I'm not one to rave about a product, but this toner really does deserve a great review. I use toner for two reasons; clear acne and clean off makeup. All of my old toners have left me very drynormally because they contain alcohol. Not only is that not the case with the rose petal, it actually has aloe vera which is a moisturizing agent instead of a drying agent. Jackpot!! I'm able to use this with ease and no worries. My skin isn't being damaged as a result of cleaning it anymore...

Since I am in my 30s now, I do take extra precautions with my skin other than just the toner. I also use retinol cream(Witch Hazel Rose Petal Toner with Aloe Vera + FREE Retinol Cream) to keep my skin firm and reduce/help eliminate new wrinkles. Thayers Witch Hazel-Rose Petal alcohol-free toner can also be used to clean your makeup brushes. I'm a facial product junkie (hello, Sephora addict!) I'm always trying new skin care products and looking for something that will make my combination skin clean, balanced, and fresh. This stuff is by far the best toner I have ever tried. The Clinique stuff always dried out my skin too much (because of the alcohol). And then some toners that are alcohol-free don't actually do anything to clean your skin, so they are worthless. It's hard to find a good one, but this is it!

I use this product after using my cleanser because I want to make sure I get any residue or debris of make-up off. This gets my skin smooth and clean without drying it out. Plus, I find the subtle rose scent to be quite pleasant.

A self proclaimed cosmetic skeptic, I've been using this for 3 months now. I am 48 years old and honestly my skin really does looks years younger. I have been an acne victim for years. I am 33 and decided to try something new. I love most organic products, but still couldn't find something that worked. I bought my kit at Whole Foods and I like it. Dr Hauschka products are really organic, I am so done with "green" products which state that are non comedogenic, won't clog pores, but are full of pore clogging ingredients (google research; "non comedogenic", "non acnegenic" and other statements are not regulated so producers can use them even though their product is not what they say).

Once I stopped using regular brands and started to use natural products (and less products) my skin changed for better tremendously. This kit helped a lot. It takes a week or two if not longer, but it's worth it.

The best from this kit for me are: cleanser, tonic and oil. Steaming kit and rejuvenating mask probably are great for long term usage-I didn't care for them much. This is great way to try few products and metal case can be use for storage or when traveling.

I have clogged pores, and after a few weeks I can definitely see some improvement. They are nowhere near as big or noticeable. They are still there, but I am hoping with a few more sessions with the clay mask, they will soon be history.

I was previously using SK-II, and I like this MUCH better. I have much healthier skin in a very short amount of time.

The only one thing I would say go to the website and follow the instructions from there for the facial steam and clay mask. I completely stuffed it up because I got confused with the directions that came with it.

Also really appreciate that its not tested on animals :)

I was looking forward to use these skin care products, but after reading the ingredients had to return it right away. I'm glad I read first before put it the products on. The Cleansing Cream, Normalizing Day Oil, and the Rejuvenating Mask contain Almond oil, Peanut oil, and Wheat Germ oil. I'm very allergic to all these ingredients. I can't even touch almonds because I start itching like a dog with fleas! In my case, it should have included an EPI pen. Someone at Amazon should have the job of listing the most common allergens in the products. I didn't try any of the other 2 products, so I can't comments on those. I gave it 3 stars based on other reviews.

Shea Terra Organics Marula Face & Body Oil

I really have enjoyed using this oil as a daily facial moisturizer. It is a nice light oil and is absorbed easily. I feel it has helped improve my skin.

I use it in combination with Baobab Oil and Shea Terra Organics Rose Hips Black Soap Deep Pore Facial Wash & Mask.

I received a sample of Marula oil from another company and I liked it a lot, however the price for a very small bottle was $78. I found the Shea Terra product on Amazon for a much more reasonable price-$17! I think it works well and I believe my skin looks better especially around my eyes. I don't think that it absorbs into your skin as quickly as the more expensive product although when i apply it at night by morning my skin is dry and non-oily. i dont use it during the day under makeup because of the absorption issue. But the biggest difference that caught my attention was the scent. The $78 Marula oil smelled nice and reminded me of a spa. The Shea Terra product smells like a toasted nut. Overall I think it is a good product for the price and it is a fairly large bottle.

