O.K. I'll confess. I have been in love with this soap for over 30 years. In my twenties' one of my girlfriends used to be a Ford model, and she turned me onto Laszlo. It is awesome soap. The best. Ever. She is not a model anymore, but a talented artist with flawless skin genes, or Laszlo? As with many products, it also grows smaller every year. I still have the original soap dishes it came in they are almost like jewel cases. Now it's a flimsy case. Ah well! It's the soap that matters, and it still has the same smell to me it is clean, vital and fresh. My skin is always happy. Thank you Laszlo, for the soap for the memories!

I saw this sea mud soap in a tv show, and then I bought it right away on amazon. I use twice a day for one week now, I can notice that the blackhead on my nose is getting better. I use this bar by tfollowing he unique technique, and I feel so clean every time. It drys my face a little bit, but it is ok after I apply a thin layer of lotion. Btw I hv oily skin, and easy to breakout, this bar seems to control my acne as well, I definatly will keep using this bar

I used this 30 years ago and it worked well on young skin. It's even better on older skin, shrinks pores, tightens and firms, does more than you would think a soap could without drying. It is not drying.

nice package, very soft to dissolve in water, and really clean up you face , after just 1 use my face get brighter. I am combination/acne prone skin, so after the first two weeks of use, I start to get serious breakout, but I really love the way it clean up my face, so maybe I think it's becuz it's too clean and strong for me to use twice a day, so now I only use this bar at night when I had makeup for that day. and it seems pretty good now. but I have't seem any improve to my skin yet.

As good as I expect, overall it's a nice product to use. a fragment smell on it, I like it.

I also saw this product reviewed on The Doctors television show and I don't have age spots on my hands, but I do have Melasma on my upper lip and below one of my eyes. I find that this condition really bothers me and when I read more about this product I thought I would try it. I had been using Obagi Nu-Derm, but there are so many steps/products and I cannot deal with the excessive skin peeling. I have used this product 2x daily for the last month, I just ran out this morning. I have also been using the Nourshing lotion 1x daily (morning under makeup, but over the Total Repair). I am starting to see a difference and without any burning, peeling or embarrassing effects. I love how silky my face feels after applying and although I don't notice my Freckles fading (fine by me) like they did with the Obagi products, I am seeing the Melasma start to fade. Even my Mom and Husband have noticed. I am very self conscious about the Melasma and always wear cover-up/concealer (which doesn't really work all that well)... but now I feel less like this is the area my eyes immediately go to when I look in the mirror. I am just ordering another bottle and I am looking forward to seeing more improvement the longer I use it. It is a bit on the pricey side, but since it doesn't require a perscription and doesn't have any harsh effects on delicate skin... I am fine with it taking longer than a couple of weeks to see improvements. I will continue to use both of these products.

I heard about the Wave through word of mouth. From a friend of a friend. Everyone said it was really good and worked well. I bought it and tried it the day it came in the mail. I was amazed in the difference of my skin after only 1 use. I thought that my skin was getting clean by using facial cleanser every day. I was wrong. Even after I washed my face with cleanser then used the Wave, I could see what my regular cleanser was missing. I would absolutely recommend the Wave. It's wonderful!

This thing, along with the original Wave, are poorly built pieces of ****. When I first started using the Wave Duo, I loved it; it made my face super smooth, soft, and healthy-looking. I also liked and utilized the 2 speeds (the lower for every day cleaning and the higher for rigorous exfoliating). Overall it seemed to clean my face better than conventional cleaning with a cleanser.

However, after about 3 weeks of use, my unit broke because the power button would no longer stay "clicked" on. The buttons that control the power and speed are push on, push off, "click" buttons. They are cheap little plastic buttons with springs under them and tiny metal latches that latch into grooves on the plastic molding of the buttons. When they are not latched, the springs pop the buttons back out. When these buttons are working, they make a "click" sound when pressed. I opened the unit up in attempt to see why my power button no longer worked. I found that dirty water had seeped in and mildew caked up under the buttons. I cleaned out the mildew with q-tips and rubbing alcohol and that seemed to fix the power button but it broke again within a week. My battery also started to drain very quickly and the motor that vibrated the device would not spin anymore.

Even though the manufacturer says you can use this thing in the shower, you can't. Dirty water will get in and short or jam up your device. You can't even get this thing wet which totally defeats the purpose of using it to wash your face. I plan to buy a Clean and Clear Blackhead eraser to replace this since the cleansing pads are interchangeable. The Blackhead eraser might not necessarily be more well built and it does not have 2 speeds but at least they don't have cheap little click buttons that could get jammed. Instead, the blackhead eraser has a twist on, twist off power switch.

This is a good little face machine for the shower. It does make you face feel smoother the first time you use it. The pads don't really foam up alot, which is good, and they leave a minty, coolness on your skin. I highly recommend it.

So I bought this the 2nd month it came out. I was really excited because people online would talk about how its doing wonders to their skin. And the 2 vibrations really penetrate to get the dirt. Also I was very excited because it was waterproof although it needs batteries!!

