I suddenly developed a sensitivity/allergy to most eye makeup removers while suffering an awful cold a few years ago. I went from being able to use Clinique, Prescriptives, Maybelline, etc. eye makeup removers to not being able to use ANY of them. One day...it all changed. I had been using Prescriptives but one day realized I was out and used some Maybelline (or was it Cover Girl?) eye makeup remover. My eyes proceeded to get puffy, swollen and red. NOT attractive. I realized that I could no longer use the usual eye makeup removers and was then on a mission to find something else I could use, when I stumbled upon the Eye Scrub pads in Walgreens. I have been using them ever since. They are awesome and not only are they very efficient at removing eye makeup, they do not upset my skin at all. I love them and highly recommend them if you are unable to use other eye makeup removers (and even if you are-using these is like giving your eyes a bath!). As another reviewer mentioned-you *can* use just one pad for each eye, which makes the price tag more palatable. Good luck and I hope you love these as much as I do!

Eye Scrubs are individually wrapped, moist gauze pads. They glide over your eye area and remove very trace of eye shadow, liner and mascara. I've never had to use more than one to do a thorough and efficient job.

They don't leave your skin greasy, or dry and taut. Just refreshed. The individual packets are perfect for travel. The only thing I DON'T like about the product is the name.....it sounds too harsh for something so gentle. You will not be disappointed in Eye Scrub.

This is the first time I ordered the Eye Scrub on-line. They ship me a packet of 30 individual wrapped pads. However, I ordered on september 1,2012. I received the order on september 4, 2012. The expiration date of the product is October 2012. I have less than 30 days to use a product which has 30 packets. Is this cheating or what? Why would they ship me a product whih has such a short shelf life?

I used this wash and shampoo for myself and for my 19 month old. Based on analysis at goodguide.com, this is one of the very few shampoo/washes that does not contain a single toxic ingredient. Even Burt's Bees and J&J washes contain toxic ingredients (I was surprised about the former). So, I was eager to try this one. It works just fine for my 19 month old no rash or irritation like the other review had posted. It comes out as a foam, which is fine for a baby with fine hair, but I found I need like 10 pumps for my adult head of (also fine) hair, so it'd be nice if they sold it in a more concentrated form for adults! Probably the most astounding part of this product to me is that it is *the first* and *the only* shampoo I have found that does not leave my scalp itching, flaking, and peeling. I have always had problems with itchy, flaky scalp, and have tried every dandruff shampoo and a dozen other shampoos, including many baby shampoos (and even castile soap!) and yet none of them helped. I wasn't even necessarily expecting this one to help, but it was obvious after the second day that my scalp was completely healed! It must be the lack of toxic ingredients / its gentle nature. I seriously am still in shock about this. I'll be buying this forever! If it's so gentle to my sensitive scalp, I feel really good about using it with my toddler!

We have used this wash since our newborn's first bath. I have no complaints or concerns! It truly is the best wash/shampoo out there.

It formulated to be safe, and has not irritated our daughters eyes or skin. It works well, and rinses off nicely. I feel very fortunate to have found this product! Highly recommended.

I was a devout user of the Thymes Face Polish so I was very disappointed to learn this product was discontinued. Decided to give the Face Wash a try and loved it immediately. Lancome Absolue Precious Cells Advanced Regenerating & Reconstructing Cream Spf 15

When you use several different skin care products it's hard to tell whether any one of them is really responsible for the condition of your skin. I'm 54 with combination skin and after a lifetime in Florida my face is relatively unwrinkled (thanks to genetics and sunglasses) but blotchy in tone and with some age spots. My face care routine for the last several months has been to use a lightweight moisturizer with SPF in the morning under my makeup and at night I use a serum followed a few minutes later by this Lancome Absolue product. There has definitely been considerable improvement my skin tone has evened out and the age spots have faded a bit. Don't get me wrong there hasn't been a miracle and it's still obvious when I don't wear makeup, but my skin looks and feels much better. So even though I don't know for sure if this product is the cause of the improvement I have to say I really like it a lot. The creamy consistency is awesome and the light fragrance is pleasant but not even close to being overpowering.

However, the price is obscene and that's why I took a star off this review. I ended up getting this after falling for a hard sell at the Lancome counter and it has lasted me over a year (I didn't use it every day, though). You do get a generous amount and a little goes a long way, but it's still awfully expensive. Now that I've finally finished the jar I'm going to try some cheaper alternatives and see if I get similar results. I may end up buying this product again if I'm not happy with others, or ask my DH to buy it for me for Xmas. I could probably tell myself that the length of time it lasts help bring the cost down and satisfy my conscience, but I just have to try cheaper options first.