I've become a marula oil believer after trying Leakey Collection's marula oil, which did wonders for my skin. Marula oil has smoothed out my complexion, made my skin softer, pores smaller, *and* actually helped with my acne. I'd have a lot of bumps + pimples on my forehead, but miraculously enough, it reduced those bumps and didn't exacerbate the pimples.

Since Leakey Collection's marula oil is so friggin' overpriced, it's inevitable customers like you and I needing to find a cheaper option. Alas, there's Shea Terra Organics marula oil: it's the same thing at the fraction of the price only reservation customers seem to have is the scent, but it's a very light, nutty smell that becomes unnoticeable after 10 minutes.

Slap it on your face overnight, and that's all you really need. It says you can add it to your lotions, face washes, and all of that, but applying it once a night seems to have worked for me.

I like this product so far, but I've only used it about 2 weeks, so I'm not sure how effective it will be long term, thus only 4 stars for now. However, I feel like it is hydrating and smoothing to my decolletage. I also use it on my face and mix it with my body lotion for generally dry skin. I find the Marula oil to be very light, absorbing easily. For my face, I use a few drops, warm it in my hands and press to the skin. I wait a minute and then apply my regular cream.

BUT, I saved the best for last...this oil has the most delicious roasted coffee bean fragrance. Yum! The odor evaporates within a minute or two, so those with sensitivities don't need to worry about the smell lingering, but it is lovely while it lasts!

I've been using this oil for several weeks now and don't know that there is any difference in my skin appearance. I do know that my skin doesn't seem to feel as dry as usual. We live in a northern climate and it's extremely dry in the winter months. This has to be applied several minutes (up to a half hour) prior to applying anything else on your face. I use these sparingly only because I don't want to irritate my skin but these work fantastic definitely make sure your skin is good and wet to get best results not just a little damp basically have water dripping off your face and then when they dry and feel really hard pull them off I wouldn't recommend pulling them off fast I do it slow and seem to pull the most that way. You dampen your nose or other part of your face and smooth on a strip of cloth. As it dries, it hardens like plaster of paris or papier mache, and then you carefully pull it off, extracting tiny plugs of oil and dirt from your pores. The process is a bit harsh, and I'm not completely sure that it is beneficial to the overall look and health of one's skin. But it is also satisfying and a bit addictive.

The nose strip works well--the plain strip for other parts of the face do not, in my experience. There is a certain perverse pleasure at looking at the tiny forest of what has been extracted from one's skin. But it's easy to screw it up and waste a strip, by having one's face too dry or too wet or by removing the strip too soon, and the strips are relatively expensive. Make sure you have 10 minutes or so to sit around looking like a dope when you decide to apply this.

Like many reviewers, I first used Biore strips during my teen years, when my nose first started developing blackheads. Time eventually got my skin (somewhat) under control, and I no longer used them. Now I have both a son and daughter in their teens, and once again I find myself squeezing blackheads (although not my own). I was anxious to try out the Biore strips on them, and I thought I would try a few as well, for old times sake.

These strips work as well as I remember, maybe even better. I do suggest using the strips after a warm/hot shower, or after putting a hot, steamy, washcloth on your face to open up your pores. This has always seemed to make the strips pull out more "gunk." The strips work well to pull out dirt and oil that is clogging your pores, although keep in mind that few "big" blackheads will be pulled out. (Big blackheads are usually removed easily by squeezing or using a special tool) Please keep in mind that the same adhesive that is pulling the dirt and oil out of your face can also remove the top layer of skin, or otherwise irriate your skin, so beware.

All in all, this product worked well on my 35 year old skin, as well as the teenage skin of my son and daughter. It does a good job of removing dirt and oil that is clogging up pores, and leaves the skin feeling extra clean. The only precaution is that those with extra sensitive skin should be wary of the adhesive, which may cause irritation.

Here's the most important thing you need to know about Biore deep cleansing pore strips: They're just plain fun, in the sense that watching a horror movie is fun. In a horror movie when the gross stuff starts happening, you may recoil in disgust but still can't help but keep staring in fascination. But again, to be perfectly honest, I don't really care, as I get a sense of satisfaction just viewing the aftereffects of my clogged pores becoming unclogged.

