H2O Plus Face Oasis Cleansing Water 8oz / 236ml

I have had mixed results with cleansing water and cleansing oil from different lines. Some add too much oil and leave a residue, some make skin too dry, most don't seem to do anything. I have very oily skin and after a long day of work or after a work-out I prefer not to wash my face with soap but I do like to swipe a toner to remove dirt and oil-or use a cleansing water/oil. Out of all the cleansing waters and oils I have tried, H2O Plus Face Oasis Cleansing Water seems to get rid of the "ick" without side affects.

The consistency is very water-like, and slides out of the container quickly. Like many cleansing water products, you still mix it with water to form the lather. Once mixed it makes a slightly thicker product, but it is not the thick lather that you would find with a normal clear face wash. Because the lather is so thin-I find it difficult to work over parts of my face when using the recommended amount. Additionally, I had friction induced irritation in my sensitive areas-(mostly my chin) while I got used to the product.

I have no complaints about the results, although I have sensitive skin that is acne prone-I never broke out when using this product. My skin was never over dry-and it left no residue on my face. However, I don't feel it made a huge difference in my skin either.

My big complaint is with the price, how much product I had to use in order to make the lather and clear my skin, and the delivery system/package. A large bottle is only 8 ounces which usually runs about $22-$24. This would last me about a month with 1-2 uses per day, usually after work or after a workout. H20 Plus has come out with a new delivery system instead of the shake bottle for this product, but I was sent the older bottle which you have to shake in order to get the product out.

I would recommend this product to someone that is dependent upon facial cleansing waters in their skincare routine but has trouble finding one that is not irritating or leaves a residue.

Suave is good value for a quality product. When I use the strawberry shampoo together with Suave strawberry conditioner, my hair smells luscious, and people tell me so. I try other brands every now and then, but I always go back to Suave.

My daughters use this and the conditioner to match. They are 5 & 6 years old. They love the strawberry smell! I love that it gets their hair squeaky clean! The bathroom always smells great when they are done too~like fresh mountain strawberries!

About the time my son turned four Johnson's baby shampoo a household staple began to fail us. It wasn't getting his and his older sister's hair clean and so I set about to find a replacement. Suave's Strawberry shampoo was it.

This shampoo gets their hair clean and leaves it smelling nice. In addition it works fine as a body wash, which means that I can clean the entirety of their sweaty, mud splattered little bodies with one product. After using it for over a year, I can say that I've found no downside. It doesn't dry out their skin or hair, and it's affordable.

Four Stars. Very Good Shampoo. Smells nice and cleans well. We use it as a body wash and it doesn't dry out or irritate my children's sensitive skin.

Suave shampoo is one of those products that I've used for most of my life. I've tried more expensive shampoo over the years but keep coming back to Suave simply because it works very well and it costs very little. Usually I'm a huge proponent of the 'you get what you pay for' way of thinking. However, there are exceptions that prove the rule, and this is one of them! I usually switch the variety each time I buy more just to keep things interesting, but aside from that, I've been pretty much using Suave for 15+ years.

That said, I have short, uncomplicated hair that's only dislike is conditioner (it makes parts of my hair stand on end for no apparent reason). I don't do much styling aside from a little Fiber Molding Creme to spike the front a little bit, so my shampoo needs are probably not as complicated as someone with long, curly hair. For a guy (or woman with short hair) this stuff is perfect and does exactly what I need it to: clean my hair. It's worth trying even if you think you might not end up loving it, simply because it's inexpensive, so if it doesn't work out, you've lost nothing.

For the price, I can't find a shampoo that is as good. This is straight up the least expensive but highest quality shampoo out there. Recommended to anyone without complicated hair, for use with kids, or as an alternative to more expensive shampoo that does exactly the same thing.

I bought this for my 7 year old who has super thick hair. We've tried all the kids shampoos and none of them got her hair squeaky clean. I wanted to get something that would get her hair super clean. MD Formulations Facial Cleansing Gel For Oily Skin

I purchased the Anti-Acne set from MD Formulation for my 14 year-old son who does not have a big acne problem, but he is interested in avoiding any acne issues. I love MD products and have replaced all the trial sizes from the set with full sized products as my son has used them up. I recommend MD products and it is wonderful to be able to purchase them through Amazon I get my favorite books and the relacement MD supplies with one stop shopping. New England Naturals Deep Facial Cleansing Buffing Sponge

This product cleanses and exfoliates the face while leaving it smooth and clean when done. There is a 'gentle' version of this facial scrubber, but I find the regular product to be perfect! This product helps prevent acne break-outs I wouldn't know what to do without it!