I do recommend you try it if you can get a sample size or if you have some extra money to spend and need/want a high quality moisturizer. Everyone's skin is different but if you enjoy high quality skin products then you should like this.

Clarisonic Mia Sonic Skin Cleansing System-Graphite Grey

The first time I used this product and then worked out it felt like my face was on fire. My pores were so clean the sweat must have been burning. When I went for a facial the girl held up the blue light to see how congested my pores were (wanted to sell her product) and was very surprised at how clean my pores were. Didn't even try to sell me product. Also, when I hold it over my sinus I feel it drain slightly. I even ordered one for my teenage son to use for acne. If he uses it with salidyc acid I can tell a difference immediately. If he used it every day I am sure he would have no acne, but he is a teen and doesn't always do what he should. With such clean skin, I would guess if you used product afterward that it would be able to penetrate better and therefore work better. Clarasonic also had the best customer service I ever have experienced. Mine stopped working and they sent a replacement out that day, trusting me to ship back the one that didn't work.

I honestly can't believe the Clarisonic Mia. It's so helpful cleaning my face, I can't imagine living without it. I have acne, and even though it hasn't completely rid me of it, now my skin feels so clean and I have many fewer blemishes than before.

PROS:

-It gets everything out, and I mean everything. My face has never felt to clean. It can breathe again!

-It shrinks your pores down, so buy it if you have huge pores/

-The price seems steep, but once you get it, you realize this is quality built and uses the most advanced sonic technology on the market. Period.

-You can take it in the shower or bath because it is waterproof/

-It uses the same sonic cleansing power as a Oral B or Sonicare Electric toothbrush. Yes, it's like a soft toothbrush for your face.

-if you have oily skin, this will reduce your overall oil situation, but not so much that it dries you out.

CONS:

-It takes around 14 hours to fully charge from 0 with the magnetic charger

-You might want to use a cleaner such as hydrogen peroxide on it once a week to ensure no bacteria grows on it (this won't happen as long as you dry it with a towel, but just incase)

As you can see, the pros outweighed the cons quite considerably. To be honest, there really aren't any issues with this device at all. It's like brushing your teeth, you have to do it so they stay healthy. It's the same with your skin. I really love this purchase and might even pay $200 for it, it helps that much. Overall I would recommend this to anyone, regardless of age, skin condition or skin type. I would also recommend this model instead of spending the extra $30 on the Mia 2, which I see is not worth more money.

Avalon Organics CoQ10 Facial Cleansing Creme

This is the best cleanser I have ever used and I have tried so many. It is natural without soap. It is very gentle and easily washes on and rinses off. My face always feels very clean after use.

I like the consistency of this product, and I like the natural ingredients. However, while it helps keep my skin moist, it burns my skin a bit when washing. I think it does a good job cleaning, but there may be some caustic herbal preparation in this product that is not great for sensitive skin. I'm not sure I will purchase it again. It may be a bit too strong for me.

I may be a little young for this product (I'm only 21 years old) but I must say, it is a great product. I have sensitive skin and used some products that left my skin dry, dull and with scars. After using this product only for a week or two, I did notice a difference in my skin's appearance. It is much brighter and this product has restored the moisture back to my skin. It hasn't done much for the scars but that's expected. The biggest difference I noticed was actually in my lips which is sometimes very dark due to dryness. It exfoliated them and over time removed the dark areas. Considering I have sensitive skin and the amount of Q10 in this product, the product is gentle. As soon as it touches your skin you do feel a tingling sensation but it does not burn at all.

I rarely write reviews like this but I ALWAYS read them before buying products not just pricey products but any skin care product since I tend to break out with "cheaper" formulations.

Anyhow, I have been using Derma-Full for two weeks, once a day and my skin has a tightness and glow that is noticeable to everyone. (I actually STOPPED using my decleor products these weeks to really give it a test drive.) I did not have deep wrinkles but some light forehead lines and crows feet. They are indeed PLUMPED up and off my face.