I used to use Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser to wash my face at the end of the day and remove my eye makeup, but it usually didn't succeed in removing all of my eye makeup. I don't know if it's my mascara or my eyeliner that's being so tenacious but regardless, I'd rinse the cleanser off to reveal that I still had black smudgy makeup under my lower eyelids. Like the cleanser just pushed the makeup around rather than removing it. So I'd take the extra step of washing my eyes again and still I'd have to use a Q-Tip to try and gently swipe away at the black smudges afterwards.

This Olay Foaming Face Wash for Sensitive Skin removes my eye makeup from the start. Because of this, I imagine it does a better job of removing all my foundation makeup too which is important because I can be prone to breakouts if I'm not careful.

The Olay face wash is just as gentle, if not more than, Cetaphil's Daily Cleanser. It's my new favorite cleanser, and it's cheaper than Cetaphil too. And, NO FRAGRANCE. Yes!

During the winter I usually use Cetaphil Facial Cleanser for sensitive skin. That works fine on my somewhat oily skin when it is dry, but once summer arrives I need something different to avoid breakouts and that shiny look. The Olay Foaming Face Wash for sensitive skin leaves my skin feeling clean and fresh, not dry and irritated the way facial soaps (which I tried) do. I plan to use it for the rest of the summer, which gets very warm and extremely humid here near the ocean. The price here on Amazon is a real buy at a 4 pack for $19 or so dollars compared to $8 plus at our local grocery store and drugstore.

I picked up the cleanser and face cream while in Germany. My skin is very dry with flaky patches, especially worse in winter. I love this cream. It is very fatty and seems a bit oil on the skin when first applied, but then sinks in and my skin feels smooth and not tight or oily. The scent is nonexistent, unlike the face wash which almost smells lactic. Also, a little goes a long way on for this tube, so though the package is small, it has lasted me longer than I expected. I actually had to buy the face wash before replacing this.

Mustela Hydra-Bebe Facial Hydrating Cream

After reading several reviews I purchased this facial cream for my 1 and 2 yr. olds who both have sensitive skin. The amount of perfume in the cream was suprising to me and do not feel comfortable using it on their faces. I do like the texture butnot all of the chemicals

I LOVE this face lotion! I have faithfully been using this lotion since the day my daughter came home from the hospital. She is now 18 months old and I still apply it twice a day. Several daycare moms have asked me what I use on her face, because her skin always looks smooth and moisturized.

The lotion has a fresh clean scent. When she was an infant people would always comment on how good she smelled. I know some parents don't like to put scented products on their children so be warned that this lotion IS scented and I would say it's a more "girly" scent.

A little bit goes a long way with this product. A bottle typically lasts me 3-4 months.

Since switching to Mustela my son's skin has gotten SO much better!

We had been using Eurcerin baby wash (super mild) followed by a thick layer of auquaphor ointment after each bath. Still we needed to use a prescription hydrocortizone cream three times a day to help his itchy dry skin. I have tried baking soda baths, many different types of lotions and ointments, cutting out certain foods, everything in attempt to help his skin.

I had read many reviews that said this body wash had helped improve their child's eczema. My son has super sensitive skin and eczema, i decided to give it a try.

We now use Mustela (and only Mustela) with every bath followed by auquaphor ointment and have no need for our prescription cream any longer, its wonderful!! His skin has been the best it has been in a long time. I can't recommend this enough.

At first I did find the sent a bit strong, after using it twice I now love the smell. It smells of a fresh clean toddler.

I am currently on my fourteenth jar in two years. After cleansing, I use it as a face cream under my make-up. Coat your eyebrows with vaseline before applying Fade Out to protect them from bleaching. Fade Out has greatly faded my sun spots and freckles without bleaching out my skin. It also is not greasy and appears not to have caused me any blemishes. In fact, I don't have the problem with blackheads that I have had with other face creams. This product requires diligence and patience, but delivers good results.

