Before buying any of these kinds of products, I read several reviews online about how and if these products really work. Everything I found indicated that this was a legitimate idea and that it really does remove toxins from your system. What convinced me most, was that after a period of time the the pads react differently, and do not turn as dark, indicating that there are not as many toxins as there were when the process started. (and that they don't simply turn dark when your feet sweat)

Well they seem to be pulling something out of the bottom of my feet I honestly don't think it's a chemical reaction because they get lighter each time on the same spot. I just don't think it takes out as much toxins as he says. You can see nasty stuff on the pad after your done. I felt some energy and less fatigue after I used them several days. I had first tried the regular Purity face wash and while good, it was hard to make sure I wasn't using too little or too much of the face wash each time. With this high-foaming cleanser, that's not an issue because 2 pumps and I'm good to go! I also heard that this formula is good for combination skin, and that's really the reason I bought it over the regular Purity. I have been using it for 4 weeks and have nothing but good things to say. The only thing that might through people off is the scent it's not as strong as the regular Purity face wash, but it also doesn't smell as nice.

I have a, GULP, dry "T Zone" and a woman I work with suggested this soap for me. I had originally bought it in a more "creamy" soap, a large bottle dispenser. It was amazing, left my face feeling fresh and never all dried up in that darn T zone. I know many guys will stop reading at T Zone (your loss)

The foam version, while not quite as nice ( the foam dispenser gets stuck too often ) it works quite well.

When I purchased this product I thought I was purchasing the Philosophy Purity cream base product and was disappointed to find out that this "Foaming Cleanser" has an aging ingredient. I really, really like the Dove "Men Care" line of body wash products.

As someone who routinely picks up Axe products or the occasional Suave at the Family Dollar store, the Dove Men's Care comes as a delightful surprise.

It's not as thick as their normal, lotion body wash-more like the consistency of Axe but without the excessive perfume content.

In a few of these products, there's actually a fine texture to it. So as you're rubbing it on, you can feel these grains actually opening up your pores.

For a couple of dollars more than Axe, this is definitely a much better product. (And, the masculine scent last a couple of hours.)

I have used Dove products on and off for years, and I have always found it a reliable brand for soaps, and shower products. This product lathers well, has a clean scent which is not overpowering, and seems to keep my clean and fresh throughout the entire day.

I did not use the product as a face wash (I use a different product for that and find that a specialized facial cleanser works better). I would say that's the only downside of the claim of Dove that it can work as both, and I found that using just as a body gel was the most useful way to use the product.

The scent is clean and not overpowering, it will leave you with a fresh smell for most of the day, and it lathers well, and washes off clean. Dove seems to moisturize skin better than other products (I have dry skin at times so this was especially important for me).

I liked the product and would recommend it to anyone who likes the Dove brand, or even to someone who is new and wants to try Dove out!

This Dove Men Care bodywash is advertised as a bodywash that will not dry out skin and, instead, will moisturize skin without any kind of greasy or oily feeling on the skin.

Well, after using this product for about four weeks, I can say that it lathers up as well as the bodywash I was using previously and it does not leave my skin feeling oily or like it has a greasy lotion on it. The probelm is that I can't tell any difference in how my skin feels as opposed to other bodywashes. In the midst of winter, I thought I'd try this product out since winter tends to dry out skin more than any other season.

I simply can't tell any difference between this product and others in respect to skin dryness. It's not a bad product, I just can't say it's any better than others. Just okay and gets three stars.

I am very sensitive to scent. Because of this, I can't wear cologne or use scented toiletries. I also can't stand next to people wearing strong cologne or perfume. Because of this, my search for a body wash has been less than fruitful.

I decided to give this Dove Body Wash a try. It is smelly. Sort of a strong mixture of sandalwood and musk. Not very good for someone sensitive to scent.

It does seem to wash away pretty well, taking the scent with it.

That is the one good point.

Does it do the other things it is supposed to? I don't see any evidence of it.

I found this item to be more trouble than it was worth. The opening is on the bottom and the top is all curved, so you have to shut it before sitting it down. It also doesn't lather very well. On the other hand, the smell was OK. Personally, I'd rather just use a bar of soap.

I noticed a great transformation. My skin felt like it's cell turnover rate had been heightened. Follow this with the Vitamin C/Acai Toner (also by NOW).

I wanted to try this to help my skin look clearer. I've read that the green tea is an antiseptic and has good benefits along with the pomegranate. This product line is more natural and you'll find it in health and natural stores. I think that the bottle design is a bit of a pain because when your about half way done you have to shake it to get anything out. It would have been better in a tube or pump. The cleanser does make your skin feel fresh and clean. I did break out a bit from it but then again my skin is very sensitive, so just note that if your the same it may happen also.

I think the scent isn't as sweet as i'd have liked or expected. It has more of a slight sulfur smell masked with a little floral. I hoped that the combo of pomegranate and green tea would be a bit nicer but it wasn't, in my opinion. I have the other products like the toner and the day and nite moisturizer which I like and they don't feel oily. But they all suffer from the same scent problem. The toner is the one that smells the worst.

