When the regular sensibio was unavailable, I decided to buy this thinking that it would be similar. Nope. It cleans face makeup off alright, but eye makeup or even cream blush wouldn't budge with this. Now I could forgive that because this is different from sensibio and therefore the products would perform differently at the same task. But the smell of this completely ruins this! It smells like diaper rash cream mixed with mildew. I can't imagine that smell being desirable on a baby. I expected something clean and fresh (maybe a little powdery) but this is not a good baby smell. I might have gotten a bad bottle, but I'm not going to repurchase to find out.

I have occasional outbreaks of adult acne and had started to battle one just as this sample arrived. I began using it immediately, and the outbreak has still not completely subsided in two weeks. It didn't get worse, but it also didn't get better.

Pros:

* No strong scent. Some acne products have a very distinct odor, but this does not.

* Easy to store in shower or on counter

* Does not dry skin

* My skin did appear less oily

Cons:

* Did not see any noticeable difference in my outbreak.

* If you're allergic to aspirin, you might have an issue with this product.

I'd still continue to use it as a face wash, but not as a way to effectively tackle my acne.

I have adult acne brought on by menopause, and my 17 year old son has very bad teen acne. We both started to use Clearasil Daily Face Wash daily, within two weeks we were both acne free! this product really works!

Prior to switching to Clearasil Ultra, I was using Clean & Clear Morning Burst, which is by no means a bad product, but after using Clearasil, I immediately felt a difference, no it does not have scrub beads, which I do miss, but it still leaves my face feeling clean and silky smooth.

Ok, here's the only problem that I found so far about this face wash, the first time that I used it, my face was so smooth that one of my coworkers thought I was wearing make up, I am a male by the way so that made for an awkward moment. Haha, oh well, at least it's a clean manly face...

Other than that, I love how clean it makes my face feel, highly recommend it...

After using the Clearasil Ultra Daily Face Wash every day for over 2 weeks, no changes in the teen's skin with acne have been observed. The product claims to "fight 100% of acne" but has not done so in the time it was used. It might depend on the type of skin someone has, but it certainly does not work for this one with acne. It does not smell, but it does not seem to be worth trying.

This product is not good at washing your face at all or keeping away blemishes like it claims it is. Requires diligence in order to use 2x/day and you should combine Glycolix with an appropriate nighttime treatment (like Epiduo, which is 'script). That said, it's really best to get some advice from a dermatologist who's willing to work with you to find a program that works...FOR YOU. We're not all the same and what works for one might not work for another.

Most OTC product I see are BP or Salicylic Acid, but it's glycolic acid that really helps my adult acne. I found one drugstore brand that had glycolic and salicyic in it, but those had a weird perfume and made my very sensitive skin irritated. Same when I went to a cosmetic store and tried a premium brand. My dermatologist had these in his office, and I've already been through two jars. These have no scent to them, no irritants, and just leave my skin feeling tight and clean. My only complaint is that they are a little pricier than the more popular brands.

I am a big fan of the Thymes products. I was disappointed to see that this sink set now is much smaller than the traditional size I usually ordered, but I did not notice that from the picture and I didn't pay attention to the ounces. I also did not like this scent at all. This is the first and last time I will order an item before I have smelled the scent. I just assumed I would love this scent because I usually love all of their products. This is a very strong and lingering scent. Smell it before you order it.

I have dry hands. I put a little on in the morning and my hands feel great all day (and the smell is awesome too). I give this as gifts now I like it so much.

I bought this kit when my skin started to break out from stress. The scents are very soft, natural, and soothing. I look forward to using the products every night. This is a great cleanser. The dark grey charcoal face wash really cleanses and leaves my skin soft not dried out. It works better than other cleansers I have tried from other brands. Pretty good, but I don't use it every day, possibly could be too drying to use every day, but when I do use it (about three times a week) it really does clear the pores, and does what it says it's going to do. A little runny, when applied to the fingers and hard to get on the face to stay there and scrub, but like I said I do like it, and would probably repurchase.

Honestly i really dont know how i feel about these... i bought them to use while in a road trip since i my face and eye area tend to dry out while on the road. but i dont think they really did anything for me.

For one thing the sheets were too thin. which is fine whatever, since it does have a good amount of the serum in there... it does have that nice cooling feeling since it is wet. as far as it claiming to be "anti-puff and dark circle treatments" i found nothing in regards to proving this claim... i get really puffy eyes... didnt do anything for that all... i didnt count so much for the "dark circles" area... i know it takes more than simple masks to "treat" dark circles.