I am a 53 year old woman with deep lines along my nose, and "parentheses" between my eyebrows, along with smaller lines. I have been using this product for two and a half weeks. I was so excited after reading the glowing reviews. I see little, if any, difference so far, even in my little lines. Also, I would like to let people know, you WILL break out if you apply to oily areas. I have bought one more bottle to give it a longer time to work, but if I see no progress after that, I will buy no more, not at this price. Also, it would be NICE if they told you how much to use, and where to apply it (all over face or just problem areas) in their directions. Would not recommend it at this point, but if things change, I will be sure and post a new review.

A product that delivers based on the expectations of the company that created it. It did cause some drying of the hands after a washed, but the use of lotion helped a bit with that part. If one has sensitive skin, I would recommend that you try and look for an appropriate soap product instead of purchasing this.

Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash Cream Cleanser, 6.7 Ounce

I used the old formula for years after my doctor specifically recommended it. However, the new formula contains menthol which causes a painful burning sensation, especially on my lips and eyelids when I rinse it off. The new fragrance smells like Raid Ant and Roach Killer.

No responsible doctor would recommend menthol for blemished skin, yet Neutrogena still includes "Dermatologist Recommended" on the label. In fact, topical menthol products such as Bengay contain a warning not to use on damaged skin.

The image showing is not the same as the product received which has a new formula sign on the right corner. By comparing the new and the old ingredients list,the new formula removed Aloe leaf extract,Anthemis Nobilis flower extract,and Matriciaria flower extract.Even though the active ingredient is still 2% salicylic acid, the inactive ingredients has changed a lot. So the smell, texture, and the feel all changed. Honestly, the first time,it smells like insect spray but now I get used to it. The new formula has menthol which makes you feel like cold breezed after use. I neither like it nor hate it. However, I would not buy it again unless it returns to the old formula.

I used the Neutrogena oil free acne scrub throughout my teenage years, and it worked really well. It has a creamy base, so i figured that since this is from the same line, i would get the same product just without the beads. The main ingredients are indeed the same, but the smell is different! I wonder why they don't use the same smell since it's from the same line. I like the scrub scent more, unless they changed the scent of that one too. It has been almost two years since ive used the scrub, so i don't know. The scent of this wash isn't pleasing. They should make it unscented. After all, no scent is the best scent when it comes to skin care. (unless it smells delicious)

Too much menthol is another con. There's menthol in the scrub formula too, but it's not as overwhelming. I think this is what they meant by "new formula results in one day". Menthol is meant to deliver medicine quicker and more effectively, but dudeit's uncomfortable! Lighten up on the menthol. My skin isn't sensitive; it's actually quite strong, but i can imagine how so much menthol can sway many consumers from this otherwise wonderful product. With that being said, i do like the menthol, i just find the amount too overwhelming. Please change it back to the original formula, Neutrogena!

A great thing about this scrub is that it has no dyes! Yay! The scrub has dyes in it to make it orange, which is okay, i guess, but no dyes is best.

Once i rinse this off my face, my face feels silky and soft. I like that it has acne medicine in it without being too overdrying. I love cream cleansers. I will be repurchasing this. Another pro is that it is one of neutrogena's more affordable productsyay again!

I love Neutrogena, and i find that its products are the only thing that helps me control my acne. (st ives works too, but it's too abrasive for daily use). Salicylic acid, Neutrogena, and I are the perfect trio.

The Palmer's Coconut Formula Conditioning Shampoo does help a bit, and my hair seems s bit shinier, overall though I don't think I'd go out of my way to purchase this product. It works, yes, but not enough for me to pay the extra money for it.

This works pretty well on most mascaras although I did recently use Shisedo Mascara and it took a bit more scrubbing to remove all of this particular mascara. However it has worked quite well on others I have used.

First of all, not to toot my own horn, but my hair is beautiful!! I only had a little wave in my hair before I started using this shampoo, but now it's super wavy and on the verge of being curly (like beachy-ocean wave hair!!)! I don't wash it every day, more like two or three times a week. I only use this once a week. I use Generic Brand Tea Tree Oil shampoo the other times. This shampoo gets my hair incredibly clean and it smells like freshly peeled oranges!! My hair does tangle more easily after I wash, and since my hair is naturally like a sponge, I use a super duper conditioning treatment. I didn't care for the conditioner that goes with this, the Color Defense Intense Moisture. It smelled good (like almonds) but it didn't leave my hair as soft as I prefer, so I usually go for something a bit thicker that I can really slather on and let soak in, like Aussie's 3 minute miracle. For daily conditioning, I love the Generic Brand Lavender Tea Tree.