So for few days, i took it in the shower with me.. But because i was scared that it really wasn't waterproof, I opened the battery sealer to see if any water went in.. Thankfully, none did. So next few days, i took it in the shower. Also when I woke up, the vibration just woke me up too. But the 2nd week i bought it, it stopped working!!!! I looked in the battery sealer and there was rust!! OMG..

Also 2 vibration by butt.. Its like a high pitch vib and a low pitch vib if thats even considered 2.. They are basically the same. And its not even the machine that was doing the cleaning, it was the pads.

Lancome Absolue Precious Cells Advanced Regenerating & Reconstructing Cream Spf 15

When you use several different skin care products it's hard to tell whether any one of them is really responsible for the condition of your skin. I'm 54 with combination skin and after a lifetime in Florida my face is relatively unwrinkled (thanks to genetics and sunglasses) but blotchy in tone and with some age spots. My face care routine for the last several months has been to use a lightweight moisturizer with SPF in the morning under my makeup and at night I use a serum followed a few minutes later by this Lancome Absolue product. There has definitely been considerable improvement my skin tone has evened out and the age spots have faded a bit. Don't get me wrong there hasn't been a miracle and it's still obvious when I don't wear makeup, but my skin looks and feels much better. So even though I don't know for sure if this product is the cause of the improvement I have to say I really like it a lot. The creamy consistency is awesome and the light fragrance is pleasant but not even close to being overpowering.

However, the price is obscene and that's why I took a star off this review. I ended up getting this after falling for a hard sell at the Lancome counter and it has lasted me over a year (I didn't use it every day, though). You do get a generous amount and a little goes a long way, but it's still awfully expensive. Now that I've finally finished the jar I'm going to try some cheaper alternatives and see if I get similar results. I may end up buying this product again if I'm not happy with others, or ask my DH to buy it for me for Xmas. I could probably tell myself that the length of time it lasts help bring the cost down and satisfy my conscience, but I just have to try cheaper options first.

I do recommend you try it if you can get a sample size or if you have some extra money to spend and need/want a high quality moisturizer. Everyone's skin is different but if you enjoy high quality skin products then you should like this.

I'm a recent convert to natural and organic soaps, having bought them for my daughter who's into all that stuff. Her effusive raves led me to try them myself, and I found a whole new experience. If you read labels, you've certainly seen sodium lauryl sulfate, a chemical surfactant to increase lather, and propylene glycol,a penetration enhancer. These are just 2 of many ubiquitous "soap" ingredients in these petroleum based products that would more accurately be called detergents. You won't find them here, and you won't miss them.

There's 9 ingredients listed on this label, each one recognizable. No need for lather enhancers, as the natural soap ingredients make a wonderful cleansing lather that doesn't dry your skin. This one even leaves my skin "squeaky" clean while still not drying.

I started using this product once Clearsil changed the formula of their daily face wash. Clearasil used to contain Triclosan (antibacterial) which I found was really effective against my acne.

I wanted a face wash that was gentle, removes dirt and oil, and kills germs. This does all of that, and even has a decent scent. It really doesn't seem to over-dry either!

HOLY MACARONIS! I absolutely adore this product. I have bought literally EVERYTHING off the shelf and a lot of organic products for my acne prone/oily skin and this one tops them all, and for a low price! I bought this at a local walmart. I don't give many 5 star reviews, but this product deserves it. I just wish they sold it in my local stores. I have battled acne since I was a teen and into my adult years as well. When you realize acne is bacteria, you think to buy a wash that has antibacterial qualities. Noxzema is classic. Stick with the classics and you can't go wrong. This does not dry my face out, has a clean smell and is not harsh on my face at all. I cannot use anything with salycilic acid(sp) or I get a red rash. I can't say how much I love this product. It starts out as a tiny bit of powder in your hand (about half a teaspoon). Mix with a bit of water and it becomes luxuriously foamy. the wetter it gets, the more foamy it is. the more you rub it, the foamer it gets. Feels like you are rubbing cashmere onto your face. Does not sting eyes whatsoever! Cleans very well no trace of anything left behind. It is "step 2" in the skincare regime by Annayake, which starts with a makeup remover. This is by far THE BEST facial cleanser I have ever used. I love, love, love it.

This is a great shampoo to use once or twice a week to get all the gunk out of my hair. I love the light fragrance...somewhat evocative of citrus but also all its own. This is an honest product that does what it says it will do. I find that to be the case with a lot of L'Anza products.

I wash my hair every other day. I don't know that this would dry out your hair if used every day, but I don't think it would if you conditioned well enough. Lanza is a great product line, my runner up to the best and I recommend this for nice clean hair. My hair hasn't seen it's natural color in 6 years, and this works well for me.

Fa Shower Gel Body Shampoo - Marine (Non-Soap Formula) Bath And Shower Gels

I originally used this while living in Germany and now that I found it on Amazon I can buy it once again. It's a non-soap formula and a moisturizer and really works well...smells great too. Give some a try!