Anyway... i didnt get any reaction to this good or bad. it feels nice to have on i guess.. thats about it.

My teenage son has (had) horrible acne on his forehead, lower face (beard line) and neck. He has been faithfully washing (and moisturizing to not dry out too much) with various combinations of natural face washes, salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, or combination over the last few years. We even got a prescription filled for retin-A but I was hesitant to start him on it. At our local health food store I saw this product and he has only been using it for 10 days or so but the results are amazing. His acne is truly clearing. He has the big red/pink acne and it is all fading. I went back and cleared out the shelf because unfortunately the bottle is small. It is expensive, but worth every penny. I have never written a review but wanted to for this product in case there are others out there with bad acne that have tried just about everything else. Another reason I was initially sold on it was that it has a one year guarantee--which I am glad I will not have to deal with. Not sure how it works on blackhead type of acne, but will find out soon as I bought a bottle for my younger son to use.

Quick backgroundI have combination-oily skin, suffering from acne and eventually cystic acne for over five years now. In addition to this, I have icepick and boxcar scars over most of my face, so even if my actual "blemishes" clear, my skin still won't look good. Or so I thought.

I tried this product without any real hopesit was my last ditch effort before I turned back to a dermatologist. Now I've tried everything short of Accutane and laserboth of which I will never try because I refuse to damage my body like that.

I applied this product three times a day, just as was directed. It has a very strong herbal/lavender scent (I didn't mind it) and immediately left my skin feeling refreshed. After about a week, I noticed my skin was incredibly soft, and NOT just right after I applied moisturizer but at any time of the day. After a few weeks, the acne was not just going awaymy whole complexion was getting better. This is the first product I have ever tried that does not just clear the actual pimples; instead it aims to heal the entire skin. It's subtle at first, and can you leave you frustrated as this is not the type of product that will clear one or two spots overnight, but instead leave you waking up three weeks later to a completely different face. The scars on my face have lessened, the acne has reduced, the redness is gone, and the parts of my skin without blemishes are just glowing. It is seriously a wonder product.

As a disclaimer, DO NOT BUY this product from the reseller "OTC Masters"they have quite possibly the worst customer service on the planetbetween an exorbitant amount for shipping, shipping it to me late, sending me the wrong product, not returning customer service calls for at least four days, responding to emails with the courtesy and grammar of a three year old, taking absolutely no steps to rectify my problem, reshipping it to me (after three weeks of haggling) in a broken container which spilled all over my mail, and to this day, no product (six weeks later), I can say I am pretty sure I don't recommend them. At all. Ever. Even as a last resort and your face was breaking out horribly and terribly and was beginning to resemble a monster, I would still not buy from them. I've actually spoken to the manufacturer of the product and they are looking into no longer selling with them.

BUT! The product is AMAZING. All natural, no side effects, reasonably priced, and it works. Only a very small conit runs out quickly. Three drops each application (nine drops a day) in a small 11ml runs out quickly, and shipping of this product tends to come with a rather long processing period, so plan accordingly and DON'T wait until the last minute like I did. Now I'm excited to have all my acne clear up in a few months and use their Scar Treatment.

I have really dry skin, always use Clinque Dramatically Different Moisturizer, I needed something more moisturizing as my skin is getting drier.. This goes on so nicely, absorbs into the skin doesnt flake or dry on it,, Really wonderful--takes the dryness away quickly...It is expensive for the size you get.

My skin type: combination (oily T zone, normal everywhere else). I also have slightly sensitive skin. I usually only use cetaphil and vanicream products. I tried using this eye cream on two different occasions. Both times, I used the cream for a few days applying day/night. Within two days or so, the skin around my eyes dried out so badly that there are flakes. The only good thing about this cream (why it gets 2 stars and not 1) is that it does not have an overwhelming scent. Creams by Olay and Ponds make my eyes water. It was given to me as a gift, so it's not like I'm out a $40+. The hype surrounding this product is not enough for me to disbelieve the results.

I purchased a Murad 'limited edition' set that included a 1.7 oz jar of this moisturizer from Sephora (Hydrate for Hope Duo). I have super dry skin in the winter and was really counting on this Murad moisturizer to be THE one to hydrate. I try to take good care of my skin, use sunblock year round, clean with a non-abrasive toner, and I drink lots and lots of water. I still have to pile this moisturizer on; we're talking 2-3 applications each morning and again at night. Normally a jar this size lasts me 3-4 months; I've used this for about a month and the jar is already half empty.

