I used this for months and could never understand why I was having so many problems in my pants. I kept attributing it to a preexisting health condition that I have and did not connect the dots. I ran out of the sweet spot wash (I used the citrus scent) and used another cleanser for months. When I had the chance I bought another 4 oz bottle of Sweet Spot and almost immediately (within hours) after using started having a burning problem again.

This product is not hypoallergenic. I knew that going in but I figured a product someone had designed for ladybits would be for sensitive skin. I am not sure what the ingredient/s are/were that caused s burning, blistering itch, but I don't want to keep testing. I'm using the rest of it to shave my legs and haven't had an issue. I will not use it again for its intended purpose.

As a shampoo and body wash, this product does not lather as much as I had hoped. My skin did not feel particularly clean but then it did not feel particularly dirty either. This is also the first mint shampoo that did not refresh/stimulate/impart-tingly-feeling-on my scalp. Its just a regular no frills shampoo.

As a bubble bath this product sucks, the few bubbles that did appear disintegrated in less than five minutes.

I am unimpressed.

I normally can't wear primers because they crease or cake under makeup but this really makes a difference in my end result and the fact that it stays on all day! I have obscenely large pores and I rarely like my finished look but now there is a big difference in my pores and a smoother finish to my makeup!

I bought this and several other products based on a Today Show piece re cosmetics that really seemed to do what they claim to. I've always had pore issues so gave this a try and it does really seem to reduce the appearance of pores on my nose, not just when wearing but after as well. The product is slightly tinted which I missed in the description and "fair" is the default tint. If your skin is darker, there is a darker tint so pay attention. BUt I am pleased with this it costs plenty for a tiny tube but it's worth it to me.

I generally don't take the time to write a review for any products, even products that I genuinely love. For this product I will make an exception since I am overwhelmingly satisfied with the outcome and company.

Let me start off by saying my son is currently five months old and for the past three months he's had severe eczema. We first assumed it was an obvious food allergy that was causing his skin to break out, but after several stressfully-waited formula trials; we were able to find a miracle in a can, Neocate, this hypo-allergenic milk that worked. That is literally one of the most broken down baby formulas you can buy and not to mention very pricey. So you could imagine my stress once my son's eczema began to resurface.

The dreadful and much hated eczema randomly began to populate the back of his thighs, both arms, cheeks, and the back of his ears. He was miserable and constantly itching and crying. At this point I had enough and immediately began to research eczema like a mad man. After investing all my free time into finding the cause I was eventually able to find Exederm.

Now I've tried every moisturizer, cream, oil, soap, shampoo, intensive moisturizers, and even ointment's just to be upset over and over again. I've been disappointed by Johnson's, Aveno, Aquaphor, and every other company out there. All these products contained some sort of oil, fragrance, or chemical that was harmful to my poor son's skin. I then researched the National Eczema Associations website and started to find better products which were Aveno extensive care, Cetaphyl, and Mustella. They all contained some sort of potentially harmful ingredient or irritant. Mustella seemed to be working the best, but then stared to irritate his eczema. Then I read the ingredients and saw that it contained Almond oil along with some other oils in there that can irritate eczema. I immediately stopped using Mustella (Which scored a 5/5 on the NEA website) and decided to try the last product from the national Eczema association to score a 5/5, Exederm.

I've literally could see an immediate difference within the first two days. His skin stopped inflating and slowly began to get lighter and lighter. I've been applying the creams, using the soaps, and using the bath oil and within two weeks his eczema is almost non-existent. I've been struggling for four months now and finally found a good product.

Some reviewers and people will say this product doesn't moisturize, it doesn't feel good, it goes on weird, it has a weird consistency, and all of the above. That's great, but this product wasn't made to be the #1 moisturizer and it wasn't made to be the perfect intensive hydrating formula. This product was made specifically and only to cater to those who suffer from Eczema, allergies, dermatitis, sensitive, or those who simply don't want to apply a whole pile of C*ap on their skin.

I can't speak for everyone, but I can say for us this company has been a miracle. Do your own research, simply look at the ingredients and you'll see what all these other products contain. Go to their websites and determine what best fits your baby's needs (or yours).