I really liked this facial wipe. I usually use it when I really need a fresh clean face. It has a great scent to it and your face feels really clean and refreshed.

Con:

It's a bit expensive. Because of that, I use it more sparingly. The scent is also fairly strong. It smells like orange sorbet. If you don't like that scent, maybe try something else.

Pro:

I like the clip closure instead of the cheap tape closure. That is a great addition that I feel should be on every wipe packaging.

First of all, I'm very picky about skin care products, especially facial care.Secondly, I travel a lot, and have tried most every kind of cleansing wipe, from the less expensive Boots types on up through DHC, Mustela, etc. I LOVE these. I have oily skin, and not all cleaners completely cleanse my skin. Also, I use a ton of black eye makeup.

Truth to Go Wipes smell like an orange creamsicle, but not in a cheap gross way. The smell is really pleasant and sometimes I just close my eyes with the wipe on my face and take it in for a minute. It does remove all of my foundation, blush, eyeshadow. But I have not found any cleanser that completely clears my black liquid eyeliner and/or mascara so I don't fault this product. The wipes are really big so sometimes I also use it on my neck and hands.

I have repurchased this two times now, back to back. I do alternate between this and the African Red Cleanser, but I mostly use the wipes because they are so convenient.

I use a variety of Ole Henricksen products and won't ever stop.

I am very disappointed in this product because it does not smell like eucalyptus. I know what eucalyptus smell like. This product has a very very strong cirtus smell. I read the ingredients, it has lemon peel oil, lime oil, tangerine leaf oil. These oil strongly cover the scent of eucalyptus. Honestly, I did not smell eucalyptus at all.

I first purchased these @ Whole Foods. They cost less here. They smell divine so my children will use them, they're not to strong and use benzalkonium chloride to sanitize. I love the fact that they use organic grapefruit (lavender, or peppermint) oil for the fragrance as opposed to just "fragrance" which when undefined, may not always be safe or good for you. They also contain vitamin E & Aloe Vera leaf juice. My favorite scent is grapefruit, it's very refreshing. Peppermint is refreshing though may be to strong for children as it has a slight cooling/tingling sensation, though it's also good for increasing aleartness plus they're great pick me ups for long stressful days. Lavender is known to be calming & soothing, so I tend to use these with the children at night.

I was shocked to see all the bad reviews for this product! Let me set the record straight:

For a long time I dreaded when my blackheads would cloud up my face, not only for vanity, but because I dreaded using my old masks: they stung as they dried, they were ugly, they smelled and they didn't go very far, I'd have to apply and re-apply over several days to get a good enough response, which was miniscule. In a word: torture.

I actually didn't need this product when I bought it. Thanks to the products I'd discovered in the ever-expanding natural section of my local drug store (yes to carrots, eco tools, jason, etc), my severely problematic skin had finally met it's match and started looking like the skin I've always wanted: radiant and healthy-looking. I thought it would be a good idea to drag out the last remnants of any gunk that might be deeper in my skin. Plus, I liked the description on the tube and that it wasn't tested on animals. But ultimately, I thought it was more luxury than necessity.

Oh was I wrong! It gets the stuff that you don't even know is there! You can actually SEE it work! I was mortified to know all of that was in/on my skin without my even knowing it! This is now and forever going to be part of my skincare routine! Plus, it doesn't have the terrible side effects that comes with all the others. It works (you can actually see what it's dragging out, including whatever oil may be in your pores!), actually works first try (though if you want to re-apply, you will continue to get gunk out, but if used regularly enough, that's unnecessary), it isn't unsightly (it applies black and then changes to a blue-gray when it's done that also isn't unsightly), it doesn't sting as it dries (just gives a sensation of tightness to your face), it doesn't stink (I actually don't notice a smell at all), it's easy to apply and rinse off your face/hands because it's isn't sticky, and it's not overly-drying (my old ones used to make my skin flake afterwards, this one doesn't, but I would still recommend putting on a light moisturizer afterwards: it feels amazing, like it's seeping in like it never has before) .

I would highly recommend this to ANYONE: problem skin, combination skin, sensitive skin, dry skin, oily skin, aging skin, perfect skin, you ALL could benefit from this!

This mud mask is black in color and gloppy. The consistency make it very difficult to apply and I have to really smear it on to get it to stick to my face. Since it's black, it makes my hands and sink very dirty. It gently tingles my face as it dries as if it is doing something. However, after weeks of using this product, I feel like it clogs my pores rather than deep clean anything. This mud mask did not work for me or my sink.

I have been looking for a deep cleansing mud mask since Laura Mercier stopped making theirs. After reading the reviews, I thought maybe this was the next best thing. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I have been using this product twice a week for about a month and it actually makes my face worse. After one application of other clay masks, my face is cleaner, pores smaller and my face has a radiant glow about it. I have always had congested pores which is why clay masks work wonders for me, but since using this product I have to deal with acne as well. Very, very frustrating. I initially thought it was just bringing everything to the surface but I just think it aggravates my skin so much that I am breaking out everywhere. NOT a fan at all.