For the higher price and many rave reviews, this moisturizer should really do the trick with one application. It's non irritating, doesn't clog pores, has a decent consistency, and is practically non scented (no real fragrance like in Murad-C, but it does have that slight 'lotiony' smell). But sadly for those of us whose skin needs more hydration, plan on buying this in bulk or else try a 'department store counter' brand that actually delivers on promises (ie: the Lancome Bienfait line).

I've been using Murad Perfecting Night Cream 1.7oz (PNC). It is the only moisturizer that doesn't cause me trouble whether I use it day or night. Unfortunately, the site that I got it from with a deep discount was out of stock. Unwillingly to pay full price for the little tube, I ventured out to try another Murad product and stumble upon this Murad Hydro-Dynamic(TM)Ultimate Moisture 1.7 oz (HDUM) at Amazon with a significant sale. The jar is very nice looking light pale pink. It doesn't have much smell to it, which I like. Comparing to the PNC, this HDUM is quite thicker and doesn't absorb into the skin as fast. It does leave a little sticky feeling. It does keep my skin hydrated through out the day the next day, though. Now, I have 2 tubes of PNC's for the price of one, I will use this jar of HDUM only after my masque treatment (2-3 nights a week). Overall, it was a good buy and did what it supposed to. I just don't use it during daytime because it can be a bit too shiny, especially when it is used in combination with SPF sunscreen.

I didn't see much use for the, admittedly cute, white bathtub shaped basket. Until my mother suggested I use it in my bathroom to keep my small counter from being overly cluttered. She was right. It was perfect! The products were lovely to use and didn't irritate my sensitive skin. I had just discovered I was allergic to the lavender products sold by the same company. But it turns out it was the lavender, not the product.

Received this as a gift. It is so cheap and tacky looking that I was curious how much someone spent on what I could have picked up at the Dollar Store for under 10 bucks. The lotions and bath salts, etcetera are disgustingly low quality, I would never even consider using them. The wire basket that it's all packed in is laughable unless of course you like chicken wire shaped as a sleigh, but I think it's suppose to be a tub. Absolutely the worst gift I have ever received. Funny though. Save your money.

Cetaphil Gentle Cleansing Bar, Antibacterial - 4.5 oz

I have certain detergent allergies, and for years I could only use shampoos containing salicylic acid, or die from itchy scalp. I wanted to try something gentler, but effective, and started my search.

I read an article about Cetaphil Lotion Cleanser being used as a shampoo, and bought 2 bottles at COSTCO, with a bonus of the cleansing bar.

The lotion cleanser is wonderful for removing make-up, and for very gentle cleansing. I didn't feel it really cleaned my hair well, and I might have returned to the salicylic acid shampoos, but I decided to try the cleansing bar on my scalp as it foamed well and rinsed well on my skin.

Eureka! The cleansing bar, which is downright CHEAP for what it does, makes a fabulous hair shampoo. And, I know this seems nuts, but I deliberately placed suds in my eyes and there was no stinging (generic bars DO sting, but not Cetaphil).

I'm happy-happy-happy, and I no longer have to scan Ebay for sales on psoriasis preventive shampoo!

Cetaphil Antibacterial Gentle Cleansing Bar is indeed the optimum choice for my problem skin.

This pH balance non-soap cleansing bar is a super gentle all over body wash. I even use it on my face in lieu of shaving cream it's that soothing! The antibacterial ingredient triclosan, also helps protect my freshly shaved face.

CONS:

This stuff's pricey

Cetaphil Antibacterial Cleansing Bar is very soft and it melts away quickly once it's under the shower stream.

TIP: To reduce wastage of this pricey cleansing bar, don't lather up under the shower, lather up your washcloth instead and store your Cetaphil Cleansing Bar away from the shower (I keep mine in a covered soap dish).

I was using regular antibacterial soaps and my hands were always dry and chapped and cracked until my dermatologist recommended using Cetaphil products and changing detergents (free and clear), changing creams (sensitive skin and fragrance free only). Now, my hands are clean and moisturized. This soap (and Cetaphil products for that matter) are awesome! You'll notice the difference right away.

The description says they use a non-soap forumlation, but look at the list of ingredients: one of the first ingredients is sodium tallowate -which is basically a fancy name for soap!