I originally bought FA Marine while sailing in the Caribbean and can recommend it for guys -simple clean scent that nonetheless is unique, rinses off completely and fast, doesn't generate a lot of foam/bubbles (something that was important on a boat), and you can use it as all-in-one shampoo/wash in a pinch.

Note that they have expanded the Fa product line to include Algemarin shower gel (and if you search for Fa Marine you might pull up this version) -this review is *not* for Algemarin, it is about the original Fa Marine Shower Gel "non-soap" formula, in the light blue bottle with the wide top and bottom.

Kinerase Gentle Daily Cleaner, 5 Ounces

Kinerase makes great products. And this one is no different. However, it is pricey. So, if you're happy with another cleanser, I wouldn't urge you to change.

I have super-sensitive skin that breaks out constantly, and it's a never-ending battle to keep things in check (both the eczema and the zits). Kinerase products help oodles with the skin tone, texture, blotchiness, redness. Some anti-aging properties, and my sensitive skin doesn't react. Which is why I bought this. I like it very much, but I can use Aquaphor --another very gentle cleanser--and get good results for less.

However, if you already use other Kinerase products and want the continuity/synergy of the products, yes, feel free to use this. It's good.

I have always been prone to oily skin, and now adult acne. This was recommended to me by my dermatologist, because of the green tree tea extract, which has natural antimicrobial properties. I used this shampoo years ago and it was wonderful; ordered a big bottle this time around, and when I used it, I realized it wasn't the same as before. I gave it a second chance, and still horrible. Didn't clean my hair and left it really tangled (thankful for conditioner...). I compared the current ingredients to those of a travel-sized bottle of the same shampoo, that I bought a few years ago, and the ingredients had indeed changed (for one, they added a formaldehyde-releasing ingredient, which goes against the gentle-ingredients philosophy that Sudzz FX USED to have).

I did purchase this through Amazon, but, because of the Seller's policy of no returns once a product is used, I am out $42.00 on this big bottle of awful "gentle shampoo". Going back to my trusted oldie from years ago, which still works beautifully and gently, Mastey Traite Cream Shampoo...don't know why I strayed, other than I can be a product junkie and like trying new products.

This may work for someone with really short hair, but I do not recommend it for long hair. Also, the scent isn't that great. A bit overwhelming.

As I Am Leave In Conditioner, 8 Ounce

This is a light weight but moisturizing leave in. The ingredient list is not bad and it can be purchased at sallys and select walgreens. The scent is nice and it also plays well with other products. I have 4a hair if that helps. I can detangle with it and it feels great going on. I twist my hair with only this leave in and seal my ends with oils so I do not have to worry about my hair being matted. It is worth a try and a little goes a long way.

I will be honest, I don't require much in terms of leave-in conditioner but I do like it to have the following properties: moisturize and detangle my hair. Honestly that is it. This leave-in conditioner on the other hand, provided minimal of the two. It detangles my hair but I have to use an generous amount and this 8 ounce bottle is pretty pricey, even if you stack coupons and catch it on sale. Even with the amount I used, my wide tooth comb didn't glide through my hair. I will admit that my hair is very tangle prone so that might be my issue. But the problem I mainly have with this leave-in conditioner is that it didn't moisture my hair at all. Even when I use the DoubleButter cream in conjunction with this leave-in conditioner, in eight hours my hair is drier than the Gobi desert. Mind you that even though I have kinky-curly hair (4a/b/c if you follow the Walker system), my hair is thick but fine so oils and their ilk can easily weight down my hair (for about a day or two). This would work for someone who has slightly dry hair. I guess my hair is too thirsty for this. Ironically I cannot get heavy-handed with Shea Moisture or else my hair stays greasy for about 3 days. All I can say is if you are curious, I would purchase it via Sally's local store because they can let you return it. Otherwise you can end up with a ~$15 regret.

I have slightly below shoulder length fine type 3b hair. I co-wash with a moisturizing conditioner every other day. I shampoo with Organix sulfate free shampoo every week or two. I diffuse my hair after every wash.I was looking for a silicone free leave in conditioner that would not weigh down my hair. This conditioner does the trick. On the day of use my curls were very defined and soft. The next day I added a little more of the conditioner with my daily gel (to combat bed head)and my hair was still soft with good curl definition. When my hair is dry I don't get good curl definition. I used about a quarter's amount of product the first day and a dime's worth the second day. When my area experiences periodic low humidity I may have to use more to get the same effect. I like that this conditioner contains no oils and no silicones. I researched the ingredients and most promote moisture retention and hair growth. I believe that this is a quality product that does what it says and should work for most people. I do not not believe that there is a hair product that will work for all curly hair, there are just two many variables. Let your hair be your guide, if you are unsure if it will work on your hair, buy it at Sally's where you can return it if it does not work for you.

This leave in is lite and has good slip. It has a nice smell and a little goes a long way. This is great for my 4B hair.