Like a previous reviewer, I grabbed this at a local Ulta. I wanted to try it because it was not only cheap, but also came highly recommended on a skincare/beauty review site I frequent called Makeupalley.

Personally, I think this mask has an amazing smell. I really love it. I have used masks that smell dreadful, and it really makes it difficult to keep them on for the allotted time, but this is just great. It's a bit of a fresh, citrusy fragrance.

Keeping this on your skin for a full 15-20 minutes can make your face tight and slightly itchy if you try to speak or laugh (as expected of most mud masks), but despite this, upon washing it off, my skin is not tight or stripped-feeling. This mask has done wonders at managing my oil production without ridding my face completely of the oil it needs to stay balanced. It does take a bit of an effort to get off, but I recommend being patient and not to scrub at it, which can be rough on sensitive skin. I like to put this on 15-20 minutes before I jump in the shower, that way it's a breeze to wash off!

This, coupled with my exfoliator on a once-a-week basis has done wonders at managing what acne I have accumulated over the week, and leaving it either gone or manageable by the next weekday. Every now and then I might use my Clean 'n Clear spot treatment after toning and moisturizing, but I find I really don't need to that often with this and the St. Ives.

I do want to give the Aztec clay mask a try as well, but despite that I would definitely buy this again. I love the packaging as well.

I'm actually using this right now as I type. I picked this up a while ago but never used it religiously, only once or twice since I purchased it. Lately I've purchased a Clarisonic which has helped a lot with my acne but I still have problems with big painful nodule like acne popping up around my jawline. I decided to try using a mask with my regular nightly ritual. Every night I Clarisonic with Philosophy face wash and moisturize with Clinique moisturizer...I still managed to get nodules and then to make things worse I would pick at them and it would leave scarring. Then this mask came in.

The pros: After using this mask every night between washing and moisturizing I definitely see a difference in both my cystic like acne on my jawline and also my scarring. I would see results almost immediately afterwards every night but to get real lasting results that make my face look good longer than 30 minutes after I take this off it's been about a week of using it every night. It smells nice and works! I will say that even though it has helped with my scarring I do plan on going out and purchasing something specifically to even skin tone because I have had uneven tone ever since high school when I started breaking out so I think some scarring is a little deeper than this mask can get. I'm very happy it helped with my acne on my jawline though! That was my main objective with this!

The cons: This doesn't really bug me but I can see where some people may not like it. When you first initially put the mask on it stings/burns/tingles for a minute or two. It's nothing you can't handle but it is somewhat uncomfortable. It only lasts a short time though and not the entire time the mask is on.

Overall: I would recommend this if you don't mind the burning at the beginning. Like I said it has really helped get rid of my nodule acne that popped up around my jawline and some of the newer scarring. Definitely will have to use it religiously for a while though. Also, I was going to try that Aztec mud mask that is so popular on here and I probably will if this ever stops working. However, this is nice because you don''t need to mix it up with anything...just squeeze it out of the bottle and rub it on!

I have a child prone to eczema. When he graduated from Aveeno Baby Wash to bar soap, this is the only bar soap that wouldn't cause a skin reaction. (The only other bar Aveeno makes is the oatmeal formula, but it smells bad and he won't use it.) Even though it's technically an acne soap, and he's not using it for acne, he uses it all over, and even washes his hair with it with no problems.

I don't know what it is about Aveeno that makes it work for sensative skin it's not all natural, it's not fragrence free but it works, so we'll keep on using it.

Kerastase Masque Oleo-Relax (select option/size)

I used to love Kerastase's Masqueintense for fine hair, which I couldn't find on an Amazon search when I ordered this product. L'Oreal, the company that owns Kerastase, made a lower-priced version, which I only bought once because of the heavy, chemical perfume smell. This seems to be that product, only with a higher price. It's a great daily moisturizer that works much better than plain conditioners, but the smell is really overwhelming. If you're sensitive to strong perfume smells, or want to wear perfume, I'd stay away from this product as the smell takes quite awhile to wear off. If it weren't for that, it would rate 5 stars, but I'll probably look for something less pungent next time around.

UPDATE 3/08 -Have tried a number of hair masks since my original review, and Kerastase's Masqueintense is still the best one out there in my opinion.

This is an excellent product if your hair is damaged; it moisturizes very well, but also leaves hair lightweight, and very smooth. I color my hair frequently, and this product is absolutely essential. I have medium to thick hair, and it works very well. I think if you're looking for something ultra intense, I'd recommend going for Kerastase's Nutritive Masquintense Epais instead, but overall this product is just superior to everything else I have tried (and I have tried a ton). If your hair is damaged, don't forget to use a gentle shampoo before conditioning--it will enhance the benefits of the Oleo-Relax conditioner, and the results will be even better.