I really have only one complaint; so far as I can tell, in essentials, this bar cleanser is much the same as it ever was, but I could SWEAR that the bar I used several years ago was fragrance-free. I know I would never have even tried it if it had smelled like this then. I mean, part of the Cetaphil brand's selling point is that its skincare products have no fragrance added to them that would irritate sensitive skin. So why does this Cetaphil product have any fragrance at all?

I usually have no problems with lightly-scented skincare products, provided they are only LIGHTLY scented. I'm fortunate not to have sensitive or allergic skin reactions to fragrance ingredients, but I still have to avoid most of them because for me, strong perfumes set off major migraines. Other than that, some of the scents in skincare products are actually quite nice. But this... THIS was like my worst nightmare of every ancient, long-expired bottle of old-lady perfume dumped into a single bar. It's intolerable. I couldn't even just throw it away; it still stunk up the whole bathroom from the bathroom trash can. I ended up taking it straight outside to the dumpster. And I still had to empty the half-full bathroom garbage to get rid of that sickening, cloying, unbearable scent that sparked off a 2-day migraine.

Maybe I'm just missing something obvious. I would appreciate it if someone could let me know IF Cetaphil still makes a fragrance-free bar soap/cleanser. I'd like to go back to using an old favorite, but I can't find the "old" favorite.

This product is very true to what it claims, it does hydrate the skin while cleansing the impurities, without over-drying the skin. I have been using Arbonne products for more than 2 years, and I absolutely love it. My skin is well hydrated without being oily (I have combination skin). I have never reviewed a product online so this review means I have found something worth shouting from the roof tops! I picked up suave keratin infusion shampoo and conditioner on a whim, I grabbed it because it said keratin and I have severely damaged hair from bleaching it. My hair is strawlike and was breaking off at the crown. I have tried, its a 10. I have tried argan oil, I have tried too many products to mention. After washing my hair and drying it I was stunned. My once sad and awful hair now looks silky, shiny, and golden! It smells and feels amazing and my husband instantly noticed a change in my hair as well. I will be buying this product again, I still can not believe that a drugstore shampoo and conditioner have healed my hair! This stuff is worth a try and with its reasonable prices, what do you have to lose?

My hair is long, naturally curly, and can be difficult to manage at times. I wear it curly 24/7 and just towel-dry it, style it and go. With that being said, I was hoping this shampoo & conditioner would make my curls look smooth and frizz-free when dry.

On the first day I used these products, I could tell a slight difference in the way my hair felt even while it was wet. However, the ultimate test was when it dried, and sure enough, my hair felt soft and smooth after it dried. I was pretty optimistic at this point. But these products claim to keep your hair frizz-free for 48 hours...um, no. It didn't even keep my hair frizz-free on the first day, let alone the second!

The only thing it did was change the way my hair felt. But hey, for $2.74 a bottle at Wal-Mart, you get what you pay for I guess. Maybe it's just my hair type, maybe my expectations were too high, whatever it is I will probably not be buying this product in the future.

i got this shampoo because i had gotten the keratin treatment MONTHS ago and it hard worn out (I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR USING WITH A RECENT TREATMENTS! -it has LOW sulfates that can undo the process).

my hair has been so dry lately that i need a little boost. with just the first wash in the shower i cud feel my hair more smooth, then the conditioner really made it smoother and by the time i got out of the shower i cudnt stop touching my hair :)

I received a sample of this, attached to the Suave Naturals I typically buy. I instantly fell in love with the product. I went out the next day and bought the shampoo and conditioner. It was really amazing, I loved the stuff! A couple of months go by, and my hair started falling out in clumps... literally CLUMPS 24/7. I would have sworn I would have been bald in 6 months at the rate I was going. My scalp got super itchy and I got really bad dandruff. I assumed it was because of something in my diet, perhaps a deficiency; I improved my diet. I even added Tea Tree oil to my shampoo to help with my scalp issues and for some strange reason, nothing ever got better. UNTIL I switched shampoo! I stopped using this product and my hair is no longer coming out in clumps. My scalp isn't as itchy, and my dandruff has decreased dramatically. It's kind of funny because I didn't read about keratin reviews until AFTER I saw an improvement. This is so crazy! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE PRODUCT! Please do not use! It's not worth the chance!!

I used this shampoo and the conditioner for the first time today. While it didn't leave my hair in the pin straight condition I hoped for (and let it be known that nowhere does this product promise pin straight hair), I am very pleased with the softness, shine and body. I can definitely see that I have less frizz and I'm guessing a minute or so with a flat iron will give me my desired results. Good value for the results. I'm not wild about the scent but I can get used to it.