I bought this product for my hands and used it to the last drop. I did not notice even the slightest improvement.

i just recently bought this product online Amazon. I have very bad acnes scaring, blemishes, and spots, brown spots also pigmentation marks too. i bought this product because i knew this was going to be right product for me to use in order to see a change on my face i have used it about 3 days now i use it morning and also night a day. But to see the results i will need to use it for 4 weeks to see the outcome if this product really works for me if it does i will be so delighted as i now i will realise what product i should use? then using so many in pasts that hasnt worked, it made it worse, also my out break of spts got worse and worser. but im depending on this cream now and hope this product will work for me.

Plesantly surprised by the results of this product! Did not anticipate what this non-shampoo could do for my naturally curly hair. I have not had texture and bounce like this in the 30+ years I've been learning to care for my curly hair (you curly people now what I'm talking about).

I purchased the Lavendar pack with sweet almond accesories from Amazon and love the smell and results! Did learn later to be careful not to get the Wen fake! Happy to discover I got the real thing : )

I have been using this product line for years and usually buy this kit to throw in my pocketbook for easy traveling to and from work the sizes are fantastic and the price was great. However they recently changed the moisturizer from the more nourishing hydroptimal to the basic cream and it barely hydrates my face. If I have to buy the large size and then put it in to smaller containers myself i dont know if would be worth the hassle.

I liked the product at first, but after not seeing any real true benefits, I could see spending so much money on a product that seemed to dissolve away faster than most any other soaps. If you have the money to spend on this, then ok, but I think there's better products that will cost you far less.

I love the Village Naturals baths. I hadn't used the Wild Orchid fragrance before; it's lovely! The fragrance lingers on my skin and I love that. I usually take showers and only rarely have time for a leisurely bath, so I pour some on my washcloth and it leaves my skin clean and sweet-smelling.

Oh and it leaves the bathroom smelling good too!

I'm a village naturals fan! I've tried every milk bath and bath salt that I've seen on Amazon and in local stores and loved them all. I have sensitive skin but I haven't had any irritation issues with their bath products. Even my husband loves their products. We have been using them for at least a year. I was considering buying this conditioner because it came up when I searched for organic products; however, this line is NOT organic. In their ingredient list, Methylchloroisothiazolinone appears. This is a widely-used preservative in products and is a known human immune system toxicant. It is restricted in other countries production lines. Check it out at cosmeticsdatabase.com. Always make sure the ingredients are safe before you buy.

I would like to start this off by saying I first bought this at CVS not seeing reviews or anything, so i got online as soon as I could to read on this stuff because it seemed (and smelled) awesome. WOW there were so may horrible reviews I was almost ready to just take it back with out trying ( that would have been a huge mistake). I also saw GREAT reviews. I went with the positive reviews and gave it a try.

SO HAPPY I BOUGHT THIS STUFF!!!! If you are only going by the reviews, then that might be your mistake, you can only know when you try for yourself.

When I first applied the shampoo the smell was GREAT!!! I massaged it in my hair and its was so creamy and thick!!

Next was the conditioner, that was even better! I left it in my hair for about 3-5 minutes while I washed the rest of my body. When I rinsed it out my hair felt so soft, but I wanted to wait til my hair was dry, that is the real test. I have very curly long hair, so my hair tends to dry out very easy. I allowed it ti dry with NO other products, and I havent felt my hair this soft in so long, its not the next morning, and its still so silky. I LOVE this stuff, I WILL try the other scents they have.

HOWEVER I WILL SAY THAT from reading reviews, this product can either be a hit or miss with your hair. From reading other websites and reviews I have noticed that this shampoo/conditioner works well with curly hair, maybe not so much straight hair or thin hair, many of the girls who described their hair as such says it was harsh on their hair. Many with curly hair said that it worked wonderfully, and I am one of them, so hopefully that helps.

I've tried various hair products. Some nourish my hair, and leave it smooth, allowing me to momentarily ignore the fact that we all die alone. Some leave my hair a little greasy, which simply serves as a staunch reminder of my mortality.

This conditioner leaves my hair smooth and healthy, and I love the scent. Unfortunately, it does nothing to fill the hole I fear I'll always have in my heart, the empty void that can't be filled by anything purchasable. I really didn't expect to love this. I try new shampoos/conditioners all the time, and I'm constantly throwing out half-full bottles. This conditioner, however, is a keeper. I have long, coarse hair, and this helps make my hair lay straight without looking flat or weighed down. It's a good product, and the smell is divine.