I have very thick hair. I stopped relaxing it one year ago and felt it was not very easy to manage. I found the Kerastase Shampoo and combined it with the smoothing mask and my hair became much more easy to manage! Now I can comb through it as soon as the conditioner is rinsed.

I love this. Its just the right consistency--the consistency of cetaphil wash without the chemicals + some great botanical ingredients. I use it on my face, my chest, even to shave my LEGS. Something about it is just so smooth. No smell, no irritation, and i have incredibly sensitive skin. Not for removing makeup, though, for what it's worth.

I am 37 with very sensitive, oily skin that is dry in some areas. Most cleansers usually dry out my skin but this cleanser is excellent. It makes my skin soft and clear and it feels balanced. You have to be careful not to get it in your eyes due to the AHA. I use other Derma E products and think they are all fantastic products for my skin type as well as affordable. I would thoroughly recommend this product ofr others with skin like mine.

L'Occitane Shea & Organic Cotton Ultra Comforting Cleansing Milk

I found this cleansing milk looking on the EWG Cosmetic Database for some safe/natural product. I use it on my 18 months old son, who has sensitive skin. His face gets red easily when it is "dirty" (he puts his face on teh window, touches his face with some dirty hands etc..). Since I have been using this milk to cleanse his face a few tiems per day, he has not been red anymore.

The smell is very light.

If it is gentle enough on my 18months old I guess it would be on anybody!

I purchased this as a make-up removing cleanser. I was hoping to find something more cost effective than Weleda Almond Soothing Cleansing Lotion and it works ok, but the formulation is so darn watery! You have to be quick to get this to your face without it running into the sink. I think I could purchase the 2.5 oz. Weleda Almond Soothing Cleansing Lotion, put it in this 6.7 oz. bottle, top it off with water, and have the same effect. I won't buy this again.

This cleanser is awesome! It smells great, feels great and my super sensitive skin hasn't had any reaction in the 3 weeks I've been using it. Normally if something doesn't agree with my skin (which is just aboute verything) it reacts immediately. This stuff is awesome!

I also use the exfoliating face wash for "dirtier days" (like after hiking or other grubby activities). This wash is great too, much creamier and non-drying. I was sent a sample of this cleanser and was very surprised to find that it removed my mascara and did a great job at removing dirt and makeup. I have more combination skin, but a lot of facial cleansers can dry out my skin, so I was looking for a cleanser that would help keep my skin hydrated. This cleanser certainly kept my face clean and prevented breakouts, but left my skin more oily than it has ever been. I've used this product for almost a month and, while my face does certainly feel more moisturized, it also feels oily even after only a few hours of washing it with this product. Perhaps I'll put away the rest of the tube until winter when my skin even drier and see how it works then. It does not have added fragrances, but there is something in the formula that makes my skin burn slightly after washing not enough to make me stop using the product, but just so that I notice.

I have been looking for a more affordable product to replace the cleansing oil I use from DHC. This product sounded great. It has alot of quality ingredients in it, but I was surprised to read the label and discover mineral oil is the first listed ingredient. Mineral oil?? I don't understand why a company would use mineral oil in a formula that contains so many other awesome ingredients. I understand it is cost effective for the manufacturer, but why skimp on an otherwise quality product? I will use this product, and then most likely go back to DHC cleansing oil (it is olive oil based). For any of you that have not tried it, removing makeup with an emulsifying oil prior to washing your face will do wonders for your complexion. I'm just not sure about this particular oil. It smells wonderful though.

I received this item three days after ordering with standard shipping. I was used to using the Wet Ones Fresh n' Flush, but for some reason those have been discontinued, so I decided to give the Pure Touch Tush Wipes, based completely on price.

I have a stash of these at work, and I like the individually wrapped wipes because I can discreetly tuck one in my pocket on the way to the men's room. The wipe itself is much bigger than the Fresh n' Flush, so it's a tad unwieldy until you get used to the different size. They are much more sudsy than the Fresh n' Flush, which again takes getting used to but I think the Tush Wipes do a better job of cleaning because of the additional sudsiness. The Tush Wipes have a pleasant smell which while a little stronger than products I've used before is still ok.

Nice product and now that I've used them a few times, I will be ordering more.

I love these wipes and always have one in my purse. They are very generously sized and more moist than your standard wipe, with a bit of a sudsy quality so they really get you clean.

I have sensitive skin, and this feels great on my face. Works really well at keeping my face free of blemishes.

This is a decent product if you have oily skin. Definitely reduces shine and does not irritate the skin but it's not that good of a spot treatment on acne. Try it if you have oily skin but do not expect a miracle.
